• Sally (9/5): Great location - Great location in the centre of this small but beautiful town, within walking distance of the car park. The room was spotless and traditionally furnished. There was a common sitting area with microwave and kettle although we didn't use it The rooms are a bit too full of furniture so there's nowhere to put a case but for one night it really isn't a problem.

• Adriana (10/5): Una estadía medieval !!! - La calidez de su anfitriona al recibirnos y el lugar es un encanto , la habitación que nos tocó tenía una pequeña terraza por la que se veía parte del pueblo , la cama era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio . Nada , estuvo todo muy bien!
• Francisco Javier (10/5): - Ubicación, limpieza. A pesar de ser una posada, la dueña, Margarita, limpiaba, hacia la cama cambiando sábanas y cambiaba toallas a diario. Hay secador de pelo. También reponía los detalles de aseo personal a diario. Podría decir que la falta de ascensor, ya que era un segundo piso, pero como íbamos advertidos no nos molestó. Hasta tiene su encanto.

Margarita nos facilitó información para pasar los días en Santillana y además teníamos la oficina de turismo muy cerca. Margarita nos acogió con muchas facilidades, ya que por la distancia llegamos muy tarde. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

• Purcell (10/5): Exceptional - The style of the room was authentic to the age of the hostal in the old part of Santillana Del Mar. The room was clean and comfortable and as a family, we loved it. The beds were very comfortable we slept really well in them. There were 2 electric radiators to heat up the room as well.
