Bathroom door was so narrow that my time of the wheelchair could not even go in. I had to check out and they didn’t they didn’t even care about returning the money or offering a discount. They just wanted to buy money.

• Atsuko (10/5): コスパがとても良い。 - 朝食、スタッフ、部屋、サービス、全て◎ セキュリティーの高い、安全なバリダラ・ディプローマット・エリアにありながら、ローカルなカラチャンプールに徒歩4-5分、またボシュンドラのショッピングモールにリキシャで10-15分ほどで行き、お買い得商品や食品を売るお店で買い物をしたり、美味しいレストランで食べたり出来る。 ホテルの有料の車の予約が埋まっていたらしく、空港まで、安く安全なUberタクシーを呼んでくれた。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。 あえて言うなら、シャワールームの少しこわれたところの修理や清掃にもう少し力を入れて欲しい。

• Rintr (10/5): Recommend to stay here - We made the right decision to stay at Omni Residency (Baridara). It is located at very safe location, not far from airport. The hotel has very warm welcome, supportive and service minded staff at all levels, from hotel manager, hotel receptionists, dining room to the cleaning staff. The hotel manager, Mr. Rana contacted us before our arrival. He also assured the early breakfast was arranged on the days that we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning. We were so thankful for their assistance. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Dhaka. -

• Franca (10/5): Dacca deserves a visit . This hotel is very nice to stay ! - The staff . A special mention for Mr Rana , the front manager, very helpful in organizing a nice last minute guided tour in Old Dacca and the transfer from and to the airport. The all staff is very nice as well . The rooms are large and comfortable . The position is good , on the way to the airport but close the town and in a nice area, and the breakfast is good . Very good value for price.

Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house. The room size and its amenities. Location and the assistance from everyone. The room was missing a mirror which can be annoying at a time when you get ready and go out somewhere.
