Alessio è un host davvero gentile, simpatico, puntuale nelle risposte e ci ha anche accolti in una degustazione di olio e vino di sua produzione buonissimi! Nulla, ci è piaciuto tutto

• davide (9/5): da consigliare - Ottima posizione, camera pulita e confortevole. Sistemazione perfetta per visitare Montefalco e i dintorni per un soggiorno di tre giorni camera un po' rumorosa e letto a molle non comodissimo

• Karen (6/5): Adequate for a short stay if you can tolerate the nighttime noise. - Excellent location just outside the town walls. Good portable WiFi. Free parking nearby. Well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly and informative meet and greet with key handover. Unfortunately, whoever lives above the apartment does not respect quiet hours. Between 2am and 4am lots of noise from above - dragging furniture around, thudding across the floor, and someone hanging out of the window. This noise would prevent me from staying here again. Also, on both nights we stayed, there was a noisy 3am delivery to the cafe below. The sofa needs to be replaced as it has no padding at all. The bed's mattress could have been better to prevent rolling into each other.
