• Priyesh (8/5): Decent stay if you are okay to stay in old city, and do not intend to spend on commute - Neat and clean room, good bed size. accomodating and helpful owners. Easy proximity to temple and station. Though it is in easy proximity to station as well as temple. The location is of old ujjain city, which has narrow lanes, road side shops and not so easy to get a cab/rickshaw. You have to depend on few rickshaws who are damn expensive. Ujjain new city has better located hotels which are upscale and gives better vibes.
• Rutika (9/5): Good stay best experience 👍🏻 - This property is very near by mahakaleshwar mandir just 8 to 10 minutes walk by map direction, market and railway station is also nearby , staff is very polite, supportive & responsive they will guide u for everything they will arrange auto and cab too. Neat and clean floor, mattresses, pillow everything was new, good air conditioning , rooms are in good condition. They will provide you best home food with full of heart and at best prices, i will recommend this property for family & groups u will have best amenities, mainly room was as same as shown in pictures specious and clean.

• NATARAJAN (10/5): Amazing hospitality, Prime Location and easy accessibility to all the main temples. - We are extremely happy and grateful for the hospitality provided by Mr. Kshitij Jain & family. We were treated as family and were guided so wonderfully to all the sacred and divine places in and around Ujjain. The sattvic food provided to us was of excellent quality. There are 2 ancient temples in the premises which makes the place extremely serene, tranquil and peaceful. The location of the guest house is the prime highlight of the property as all the main temples are easily accessible. The auto services provided were exceptional. They guided us to complete our darshan yatra effectively.

Hotel location is at peaceful place must visit your journey will become peaceful. If you have 4 and more person go with the cottage property. We reach early and room was occupied so they arrange cottage till check in to our room. Distance from hotel to mahakaleshwar mandir is 10 to 15 min walking but place is worth taking.

I was given a free upgrade by the owner. The rooms were really way too good than what we see in the pictures. The location at first might look a bit shady because of the narrow lanes but it is actually secure and is in the centre of the city. The location is hardly 500m away from Mahakaleshwar Mandir(mostly walkable distance to gate no 4) rest the owners themselves will guide you about what places need to be explored. Owner said If you want to use AC, we have to pay 200/- per day. Ideally, we didn't require it.
