Guest Reviews
- Al (6/5): Not bad, good value.and clean. - For a small mom and pop Motel, not bad. Needs to update the bathroom.
- KATHY (10/5): Peace and quiet. - I came down to do some reflecting and and my son enjoyed fishing with friends who live in the area. It was peaceful and relaxing to come back and just enjoy the quiet. I am a retired Amy vet and needed access to facilities near by wonderful location. Can not stress enough about the cleanliness and the quiet. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But if I had to pick something, nope can’t think of anything.
- shannon (10/5): - This little motel was a great price very clean bed was very comfy. Small room with a decent size refrigerated and freezer. Decor was so cute. Staff Larry manger was awesome. Large towels. We we're so surprised with how cheap it was that it was so clean. It's a great place to stay for a night. The kitchen area is outside with tables microwave toaster and a little ice machine with vending. Very cute and super clean.the grounds are very well kept. Overall it's a great value. The noise from traffic and the train ear plugs are provided. Shower was very small so if your a big person it would be difficult no shelf in shower or caddy to put soap or body wash.
- Anne (9/5): - Really well kept, very clean condition. Comfortable stay for a great price. Shower could use a shelf for my products, but that is an inconvenience, not a dislike.

- Yasa (10/5): Hidden Gem - Our stay was wonderful! Very clean. The Gentleman who ran it was wonderful and friendly.

- Yasa (10/5): - I can't say enough good things about this place.
Very clean rooms I even walked barefoot on the floor no grit at all. Everything is immaculate. The rooms were cute. Larry was so nice and helpful. We really loved our stay.
- Anthony (5/5): I wouldn’t stay here again - Close to the beach Ít is too close to the Rail road crossing

- Lagana (8/5): Great place to stay when passing through. - Room was very clean. Easy access. Once booked, I was provided my room number and code to the room. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was very spacious. It had a small fridge with different freezer section, unlike most hotels, which was great for me to refreeze my icepacks for our cooler and keep my medicine in the frig as well. The electric recliner in the room was a huge bonus as I need to keep my leg elevated (especially during travel), and having it in this room was a win for me. Staff was kind and helpful. Not sure this would be something I disliked but maybe being I was booking the reservation in the car, I may have missed it. The location was close to the Brightline train tracks. It was not so noticable in the room, and usually at night they don't hit the horns, but occasionally you would hear the train go by during the day and evenings. The hotel does offer earplugs just in case, which is a great touch and with the TV and AC on, it really isn't too bad, or at least it wasn't for us, as I am a light sleeper and slept through the night without any issues so not that it was a bad thing just something to consider.
- SANDRA (7/5): Business was very inexpensive, easy to communicate and very clean - Excellent communication with the staff. Early check in, very clean rooms Needed to take a taxi to everything. Not near restaurants or shopping. Road noise is very loud and they provide ear plugs for sleeping.
- Brian (9/5): Excellent - Very nice room and area Not much to talk about
- Teresa (10/5): - Clean, new looking, comfortable. Perfect for our 1 night stay.
- Thai (6/5): It is average. - N/A The traffic light in front of bonsai hotel, we can hear the noises coming from people who are not considered their noises from music radio is so insane, it happened at nights every 15 minutes through out the nights is so irritated.
- Dale (10/5): Clean and good price - Very clean, simple, comfortable,

- ManUS (10/5): - Это был отличный отель за свои деньги. Все было очень чисто и убрано . Владелец очень быстро сделал заселение. В номере стоял приятный запах. Всем рекомендую это место.
This was a great hotel for the price. Everything was very clean and tidy. The owner checked us in very quickly. The room smelled pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone.
- Kenya (10/5): One of the best places I've ever stayed and I've been to 20 different countries. - The room was spacious and extremely clean ! The ease of check in ! The customer service was phenomenal!! I made a mistake on our booking and the front desk lady I'm sorry I didn't get her name , was so kind and helpful! She is absolutely amazing. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone I know

- Josh (10/5): Cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in with extremely comfortable beds - Hands down the cleanest hotel-motel I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely nice and the beds may be the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I can't stress enough how clean this place was. I'd stay here before staying at a Hilton or La Quinta any day of the week. Thanks Bonsai everything was perfect
- Mann (8/5): Worked for what I needed. I was surprised that it is not for vacation but for long term living. - Room was very clean. Bathroom was updated. For an older property it was in very good condition.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is great. The place was super clean, and the beds were great! You are a short drive away from everything.
- Jack (6/5): Nice room, but let down by some staff. - Clean and spacious rooms.
Price is fair Some staff were lovely and very friendly. One man in particular was not very friendly and made us feel uncomfortable.
We arrived late and couldn’t see the motel entrance so ended up walking through the back of the property. We were challenged by the man quite rudely when he asked ‘what are you doing back there?’, when he learnt we were guests he didn’t introduce himself or even smile he just asked us how we planned to pay. I’m still not sure he worked there but he made us feel very unwelcome. Older gentleman with moustache who smokes is the only way I can describe him. He also smokes in the outdoor area which you can smell in room 1.
- Rojovino (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jodi (9/5): It met our needs very well and we will stay here again next year when we attend the same event. - The room was very nice. We were able to park right in front of the room and it had places to sit outside. It is close to the railroad tracks, but honestly we never heard the trains once we went to sleep.
- Erica (9/5): Cute and Clean - These little rooms are so cute, CLEAN, and quaint. Larry, the maintenance guy, was very nice and showed me where my room was and how to use the door dial pad. The owner is very responsive and professional. It is conveniently located @ 20 minutes from the port, and since I was going on a cruise the following day, that worked out great for me. I give it a 9/10 only because Florida is @ 50 degrees right now and drops at night, and the heat didn't completely warm the room, but the temperature was comfortable by morning. Although I spent one night here, I would come back. The heater didn't completely warm the room
- Clairissa (9/5): Very friendly people to work with! I would return and recommend. - Glad to see the updating of a motel. Liked having our vehicle at our door. Great location between Cape Canaveral and Melbourne. Could use some type of luggage rack.
- Annie (10/5): Fantastic! Vintage retro motel by the Indian River! - This place is very cute! Larry is extremely helpful. The place is exceptionally clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The place is very quiet. . I have no complaints
- Valerie (7/5): Clean cute place but very noisy. We woke up multiple times. - Clean No coffee maker in room. Very loud road noise. Noisy train nearby.
- June (10/5): Fun time with family for a wedding! - It was a delightful hotel, the room smelled amazing when we walked in. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable! "shared" outdoor kitchen work very well for everyone. We had a great experience, and HIGHLY recommend!
- Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wright (10/5): Very simple check in process Andrea was awesome - What a pleasant surprise a clean, comfortable bed, clean linens very accessible. I would stay here again time after time if I’m ever in the area thank you so much. Nothing
- Bak (9/5): Superb -
- Lester (8/5): Very budget friendly and pleasant. - Nice updated decor, free laundry available , Larry and Andrea were great , nice covered picnic table patio area with Keurig, toaster oven and fridge, clean, near nice river road drive… Pillows were too firm and didn’t have a rack to set our luggage on..
- Kristian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just super clean and orderly. The Bed was fantastic and had 4 lush pillows. This place is top of the line! Quiet and peaceful
- Morri (1/5): No compassion for even trying to refund at least the second night when we asked about it! - It was close to home The smell of the room was appalling, we chose not to stay the first night however we gave office person a heads up next morning by 8am that we would not be staying the second night. My husband asked about a refund on the second night and office said we couldn’t rent the room because there wouldn’t be enough time. She then said she would ask her husband, nothing came out of that. We lost two nights, $240.00 and didn’t even stay or use the room. There you have it!! You decide if you would stay. Make sure you check out the room first before giving your card.
- Heather (9/5): Little gem in a great location just off the water. - This is a remodeled roadside motel and they did a lovely job opening up the room. The space felt new and clean. There was also an outdoor kitchen filled with convenient appliances. I'll stay here again! Also, the woman I spoke to for check in was very friendly and handled everything smoothly and kindly! No complaint.
- Jc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amber (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jc (9/5): Superb -
- Patricia (3/5): Poor - It was clean Booking.com listed two bedrooms. Upon arrival there was only one bed. We paid 144.00 for something that did not exist. The owner said all the rooms had only one bed. They offered a refund if I wanted to leave. Well, it's Cocoa Beach and there were no other hotels available. The room was tiny and I could not get in the shower, it was small. Too much money for nothing.
- Dennis (4/5): Won't return. - Cleanliness. Loud noise from highway and train. Poor lighting.
- Jc (10/5): Exceptional -
