- Charmaine (1/5): Bad - When I arrived on that night I pressed bell for to be let in to be told it had been already let and the lady contacted the owner who said the owner had never been contacted by booking .com and had never heard from me. Total lie!! I had paid my money the week before Iam a 70 year old woman trawling the streets on that night in the rain a nd cold for somewhere to stay. I walked for ages till I managed to find some group of people that kindly helped me I was conned by this man have lost faith in people and I want a refund and feel I need compensation. How can booking .com use this person I have all correspondence from him and messages should you wish to pursue this well I hope you will !
