• jacqueline (1/5): AVOID THIS HOUSE LIKE THE PLAGUE - Not much Kitchen broken, dirty..oven not working. Key not left. Host didn't answer any of my calls or texts. Had to climb through window to enter. Had to find a bulb for my bedroom. Garden full of junk eg washing machine, two beds, fridge freezer. Litter, cigs, cans. I stayed 2 nights. No instructions about the room, no Host. No heating. Heating on timer, it was freezing. Had to keep coat on inside the house. I could go on but not wasting any more time. Didn't go on holiday to start cleaning. Please give me a part refund

• Salah (8/5): Nice for a short stay - Nice and clean, got a free upgrade to a double bed. Free on street parking. Great value for money Needs a bit of refurbishment. There was a funny smell.

• Natalie (7/5): Cheap. Good sleep. Poor area. Shared house. - My room was spacious and had a double bed. I slept very well. Overall the property was clean E. G. Room, bath, toilet and kitchen areas and shared areas tidy too. I was provided with a towel and was helped by the other guests and owner(?) when I had an issue with my door handle/lock! Good value for money. You get what you pay for. I got a little break away on my own, able to park directly outside the property, able to drive to where I wanted to in Nottingham and enjoyed the TV in peace! The location is 'dodgy'! The front and back garden is really scruffy. I wanted to tidy it up myself but resisted! It seems like a shared house which is 'fun/interesting' when you haven't experienced that for a few decades! Some areas are worn and need a bit of TLC e. g. Sealent in the bathroom, touch ups around the house. Personal cupboards / items in the kitchen could be politly labeled so guests know what is communal and what is not. Smell of caxxxxx being smxxxxx outside AND inside was the worst!

• Gary (4/5): False economy - Could see parked bike from window. Host didn't meet on arrival only learned of facilities later by email. Insecure bike parking in theft prone location. Soft foam mattress. Appeared hot water only available in mornings.

• Sue (1/5): Im very angry andi wonder if itis a scam - i had arranged to phone the property around 3 to arrange picking up the key. I coudn't get a reply by text or phone call. by 4 pm I gave up and had to make other arrangements. I should have been taking my granddaughter to a birthday party instead I had to phone around for alternative accomodation

• Obetta (9/5): It's a fantastic place to be. I highly recommend it. - It's a fantastic place to be. It's located in a very nice area with a good transport system. It's clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
