• Laura (10/5): Look forward to returning. - WOW, this is a great apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was centrally located to attractions and good restaurants. We would stay there next time we visit Athens.
• Věra (10/5): - The location of the apartment was excellent, a couple blocks from the Acropolis, Plaka and Syntagma or National Garden. Walking distance to subway (Acropoli or Sygrou-Fix (red line). A lot of great small cofee, taverna and minimarket around. Quiet street, very clean apartment. It was spacious, well equipped, and well appointed. Two bedrooms and Two bathrooms as well!

• isoilhan1981 (10/5): - you'd find everything you need in a flat. exceptionally clean and the rooms are both sunny and silent and large enough for a comfortable stay and sleep. the owner is kind and helpful. I'd recommend and definitely consider for my next visit the iron has stains on it and probably need to be handled. risky for your white shirts. w second key would be helpful too. other than that nothing really

The WiFi was strong enough for me to work from home the whole time. The host was very helpful and available whenever I needed something. Definitely recommend staying here None

Nice patio! - The location of the apartment was excellent - just out of the hustle and bustle of the main area, but right down the street from the Acropolis. The apartment was roomy and perfect for two couples, or two friends wishing their own rooms. Two bathrooms as well. Very clean with coffee and cold water provided. Two nice little restaurants close by. We took the metro from the airport and were able to get to the apartment in about 10-15 minutes from metro by foot. Make sure you have a light to see the lockbox to access the key. Other than that, nothing

• ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ (10/5): Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ - Παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια έχει (ζαχαροπλαστεία,καφέ,super market , μουσείο Ακρόπολις ). Η κουζίνα ειχε ότι χρειάζεσαι για να μαγειρέψεις (αλάτι , πιπέρι κ.α) . Τρεις διαφορετικούς καφέδες, φραπέ , γαλλικό ) . Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο και δε μας έλλειψε τίποτα . Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα . Όλα ήταν τέλεια .

El sillón cama es muy incómodo, lo que hace imposible descansar adecuadamente allí. • Gary (9/5): A clean and well provisioned apartment and a brilliant base for discovering Athens. - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Athens. It was clean, well situated as it was a short walk to the Acropolis and the metro station. The apartment had a good kitchen, good wi fi and a tv which meant that after a day walking over 20k we could rest and chill out. There is a good convenience store nearby (not the one called ‘Convenience Store’) which also helped. There are a couple of local restaurants which are about 60% of the cost of the ones down by the metro, where you pay for the view, which is pretty spectacular! Also at night the area was pretty quiet for a city location, although beware of the ferrule collectors at 3 in the morning. The beds were comfortable too. Nothing really, although it would have helped if there was a bit more information on the local area, shops restaurants etc. But that was not really a big deal.

The heating wasalwyaband kept the place warm. Washer /dryer was great well. The couch wasn't the most comfortable and could have done with maybe another chair or even a beanbag. But that nothing really The only other thing is maybe to move the TV that's in the bedroom to the living room so.that you can enjoy netflix etc all together and not watching it in the room These are all minor of course overall it was great.

The ammenaties/supplies were good. Communication with the host went well. Overall, a great experience. I would stay here again. Overall, the dislikes are minor, but possible areas from improvement. The air conditioning in one the bedrooms was old and did not cool very well. It should probably be replaced. The showerhead in one of the bathrooms was handheld and stationed midway down the wall instead of up high, so you could not use it hands free. There was not a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms, and the hairdryer in the other bathroom was not the greatest. One bathroom did not have a vanity or place to set toiletries; however, I worked around this by using a removeable shelf in one of the closets and set it over the sink when I was putting on my makeup.

It was spacious, well equipped, and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and communicated consistently. Beds are firm, loved it! We were provided water, ice, and an assortment of coffees. Disposable slippers, even! Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the apartment is perfect to exploring Athens - just a few minutes walk to Acropolis and all of Athens attractions. We didn’t need to take metro or bus to visit any tourist sites, we just walked. In fact, the apartment is at the centre of tourist site.Nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well maintained with little coffee machines and treats 😊 The air conditioner was not working properly

A lot of great small coffee and food shops around. Walking distance to subway, Syntagma square and Plaka. Quiet street, clean apartment, washer/dryer was a bonus. The AC in living room didnt cool the area that much.

• Jacqui (10/5): Very comfortable accommodation, with wonderful facilities and thoughtful provisions to make it a memorable stay in a fab - As we were travelling with another couple, we deliberately chose a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and the Acropolis Cosy Apartment was perfect! It was spacious enough and we utilised the great kitchen facilities. We were thankful for the washing machine and free detergent. Thoughtful extras, such as sunscreen, body lotion, pegs for hanging out clothes, ice in the freezer, were appreciated. We loved the bedroom air conditioning, as Athens was experiencing a heatwave during our stay. Location-wise, we were spoiled to be a five minute walk from the Acropolis and there were cafes/restaurants and convenience stores on every local corner. We loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation! The living room air conditioner was old and ineffective, really only blowing cool air. Luckily, the bedroom air conditioners cooled down the living area.

Instructions on Washer/Dryer on machine were in Greek. We weren't sure if it was a W/D combo or just a washer. Took us awhile to get it translated...only when we learned about the Google Translate tool. It easy to translate from a photo taken of the control dials. The owner also helped us translate it after we'd figured it out. Lighting in the smaller bathroom could be improved. It was rather dimly lit.

• John (9/5): Superb - The location is very central to the Plaka and all transport around the city. It is very close to Koukaki which has great cafes bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets close by and we had a great visit to the the Museum of Contemporary Art which is a short walk away. The apartment is well set up for cooking, bedding, towels etc. we were very comfortable in our super cosy Athens apartment and would highly recommend staying here. The small bathroom needs more lighting and an overhead shower. The kitchen should have a toaster. These were minor issues and we were very comfortable throughout our 5 day stay. Thank you.

Had a small view of the acropolis, the room was spacious enough for 5 people. Facilities were great. Walking distance to acropolis, syntagma, and monastiraki. Supermarket was close by which was great. The photos on bookings.com are a true reflection of the property. A second key would have been handy and also a hanging shower. Minor things to be honest.

Lot of small stores nearby for anything you might need. The fridge was a little bit noisy when working but it did not trouble us that much.

We choose the apartment because we needed an elevator, when we came we understood that there are a few steps at the entrance and that the elevator is so small that we can not use it with our baby's stroller. The apartment was very clean modern spacious the shower rooms was perfect the kitchen was very well equipped, when we come back to Athens we will definitely book this apartment again. Had very nice appliances + remodeled bathrooms. Spacious yet compact, with bonus chairs/table on balcony. Building has a small elevator which was perfect for the suitcases. Enjoyed our time there.

• Athanasios (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely well located, close to all important touristic points. New renovated, clean with two kingsize beds, two bathrooms, three flatscreen tvs and all the facilities. Even better than in description. I' ll stay in this apartment again.
