Tomasz (8/5): Czteroosobowa rodzina - Gościnność na najwyższym poziomie, właściciel oraz personel są bardzo uprzejmi i uczynni. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania w formie bufetu są bardzo obfite i smaczne. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, kilka kroków od Wielkiej Plaży (piaszczystej). W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się sporo sklepów i restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Ceny są rozsądne. Hotel.posiada dwie gwiazdki, co oczywiście jest widoczne, mam na myśli brak różnych dodatków oferowanych przez obiekty o wyższym standardzie. Niemniej one nie były dla nas najważniejsze,. Dokładnie wiedzieliśmy, na co się decydujemy podczas rezerwacji

Zsolt (10/5): - Nagyon segítőkész a személyzet, még a bőröndöt is fel cipelte a harmadikra, tisztaság jeles, Svéd asztalos kaja friss és finom volt (igaz egy kicsit lehetett volna változatosabb)Tenger 100 M minden bolt és éttermek nagyon közel vannak. Olyan nem volt.
Kristýna (6/5): Ubytování bohužel nesplnilo naše očekávání. Přestože je toto ubytování ostatními hosty považované za vynikající a chválí - Velice dobrá lokalita, pěkná pláž v docházkové vzdálenosti, vstřícný pan majitel. - "recepce" - hned při příjezdu vás "přivítá" silný smrad z cigaretového kouře s vysedávajícím personálem - naprosto nevhodné! Vsude smrdí cigarety a smrad z cigaret jde i do vedlejší místnosti, kde je jídelna, tedy když jste nekuřáci a chcete se v klidu nasnídat, obtěžuje vás smrad z cigaret a je to velice nepříjemné. Navíc to vůbec nepůsobí profesionálně, když vidíte personál, který u vchodu vysedává na lavici a vykuřuje si cigarety a kolem procházejí hosté - hrůza. - vybavení pokoje: špatná kvalita postelí, žádný prostor pro odkládaní věcí, na balkoně jsme měli pouze jeden kolíček na pověšení mokrého oblečení, osvětlení v koupelně - u skříňky nad umyvadlem kompletně chybí osvětlení, přestože tam na něj prostor je, taktéž v koupelně jako hlavní osvětlení je pouze žárovka. Ve sprchovém koutě je plíseň (viz fotografie). Extrémní nános prachu na odvětrávání. Trpím na astma a vědět, že je na pokoji taková špína, vyberu si jiný apartmán. Toto je prostě špatně. Také nás zarazil přípravek na mytí nádobí, který byl umístěn v koupelně místo mýdla na ruce. Děravé prostěradlo s fleky a chlupy už je jen zanedbatelný detail. - personál: Vůbec se nám nelíbilo chování úklidového personálu. Ihned po našem příjezdu (cca 17 hodin) nám byly zabaveny naše pasy a bez bližšího vysvětlení k čemu pasy potřebují uchovávat do zítřejšího rána, se mě muž, co tu uklízí zeptal, k čemu svůj pas potřebuji. Pardon, ale nejsem povinna někomu přece vysvětlovat, k čemu potřebuji svůj pas. Druhý den jsme chtěli jet na výlet za hranice a protože jsme pasy neměli, nemohli jsme nikam odjet. Druhý den ráno po snídani nám pan majitel situaci vysvětlil a vysvětlil nám také jak tu funguje turistická taxa, která se tu navíc po příjezdu platí. Toto je chyba Bookingu, nikde neuvádí, že by se po příjezdu mohly platit další poplatky. Nicméně, další dny jsme pánovi na úklid řekli, že máme vše a pokoj uklízet nepotřebujeme.

Andrei (5/5): An option for a guest who doesn't need anything fancy - 1. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, but sometimes it was hard for me to communicate in English. 2. Great location near the beach, just a 5-minute walk, but it's still 5 km from the city center. 3. The walls were soundproof, so I couldn’t hear the neighbors. 4. The view from the window was of the sea. Maybe I expected too much from a 2-star hotel, but the reality was also different from the photos: 1. The toilet was awful, and it smelled like sewage every day. 2. The room had a refrigerator (a bit noisy), a TV (but it couldn't be used because the cord was too short), and air conditioning. 3. There was a balcony, but because the rooms were close to each other, it felt more like a shared space than a private one. 4. The breakfast was pretty average. 5. The internet didn’t work well in the beds, maybe to encourage guests to spend more time at the beach :) 6. The room was on the third floor, with no elevator and steep stairs.

Volodja_28 (10/5): Best vacation on the Balkan - The owner and the staff extremely friendly, continuously working on that to secure the perfect and relaxing vacation. Our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The matrices were new and very comfortable. Nothing to mention, great service for reasonable price.
