• Galia-Sova (8/5): Value for money, everything as desribed. - A clean cozy room with all that necessary to stay for a night or two like we did. Perfect for us - but if you're after the longer staying/having some fun in Constatnta look for smth more comfortable

• Ivan (1/5): Не доволен - Стаята беше приемлива Лошото държание на собствениците Всичко което е описано във обявата не беше позволено да се използва Злоупотребиха със търпението ми И ми казаха поради факта че не съм доволен да напусна имотът посредата на вечерта когато няма с какво да се прибера и в същото така когато ги запитах да ли ще ми върнат сумата която съм заплатил защото нищо не съответстваше спрямо обявата ми казаха да се оплача във боокинг.ком държаха се много арогантно собственика употребяваше алкохол и се заяждаше от самото начало едва ли ще посетя отново това място и дано в бъдеще да се подобрят защото така ще загубят много клиенти Забравих да кажа че в обявата пише че не е позволено за домашни любимци но имаха котка която ме одра и цяла вечер мяукаше и ме безпокоеше И вътре във стаята беше прашно в банята поставката за хавлии беше мръсна прашна имам видео но не знам защо сайта не ми позволява да го кача Имаше и насекоми във стаята поради факта че има лозя във дворът нямах барбекю,пералня и мястото за готвене не беше позволено да се ползват мъжът ми говореше с много висок тон все едно е нещо повече от мен проявяваха расизъм и ме обиждаха на румънски понеже си мислеха че не ги разбирам следяха ме кога се прибирам и кога излизам влизаха ми във стаята докато ме няма видях ги да влизат и във стаите и на другите гостуващи докато ги нямаше
• Діана (7/5): - Overall, everything was clean, and it was nice to have air conditioning in the room. The shared kitchen is also convenient for cooking. On the downside, the room is quite small, and the presence of the hosts in the yard sometimes makes it feel less private.

• Kyra (7/5): Good value in a quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is one of three in a courtyard with the hosts' house too. The kitchen is shared by all the guests, and the outdoor space by all (+ a cat). The space is really nice, covered by a canopy of grape vines. The location is a bit out of the way, but there is a supermarket very close by. The hosts kindly allowed us to check in early. It's not that private; you feel a little surveilled. The courtyard is constantly occupied, often with someone smoking, including the hosts. Nice place but definitely not a non-smoking property.
• David (8/5): Good value for money - Clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Constantine, the host, was extremely friendly, but we got the distinct impression that his wife was not super happy to have guests in her space. Other guests have commented on this and it does seem to be a language barrier thing, but the body language communicated rather clearly. The place is quite far away from restaurants, so it did make for a pretty uncomfortable situation. Both hosts were in the courtyard the vast majority of the waking hours that we were around so the space wasn’t really available for us to relax in. That said, the place is good value for money and my wife did have a delightful conversation with Constantine, who has a fascinating life story.

• Oleg (8/5): Good stay for few days - Ideal for solo travel. Good room space and good enough from annoying sounds. The house area is cozy and sweet. Room has good quality aircon and the bed was quite comfortable. The meeting was not exactly friendly, maybe because I arrived very late. Also, need to close the door to toilet, to prevent the smell comes in.

• Costel (7/5): Decent accommodation - Nice house, comfy bed, access to the communal kitchen, good distance to the beach. The host was in the communal yard at all times and being pretty loud, so you couldn't enjoy that respective area. We had lunch in the yard and the host and her friends were next to us the whole time, giving us no privacy. A little mould smell in the bathroom.

• Fabio (9/5): A nice stay in Costanza - I stayed here for one week while visiting Costanza and working remotely. The room was of a good size, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom clean and essential. Towels where provided. Every room as air conditioning and a small fridge with freezer where to keep your own food. There is a shared kitchen (with offered coffee), a small, nice garden with a big table where to sit for dinner or, in my case, to work while I was travelling there. The two owners are nice people, always available and helpful. The location is far from the seaside of Costanza (45 minutes by walk), but close to a supermarket. Costanza can be reached by Uber or Bolt for a very cheap price (18 lei, around 3.5 euros). Not so bad, overall :)

• Parcharidou (9/5): Superb - The hostess was great, really helpful and did the extra step to make sure you will be comfortable. Really appreciated her help! The room was small but comfortable, with a nice garden and kiosk to share with the other rooms. Cozy bed and good wifi. There is a fridge in the room and there is an external kitchen with all the utilities you need to cook and eat. It is in a nice and quite area. It is value for money The room is a little dark. About the area, it's far to walk to the beach and city center, but it has regular buses and ubers are cheap.
• Șaban (2/5): Misinformation and unpleasant hosts - The conditioner... 1. No one wrote that the host will be there 24/7 It's an information that shall be presented to visitors 2. We booked that place for the terrace and garden, but, the hosts are always there, and they were not kind to us at all, maybe because we're from Moldova, maybe because we arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled, but we mentioned in application that there is a big possibility we'll arrive earlier, host, Elena, didn't even read that. 3. We didn't spend any time in the garden because the hosts and their guests are always there, and it's not a smoke -free property at all, one more misinformation. 4. Due to the fact that they were not even replying to our basic greetings like good morning or have a nice day, we didn't want even to use the small little kitchen, they were looking like us like we were some refugees staying there free. Unpleasant people. 5. The room they gave us had the basic stuff in it, BUT the bathroom and main room had a high level of dampness and it was impossible to close the bathroom door due to smell and other stuff. 6. Hosts were arguing and creating noise at 4-5 AM in the morning....that was horrible... 7. They time of check-in and check-out is also wrong, there is a lot of misinformation in this house presentation. 8. I am very sad that we read a lot of good reviews about good host and when we came and spent our days, we didn't even want to come back there to see them in the evening, we tried to spend the time only in our room, we were eating outside this property or only in the room because of how judgemental and unwelcomimg were the hosts.

AC available Small room, the bed takes up almost the entire space. There is a yard/ garden, but there is someone there all the time, and you can't open the window because of the noise and lack of privacy

• Roxana (8/5): Very good - It was very easy to find the house and talk with the hosts, to pick up the keys. However, this was in Romanian, so I cannot ascertain if they speak English. The house has a small yard. The street is quiet at night, but sometimes the public lighting did not work. The fridge in the room was very good and kept a cool temperature for the drinks. The AC was in good condition and could be set to 16 Celsius degrees. The TV has a couple of channels as it's analogue. The room was very small with the bed taking most part of the room. The shower curtain was always sticking to me when I showered. Plus the little window for the bathroom was facing the yard and somebody was always in the yard.
