• Rosie (10/5): Spotless apartment in excellent location with great amenities - Everything about the apartment was 10/10. Main bedroom and sofa bed were both extremely comfortable with nice bedding - a huge plus! Location couldn't be better. Near lots of bars and restaurants, the funicular, ferry ports for trips around the lake, etc. Utitlies and extras provided also such a nice touch. Everything from bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies, to some lovely snacks and espresso machine. You can tell Ebe lives in the building and takes pride in the apartment being up to a high standard as it's one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Also absolutely loved the balcony - even in the colder evenings it was a cosy place to sit out. Cannot recommend enough! Nothing to say!

• Tracey (10/5): Perfect Accommodation For Our Lake Como Holiday - This apartment was the perfect base for our recent trip to Como. The location is ideal for the station, the city centre, the ferries, the funicular and of course the lake. There are multiple bars and restaurants within minutes of the apartment. It was clean, well appointed and superbly comfortable. Ebe the host, was friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on arrival and departure. We absolutely loved our stay. Because of the close proximity of the lake, we had a few mosquito bites. Can't be helped, but be prepared with sprays or deterrents.
• Till-Oliver (8/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage - Gute Lage direkt zum See. Parkplatz direkt davor, was sehr gut ist, da die Parksituation sonst sehr schwierig ist. Sehr hellhörig. Direkt vor den Fenstern ist ein Restaurant mit Außenbereich. Dort ist bis spät abends extreme Lautstärke und die Fenster sind leider nicht schallisolierend. An frühen Schlaf ist leider damit nicht zu denken.

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect, well appointed apartment - A perfect spacious and luxurious apartment with a host who sincerely made the stay excellent with local restaurant recommendations that were spectacular. The view from the balcony of the water made our family lunches a delight. From comfortable beds, to a large shower and well equipped facilities this was certainly top class and in line with the beauty of Como. • Willis (10/5): Perfect stay in Como - Everything. The host has anticipated everything guests might need. Large space, great location and all the amenities one would need/want. Communication was good before and after our visit. Lots of restaurants minutes away and a one minute walk to the lake promenade, 5 minutes to the funicular and 15 to the train station (we took a taxi from the station as it was very hot and we’re glad we did. Note, we had trouble getting taxi’s so plan accordingly if you are going to the station on checkout). We really enjoyed our glass of wine on the balcony before going out for dinner. We stayed 5 nights and highly recommended this property. Nothing

• Yanny (9/5): Bright, clean and spacious apartment in the center of Como. It has a view of the lake from the balcony. I can imagine - It is very spacious, bright and clean. The location is great with steps away from the main area. The check in was very easy and host let us leave our luggage at the end of the stay. The apartment is very well equipped for short stay. Nothing. We couldn’t find clothes drying rack in case we want to do laundry during our stay. It’s not a big deal for us but it would be nice for longer stays.

It’s in a great location close to ferry, shops, funicular. The host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable even umbrellas for a wet day. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
• Jennifer (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - This apartment was by far the best we stayed at of all 6 apartments and hotels during our travels through Italy. The apartment is very spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Ebe was very responsive providing use of a car space and answering questions quickly. Perfect location - a quick stroll to Como town square and plenty of restaurants and bars next door by the water, yet a little way out of the thick of the tourist crowd to enjoy some quiet. Loved the balcony for evening drink with a bit of a view to the water. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect, two steps away from the city centre and with the lake view from the balcony! It was sparkling clean, beds were comfy and everything was just perfect! We stayed one night only, but would love to come back for longer visit, of course.

• Chhandak (10/5): Great value for money stay at a super convenient location - Very convenient location. Property very well furnished Next to a Commercial Street, so can get noisy during odd hours. Unfortunately that’s beyond the control of the property owner. Dark and heavy blinds & airtight insulation can be helpful during summer months.
