• Lisa (10/5): - I liked everything about this property. Owner was very kind and communicated brilliantly. When I first got to the property I was able to get in contact quickly with Maria and she was very helpful. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Location was excellent and the pool was amazing Nothing i didn't like

• Ion (9/5): Overall a good stay - Check in was very easy. The location of the villa is fantastic, just an 8 minute walk to the beach. It is very cosy and clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the pool seemed nice but we didn't use it, it's more suitable for the summer. We really enjoyed the terrace. Has good WiFi. They left champagne, coffee and many more things in the kitchen (condiments, trash bags etc). You can easily talk with the host on Whatsapp. They really respect the check out time, at 10:00 they were at the door kicking us out, I think in Germany I encountered more hospitality:) we were ready to leave but it didn't feel great. Parking is on the street and can be problematic if it is very busy. You can park in front of the gate, but people park very close and can get cramped or even impossible to park. TV is not so great (laggy and netflix doesn't work) Very little handsoap and toilet paper (we bought some) and no showel gel. Sockets are old. You have to take out the trash yourself, it is about 100m from the villa.

• Jemma (10/5): Amazing holiday!! - The villa was absolutely amazing! Very spacious and everything you need for a fab stay! We hired a car and managed to park right outside everytime, pool was great! Not heated but didnt need to be in june. Would deffo return!! My only issue was double bed was very hard for me but that’s just my preference, no air con but didnt really need however we did buy a fan and left it there for other guests to use :)

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent choice. - Very well equipped. We needed nothing! Comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathroom essentials supplied. Everything was spotlessly clean. The wifi was strong. Maria was a very responsive host. A great option for young families. I would recommend 100% Nothing.
• Sanem (9/5): Superb - Maria was really nice and helpful. She left some fruits, wine and cookies for us for our arrival which was really thoughtful. We needed to contact to her couple times during our stay and she replied quite fast on WhatsApp. The property was clean. The location was great. All the necessities(shops, restaurants) are in walking distance, area feels safe and quite. The kitchen was equipped really well, pool was great. There is a taxi spot nearby if you need to get one. P.S. If you are planning to use Uber or Taxi. Taxi is a lot more cheaper. The tumble dryer wasn't working. We didn't have enough/any household items such as bin bags, fabric softener, etc. so we needed to buy them but it's okay. There was no first aid stuff. The bed wasn't too comfortable.
• Gedasbuk (10/5): Exceptional - The villa has all the necessary equipment, there is a office space in the separate building. Very private and cozy terrace, no noise from the street or neighborhood. We've always found a car parking spot nearby. Highly recommended!
• Dina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just perfect. Maybe not the top choice for adult companies unless they are not fine with sleeping in kids beds, but this place is just a paradise for families with children. The house was very fresh and clean. Every single nuance was considered to make the stay for families with kids just comfortable and safe. Many different activities for different age children were available in the house. The property had even children safety pool fencing. Everything was fine.

• Fred (9/5): Excellent place to stay if your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. - Nice comfortable apartment in a peaceful location with a short walk to the local restaurants, bars and the beach. The pool is excellent and enjoys a lot of sun for most of the day. Good WiFi, no issues with internet connection. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen area seems to have everything you'd need and was perfect for us. The outdoor areas are particularly good and we spent most of our time outside, in and around the pool. Our host, Maria was helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had, she was very gracious in allowing us a late checkout on our last day. A little disappointed with the amount of consumables like toilet roles, bin bags, washing powder, etc, left for us. Had to buy our own, which isn't really a problem but resulted with us having to buy more than we actually needed for our stay. The apartment could do with a little maintenance here and there, nothing major but some of the sockets, switches, and outside toilet flush seem a bit dodgy. As another review mentioned it would have been good to have some printed instructions for some of the equipment in the apartment like the dishwasher, TV/Satellite, washing machine, etc. Maria did provide some instructions via WhatsApp but some sort of printed guide would be a nice touch.

• Edwin (10/5): Excellent - Quiet, peaceful area and in our opinion perfect for families . Only a short walk to the seaside, bus stop, taxi hub, local shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Our 3 boys really loved the pool and the outside dining area where they spent a lot of their time. Though the Wi-Fi was excellent, we were able to get them off their devices a lot of the time. Only less than 20 minutes drive to Loro Park, Siam Park and mall. Also, special mention to the Maria (the owner). She was especially very helpful to us. Our incoming flight was very delayed but she arranged for someone to meet us late at night. Nothing
• Dana_g (10/5): Exceptional - For our next trip we are definitely booking Maria's place again. Smooth check-in/checkout, we got a lovely welcome with fruits, wine, chips and bottled water. The house feels like home immediately, we always found parking close by and everything we needed on site. It's super well prepared for everything, from cooking a quick breakfast to having a barbecue. Bars/restaurants and groceries a few minutes away. The outdoor area is perfect. The pool is amazing and you don't feel the need for it to be heated at least at end of March. Maria was also super kind to allow a super late checkout at no extra cost as there was no immediate booking.
• Graeme (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay with great support from hosts. - Lovely outside seating and dining area. Full sun by pool all day. Very quiet and sheltered. Kitchen well equipped for eating in. Bedrooms well equipped with wardrobes and drawers. Great location for centre of Callao Salvaje bars, restaurants and shops. Cleaners were very thorough and polite. Parking our hire car was never a problem. Would have been helpful to have written instructions to electric cooker and washing machine. Also would have been useful to know about setting up English TV channels but hosts helped us to sort this out.
• Margit (9/5): Superb - La Marietta is in a perfect location for stay by the ocean. It suits well for quiet vacation or study/work time. It is also suitable for families with 2-4 small children. Close to the ocean, supermarket, bakery and restaurants
