Guest Reviews
- Wayne (9/5): Warm and welcoming. - The flat was very clean and plenty of room for us all. Plus it was a very short walk to the seafront Nothing it was just as it was described
- Johnson (9/5): Our break in Morcambe was a breath of fresh air. The property we stayed at was well described. - The property was located in the West End of Morcambe which lends itself to getting to the main promenade easily, within 5 minute walk. There are shops, fast food outlets and restaurants all within a short walk. I can't complain about any of the facilities or Morcambe as a town. No issues to report what so ever.
- James (5/5): Not bad - Very nice flat and clean Couch was small and uncomfortable and the area was very rough and run down lots of dirt and debris around the area

- D & A (9/5): Relaxing stay in a modern apartment with everything you'd need nearby - Close to the promenade for lovely walks and supermarket for essentials and low cost meals. Convenience store 3 doors away and lots of food outlets nearby.
The apartment was well furnished with a modern taste, with all the facilities required for an stress-free, relaxing stay.
We extended our stay because we were so happy with the place and the owner was very responsive with any queries. Nothing much, suppose the stairs were hard work getting to the top floor being in our mid 50s and unfit, but nothing can be done about that by the owner.
- Ruadh Jasper (7/5): Cheap & cheerful, check which flat you're getting as no lifts - Light and bright, the lounge and kitchen was much nicer than the photos
Comfy beds
Stylish and homely
Smart TVs
Nice soft towels
Could control heating room by room
Nice lighting options (lamps etc)
Meets expectations for the price really, I booked an extra night to make our stay easier
For the price having 2 bedrooms was great, really helped our stay to have extra space
Breakfast bar with high stools was accidentally accessible, I could use the high stools to sit while cooking and washing up which was great
Plenty of room to get wheelchair around in lounge / kitchen From photos expected ground floor, I struggle with stairs and having 2 flights of them was a lot but it was fine
Shower could've been cleaner
Not given enough kitchen paper
Bit of mildew in corner of lounge
Oven gloves would've been nice but an extra nice thick tea towel

- Samuel (8/5): - Very clean Outside back door could do with a rubber mat or similar ,very slippy in the wet
- rita (1/5): This is not a relaxing holiday home! - The aoartment advertisement is false . It should state building work hapoening next door because the house is a shell and 3 storeys and outside are being worked on .
There is no washing machine as advertized . No shower or toliet privacy. So There was unfortunately nothing I can say I liked. It certainly was not the relaxing few days away that I had hoped up . I came away with a migraine and bad chest from the dust particle
the owners should inform future bookings of the building works next door that started last April and will take substantial months to complete. The noise pollution from the construction site next door, the moment I arrived and every day from 8am till 530 pm workmen shouting and swearing above the loudness of their radio.
Banging, hammering , drilling and constant scraping of cement being shovelled.
No privacy to use the bathroom and shower until after 530 pm due to workmen also standing on scaffolding working on the outside of the house and there was no window film on the bathroom window. So work men had full view of inside of the bathroom
I Requested a fan due to the heat of the apartment , it was refused so I had to open some windows allowing dust into the apartment and into my lungs!
The owners were away in lake district during my stay and they only had limited mobile reception. So between emailing , taking recordings , photos, our live contact was

- Carol (10/5): Clean and comfortable modern apartment. Perfect for a small family or group of three - Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good location
Friendly, helpful host. Nothing
- Chris (8/5): - Location. Back yard still in need of renovation. Lack of sockets in lounge.
- Sharon (8/5): Had a pleasant relaxing stay. - It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds which is a big plus. There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property, if we had to be picky it would have been nice to either have a 3 seater sofa or an extra chair.
- Teresa (10/5): A lovely place to stay with my parents and teenage children. Perfect for walks along the beach and visiting Morecambe, - Very clean. Good location for visiting Morecambe.
- Phil (9/5): -
- Jill (8/5): Served its purpose. - Clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location. Building work going on next door the whole time very noisy and very scruffy area rubbish everywhere, dog poo etc
- kev finney (8/5): - Nice big rooms and very clean Only short stay but great fish and chips around the corner
- Keith (7/5): Enjoyed the stay, great location - The flat was clean , beds comfy and bedrooms were of a decent size. Shower was good, great location with shop two doors away. Kitchen and cooking facilities were excellent. The dining/ living room was shabby, an old dressing table with nothing in, massive, ugly table taking up half the room with a bench at one end. One two seater sofa. Could be made a lot nicer with a little
effort
- Scott (9/5): Excellent host - responded very quickly and happy to help - Very nicely decorated, light bright and modern. Very comfortable Nothing!
- Mary (7/5): If you don't mind stairs it's perfect! - The beds were very comfy, the shower was great, and there are three TVs in the property, a nice bonus! there was no noise from inside the property, and it felt very private. The top floor made it difficult to haul bags up and down the stairs. If you're younger, it should be no problem. The cutlery was a bit sparse. And there's a washing machine instead of a dishwasher. Think a dishwasher might be more useful if you're only booking for a few days. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again if we could get one of the apartments on the lower floors.
- Michael (6/5): A comfortable stay but questionable location - Collected from the key safe, very straight forward and easy to follow.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and near to local shops etc. The shower was a bit temperamental - with very sudden temperature changes!
Given that I stayed for 12 days, it would have been nice to have been offered clean towels & bedding as 12 days is a long time to not have clean ones.
The location was ok in the day time, but at night there were a lot of people wandering outside smoking and drinking, which was both noisy and not very pleasant. The builders next door were also very noisy
- Andrew (9/5): an excellent, well needed break in a property that exceeded expectations. - keys were in a lock box and instructions had been sent so it was pretty easy, the facilities were excellent, even had a bag of ice in the freezer, the property is close to the beach and facilities
- Mihaita (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (8/5): Very sweet and homely apartment. I would book again. - The location is not too far from the town centre and a nice walk from the beach and promenade. The apartment was very well stocked, such as having a hairdryer and an iron if you needed. The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable .
- Susan (9/5): Comfortable accommodation which we would recommend. - The flat was very tastefully decorated, the front room has a large smart tv and both bedrooms had decent size smart tvs also. There is a microwave which is very handy, a cooker and small fridge. All equipment is as you would expect in the kitchen area. There is a convenience store only a few doors away, which was very helpful.Situated in the West End of Morecambe, It’s just a short walk to the sea front and local amenities. It’s not really a dislike as we managed to park right outside the property. But when searching for accommodation, we specifically requested properties with free parking. It’s actually on street parking at this flat and not private parking as we believed.
- Sharon (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and great location. - Cleanliness and comfort and location
- Anne-marie (10/5): Easter treat. - it was like home from home N/A
- Ann (8/5): Comfortable short break in very pleasant Morecambe - Apartment was tastefully decorated, clean & comfortable. Walking distance to beach.
Mark was very helpful. Area was a bit run down. With projects like Mark’s redeveloping area, lots of potential for future. Not good for anyone who can’t easily do stairs. Roadside parking only.
- Dawn (8/5): Very good - The location was good, easy access to the sea front. Ground floor flat. Owner dealt with my problem quickly and was very friendly. Flat was comfortable and had everything I needed. The outside space could have been made nicer. The storage cupboard inside the flat had bits of wood, paint cans etc in it.
- Newton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiwonge (6/5): Location convenient, but not cleaned thoroughly. - Stayed in Flat C. Location was convenient but not in a nice neighbourhood. Parking was minimal. Bed was comfortable but small. House was small and had no dining table just bar stools and a high table. Sofa was small. The conversion seems to have been done well. Host Mark was responsive. Shower needed a deep clean, grouting was dirty and brown. Walls needed cleaning, lots of marks and stains. Very small bathroom in general. There was rubbish and dust in the main bedroom and a few used wrappers behind the side tables. The carpet needed a deep clean and hoover. Dog hair everywhere. The bin liner was used by a previous tenant which was not pleasant. There were stains on the sofa. Curtains should have been black out as lots of light came in.
- Mihaita (9/5): Superb -
- Shirley (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (9/5): Excellent service - From booking to staying it was so good , comes was very good and apartment was more than suited to our needs amazing service A little noisy upstairs most of the time from being inside ours
- Thomas (9/5): Superb - The location and accommodation was really nice and the owner (Mark) was very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed to have a great stay.
Thank you.
Tom and Marie. Nothing.
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (7/5): All went well thanks. - Tidy apartment. Needs a radiator in the bathroom.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in very good condition, with everything working as it should. The owner responded quickly when we couldn't find the WiFi address, which was actually in a pocket on the router itself. As two friends travelling together the two seater sofa was very small, which meant one of us would sit there and the other at the table. As the microwave and particularly the heating were very modern they both took a bit of working out. Neither of these are big issues and in no way take away from the overall condition of the apartment.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - Clean ,everything spot on
- Jane (10/5): Great location dog friendly great vfm - Great location
- Sheena (8/5): Great little apartment and location just a shame the cleanness let it down - - Location perfect and on bus route to go into Lancaster Not very clean - shower glass very dirty finger prints on mirror walls patchy in places
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The owner who was very helpful answered all questions delivered extra things nothing a problem
Theapartment near to amenities and the bay No complaints at all
- Andrew (9/5): well spaced apartment with easy to use facilities in a short walk away from the beach - the location was excellent and the facilities were superb, only 1 floor to climb, the apartment was neatly set up on arrival and the appliances were easy to use, even a farewell from mark as we left was a nice touch (even if it was a coincidence) was expecting a washing machine but that wasnt too big a deal
- Janet (10/5): Excellent clean property and pet friendly. - Good location close to shops, beach. Nothing.
- Joyce (10/5): Home fae home - The flat was lovely and at great location next everything.
- Peter (8/5): Very good - The freedom and equipped apartment Beds were too firm
- Shawn (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean close to shops and pubs Nothing
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the apartment everything I needed was there & there were plenty of places to eat and drink not far from it 😀 Nothing
- Jeanette (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and had everything we needed Nothing brilliant

- Alba (9/5): Beautiful & Spotless - Thoughtfully furbished spotless apartment centrally located with shops & eateries close by.
All essentials you could possibly need including ironing (in the entrance cupboard)
The owner had excellent comms which is always reassuring.
Would defo return. Some of the surrounding area has seen better days but sadly there's quite a bit of tired buildings in this once spectacular quintessential seaside resort.
- Dyet (10/5): Lovely - good
- Tracey (10/5): Great property, clean and comfy - Beautiful flat, really clean and In A good location, 5 min walk to centre of town. Lovely touches, of free beverages, towels provided, leaflets showing area
- Linda (8/5): Todd's Tour - It is a lovely, well-appointed flat It was further from the promenade and eateries than l expected
- Maggie (7/5): Good -
- Bethany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (7/5): Good - There were ants in the flat which I informed the host about..
- Jayne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything.Great location near the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfy like a home from home. Would defo stay again and recommend it 😀
- Ludvig (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean with all amenities. A toaster was the only thing that was not available, but everything else was good
- Paolo (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Jillian (9/5): Morecambe apartment - Lovely apartment, clean well equipped and situated very close to the sea front. Parking for us was a nightmare. No space to park anywhere near the apartment. Rained heavily and we were soaked.
Noisy, very loud family with a dog running up and down the stairs.
- Luke (10/5): Defo would stay here agen - This place is like a home from home mark the owner was very helpful Warm and clean and lots of room
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Hulse (9/5): Very good value. - Very clean. Everything in good working order. Good quality fixtures. Booked for three people but only two could sit comfortably. Funny really because we thought there was room for a comfy chair.
- Nia (8/5): Morecambe - a firendly short break destination - Really easy checking in, the flat had all the facilities and equipment needed , lovely modern looking apartment and comfortable beds. The flat is well positioned to town and the hosts were great.
- Adrean (10/5): Lovely apartment, had everything we needed and short walk to the sea front. We will book this again. - Lovely apartment, spacious and has all the much needed conveniences. Couldn’t fault it : ) NA
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -

- Jonathan (10/5): Excellent well equipped self contained ground floor flat in Morecambe. Highly recommended. - Well equipped, clean, refurbished ground floor accommodation, convenient location, just what we needed. Highly recommended. Will use again. Nothing
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Ample furniture lovely comfy beds. Neighbours fighting in street, very noisy road noise...dog struggled on laminate flooring.
- Clansey (9/5): Superb - A very clean apartment 🙂 The parking I couldn't find a space outside.
- Julie (8/5): Good location, nice and clean - The location was great, only a short walk to the promenade. Very useful to have a corner store nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful I would have liked more seating in the lounge
- Michael (10/5): Good location great flat - Spacious Couch not big
- Ann (9/5): Excellent location, lovely spacious apartment, needs more comfy chairs in the lounge dining area. - The apartment was ideally situated for the town, within walking distance. However, we used taxis to get about as a member of our party had mobility issues. The kitchen was very well equipped with kettle and toaster and plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. The shower was amazing. The lounge dining area was a let down for our party. The table dominated the room and the sofa, which was very small was very uncomfortable, there was only one easy chair and then 3 dining chairs and a wooden bench. For me, I feel it would be best to have a much smaller fold away table with a larger, more comfy sofa/corner sofa so that you can relax at the end of your busy day, hence the reason why we only gave a 9. It would have been a 10 otherwise.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, clean property. Parking was easy. Short walk to the promenade and easy driving access elsewhere. We stayed in Flat C. Did not know about the stairs up to the flat and then within the flat. No real problem for my wife and I I but possibly worth noting for someone less able-bodied.
- Anonymous (8/5): Pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and did all they could to accommodate us. - Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Near the beach, plenty of shops nearby. The beds were comfy. It could have done with an armchair as the couch was too small for 3 adults so our daughter had to sit on a dining chair.
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maggie (9/5): Superb - Very nice and clean
- Jonathan (10/5): Well equipped, pleasant flat, was just what we needed. - Good first floor flat, well equipped, local shop, short walk from seafront and shopping area. On bus route.
- Val (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Elaine (8/5): Dad/lads family getaway. - The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. The rooms were nicely decorated. There wasn't a formal dining table and chairs. The apartment was booked for three adults...my Dad, brother and my son. The only available seating for dining, eating breakfast etc was a metal garden table and two garden chairs.
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryce (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (3/5): Apartment OK but the stay was disappointing in parking, no sea view and nearby facilities - It was a self catering apartment. The apartment itself was clean and recently refurbished apart from the bathroom which was OK. It contained all necessary for a short stay. The apartment was not on the Promenade as the advert led us to believe. It was in fact 3 streets back with no sea view. We understood from the advert that there was parking but it was in fact on street parking and took us 15 minutes to find somewhere nearby to park on Friday. It was at the Heysham end and quite a long way from the centre of Morecambe.
