• Rosemary Proniw (5/5): - The beds were comfortable and it was a good size room. Handy for the number 44 bus into Victoria. The room did not have controlable aircon. It was on the top floor the window was sealed so unabled to have any fresh air. So hot and stuffy at all times. In the bathroom there was a bath but without a bath plug. When i asked for one on reception they did not have any. The shower curtain was old and dirty. There were no bedside lamps.

Sofa looked like it had been pulled off the street, couldn't sit on it as completely broken. Asked to move due to heat. Second room filthy. Shower broken. Found multiple HAIRS IN BED!!! Tiny tiny towels. No hair dryer. No lights next to bed. Floor dirty. No sheer curtains at window and completely overlooked so either had no privacy or curtains drawn the whole time.

• 455juric (2/5): No transparency and unprofessional - Po We booked one room for 2 nights through another booking app. We were travelling by motorcycle, a high-value model, so we required secure parking. In the hotel description, it was stated that a garage and private parking were available, and in the Q&A section the hotel confirmed to another guest that they had a guarded underground garage. We also submitted a special request (in the specific section) to reserve a parking space at the time of booking and payment. The app indicated that the hotel would see the request, but it could not respond directly. We did not receive any calls, emails, or any form of communication. Upon arrival, we were told by reception that there was no private parking or garage for our motorcycle and that we had to park on the street behind the hotel. We specifically asked whether any private or third-party parking was available, stating that there was no problem for us to pay for a full car space for the motorcycle. The answer was again negative. As a result, we were forced to book an alternative accommodation in another hotel at short notice, losing the money already paid to Axiom Hotel. Only after we had checked in, cancelled the stay, and returned the room card, the receptionist mentioned that a car park might actually be available and needed 5 minutes to make a phone call to confirm this (he looked quite worried and doubtful). By that point, the decision had already been made and the situation could no longer be changed. We had also just completed an 8-hour journey, we were very tired and had no time to waste. We cannot review the rooms, as we did not stay. However, we are very disappointed with the lack of transparency, the lack of effort to find a solution and the misleading information provided regarding a key advertised facility. Very unprofessional and careless. P.S.: Before booking, we carefully reviewed the hotel listing on the booking platform. At no point were there any notices indicating that the private parking or garage were unavailable or not suitable for motorcycles. Everything clearly indicated that parking and garage facilities were available and bookable. We also sent an email using our private email account, asking for clarification about parking, but we received no reply. Given the discrepancy between the advertised information and the actual situation on arrival, we believe this experience does not reflect an acceptable standard of service and should be properly reviewed by the booking platform.

• RWD (7/5): Great location for me to get to a work event in a modern room with good facilities - Great location for me to walk from across Battersea Park for work with a spacious room with good facilities and helpful staff The room was nice but in need of repair / deep clean in places and the floor in particular wasn't very clean. The bed was also not very comfortable but as a place to stay it served its purpose for the price

• Jones (5/5): Ok if you get what you book - Location was good, most of staff were friendly and helpful, the room that we eventually got, had king bed which was comfy and the aircon was working, handy to have kitchenette, which was one of the reasons to book. And what we eventually received was as expected, but we had to argue to get it, the room was acceptable for what we paid. This is feedback for the hotel to improve your offer and service, not to put people off staying. On arival, we booked superior room, to include king bed, aircon and parking, which we pre checked was available, the room we were given was like a sauna, aircon didn't work and small double, and parking not available. When I went down to reception to query the room we had been allocated, he then said, oh I'll give a room with aircon! He thought we wouldnt notice and tried to fob us off with a sfandard room. The kitchenette items need checking, we had to ask for plates and mugs were chipped. Bar area in photos is not as photos, its luggage storage. Parking was a nightmare, its advertised but due to a supposed maintenance issue not available, but the gate is controlled by neighbour property so work you just have to wait, which is fine, but stick to it dont say local parking on streets is free! It might be on a weekend, but on weekdays the streets around has 4 hour max stay! We had to return middle of the day to move the car, when we challenged the reception staff, he said oh I'll let you in the basement parking! Because we moved the car on a day we had no intention of moving, additional ULEZ charge.

• Sava (1/5): - I stayed here for one night and honestly it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The first room I was given was on the ground floor and had an old key that barely locked the door properly, which felt very unsafe. The smell in the room was terrible, like years of cigarette smoke trapped in the walls. I requested another room and was moved to the 4th floor, but unfortunately it did not make much difference. The smell was exactly the same, and the windows could not even be opened for fresh air. The room itself was very dirty, the walls looked neglected, and I even found hair on the towels that clearly wasn’t mine. I didn’t even unpack them left them untouched with that hair on them. Disgusting. At 8 in the morning, the cleaning staff tried opening the door without properly knocking or checking if someone was still inside the room, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this place should not be called a hotel. It feels somewhere between a hostel and a motel, but unfortunately worse. I would definitely not stay here again.

• Dominika (8/5): Affordable, and spacious for a nights stay. - The property was really clean and spacious, me and my partner stayed in room G3, it was very spacious, the shower was big, and the bathroom. It was easy access to get to the Battersea power station, and a nice walk through the park. We enjoyed that there was a bus stop near the hotel entrance so we didn’t have to go far to the bus stop. As a ex housekeeper I recommend the property to give out bath mats, as the floor can get a bit wet from the shower.
• Ryan (2/5): This property lacks proper management of the cleaners and it’s definitely in need of a revamp as there is lots of broken - The properties location was pretty good Other than the location and the fact that there was an elevator, I can’t say anything else good about this place. When I booked this apartment, it was sold to me as being a much cleaner and spacious apartment but in reality it was a very small room and there was no privacy because the cotton was missing from one of the floor to ceiling windows which meant that the neighbours could see straight into the shower room as well as the rest of the room so I was unable to relax because I felt as though I was being watched at every point and also the place was filthy. I did mention this to the reception upon checking out that they must speak to the cleaners because underneath the bed was so thick with dust and grim and used condoms and everything else that meant that now I have developed a chest infection due to my weak immune system it is a shame that this place was not as described because otherwise I would have booked to stay another night or two but due to my health, it’s not something I would ever consider booking ever again and feel as though I was very much miss this property and due to that I feel as though I was ripped off. I would advise against anyone booking the sort of place unless they are willing to spend their time in this property feeling as though they are watched and they would have to be willing to do a thorough talk to bottom clean unless they want to develop some sort of infection like I have.

• Jessica (7/5): Don't believe everything you read - I saw some not great reviews after I had booked this hotel, but as it was just for 1 night and a place to sleep we decided to stick with it, and I'm glad we did. The room was a decent size, clean and quiet overnight despite the pub/club and being on a main road. Room had a double bed, dining table, ensuite and a kitchenette with ample facilities which if you were self catering could easily make up something quick for meals. Good transport links just up the road, so if you're looking to explore Battersea it's great. If you are looking for luxury this isn't for you but a clean and reasonably priced room for a night or 2 then you're all set. Breakfast recommendations... Feedwell Cafe, 1 minute walk up the road, great selection and very reasonably priced The only downside to this room was the lack of window so were reliant on some not great air con so got a little hot and stuffy overnight and the shower pressure was a bit low but otherwise a comfortable night and perfect for requirements considering the cost.

Room had all the facilities we needed, Lift allowed my wife to take her mobility scooter to our room, though we mostly left it in the rear hallway of the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant, happy to talk and to provide assistance. There are shops nearby for essentials. Room equipped with a small mirowave, hob, toaster, normal size fridge, sink, cutlery and kettle. Hanging/ storage space spacious. Memory foam bed comfortable TV difficult to get standard channels. Toilet seat loose and not repaired during our stay. Shower over bath very good but bath had no anti-slip coating to prevent slipping. Found it difficult to operate the air con system, thankfully could open a window.

For the price, it was excellent (by London standards) but definitely needed some TLC. • Gary (1/5): Enough said in the passage above, I was forced to leave after the first night and book another hotel which saved the hol - Nothing I booked this hotel for a nice family holiday to England with my children, but when we got in late on the first night after walking for hours we were all very tired and wanted to get a good night sleep, when we got to our room the place was dirty, it had no cold water and the water tap in the kitchen dripped all night whilst a green light flashed the full time causing my daughter to not be able to sleep and cry until late into the night, there was stains all over the furniture & walls, the flush at the toilet is broken and hanging off, the window ceil is broken and to top it off there was a false fire alarm at 6 o’clock in the morning, this hotel is nothing short of a disgrace

• Jill (5/5): Did what it needed to. - For the price and location I couldn't fault the hotel. That said, it bears no resemblance or vibe to the photos on Booking.com. When we arrived I discovered that I was lucky to get a room as others booking through the hotel's website had booked for day access not overnight - I guess that tells you something! I couldn't move room but was right at the front door so had all the reception noise plus the noise of everyone showering above me. Thankfully i had ear plugs.

The picture advertised was misleading ( could do with decorating). The heating/ AC did not work and was supplied with a heater that made the room so dry.

• Nelson132 (2/5): WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN - This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being taken seriously. The walls were visibly dirty, with streaks and stains running down them, which immediately gave a very unpleasant impression. The bedside tables were in poor condition—damaged, worn, and clearly overdue for replacement. The overall state of the room felt neglected and tired, as though it hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. Basic standards you would expect from any hotel were simply not met. I ended up requesting a room change, hoping for an improvement. While the second room was marginally better, it still fell far short of an acceptable standard and did not resolve the overall disappointment. This experience significantly impacted my stay, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not consider staying here again and would not recommend it to others unless substantial improvements are made.

• chloeed716 (10/5): Overall lovely stay! - Overall really lovely stay at this hotel, arrived a little earlier than expected, called ahead to see if we were able to use parking facilities prior to check in and we were able to do so, when we arrived she was so very friendly, couldn’t do more to help us! Whilst sorting paying for parking she was asking our reason for the stay and continued to make friendly conversation giving us some information about our plans. We went to our room and although yes the rooms are somewhat basic, you have everything you need and more! Although our kitchen space wasn’t fully utilised due to us only staying a night having the option there is such a clever thought! Bathroom was stunning, showers were had and no complaints from us, it was clean, modern and fit for purpose. Flush on the toilet seemed very weak but holding the flush for a few seconds helps! Beds were really comfy. Only noises heard during the night were sirens, aircraft and doors all of which are of course unavoidable and didn’t hinder our sleep just the evening before going to sleep. A few wear and tare marks and chips through the room, not 100% like the pictures for our room but similar enough to know we were at the same place. Excellent location, so handy to so many attractions! Ultimately, based on price, location and our experience this is definitely somewhere we would revisit if a need for coming back were came up. Wel minnetje dat het zo lawaaierig kan zijn aan de weg Onze eerste kamer was enorm smerig.. vlekken op de muur van handen en weet ik niet wat het was en stof in de afzuigkap van de douche. Gelukkig hebben we een ander kamer gekregen maar de verwarming deed het niet dus airco bestond ook niet..

• Alina (3/5): Keep looking if you want something decent, this isn't there yet. - Location is great. The staff were helpful and did what they could to make us happy with the resources they had. The room had to be changed as we have been given a room that had different facilities then what we paid for. Even so, when we did get what we wanted, those facilities were broken, in very poor condition eg. The fridge did not work and we were in desperate need to keep medication cool for our little one. The room was not clean, marks on the walls, dusty and those curtains could do with a wash from time to time. The bathroom was stinking. The beds were in desperate need of a mattress protector and decent bedding overall. Microwave, kettle, the hob - they all need a good scrub and make sure they are in good working condition.

• BEN (5/5): - Good size room , good location. Good staff . Desperately needs painting and repairs to plumbing (occassional awful drain smell)/sofa(completely broken)/tv remote (grubby and not working) etc...
