• FARES (1/5): فندق الدخان والكتمه لمده 3 ايام دخان - الموقع فقط. والله يعينكم على دخان المدخنه الخانق اللذي يصل حتى لغرفكم. من المدفئه اللتي في الدور الارضي. المدخنه في اللوبي خانق ونحن في الدور الاول. الدخان يصل لداخل الغرفه وتم تنبيهم في اليوم الاول. ولمده ثلاث ايام الدخان خااااانق يصل للدور الاول والغرف لدرجه تنعدم الرويه في الممرات. لاانصح ابداً .

• Sevinj (10/5): Great location spectacular view from our room - Mrs Emine the owner of the property was so kind. We could not find the bus the way back Home she arranged it for us. Also staff was very super. We ordered Salmon fish it was not cooked as we wish when they know about it they replaces it with new one. Hotels restoran was so delicious all meals we ordered from them.

• Dilek (10/5): - The location of Ayder Pallazo Resort is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Ayder with beautiful surroundings. The staff is generally very welcoming and helpful, especially in Türkiye. However, I want to highlight two exceptional individuals—a young man and a young lady—who truly went above and beyond. They were not just helpful, but extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their attitude made a great stay even better. Their level of service stood out and deserves special recognition. Highly recommend this place for both its location and the incredible hospitality.

• Irene (8/5): overall ok, but the money we paid was a lot - - closeness to area of interests, restaurants, cafe, bus stop etc. - nice staff - clean - free water, tea at the entrance - they offered to clean the room while we were away - we stayed in a 3 person room (1 single bed, 1 double bed) and the room & bathroom was too small for 3 people - heating wasn’t available throughout the whole day, even tho outside it was cold - they opened the heating in the after 6-7pm - breakfast was ok, but nothing wow

• Orhan (7/5): Ich würde nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel buchen! - Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und lecker. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Vielfalt an Gerichten und Getränken. Sowohl reichlich an Obst und Gemüse ist gedacht worden. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich! Die Kommunikation am Tag meiner Ankunft hat sich etwas enttäuschend und schwer herausgestellt. Vorerst wurde mir nebenbei, während der Rezeptionist mit anderen 3. Personen gesprochen hat, einfach die Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt. Der Rezeptionist meinte, er würde sich später um mich kümmern. Ich musste auf die Mitarbeiter zugehen, bezüglich Wo und Wann das Frühstück ist. Ich war ziemlich verärgert und hatte bedenken, ob ich mit diesem Hotel das richtige für mich gebucht hatte. Am Abend war es oft laut, da viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel waren. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter ist einfach in mein Zimmer gekommen ohne zu klopfen und hat die Türe aufgemacht als ich in Unterhosen da stand. Ich reise sehr viel und so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Ich habe mich auch beim Personal aufgerägt und sie bemühten sich zwar danach sehr, allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Personal nicht erfahren und etwas überfordert war.
• om hassan (9/5): فندق آيدر اللطيف - موقع الفندق ممتاز في منتصف شارع آيدر الحيوي ، والطاقم لطيف جدا ومتعاون يعطيهم العافية ، أخذت غرفة ثلاثية علوية مطلها كان جميل جدا من كل الجهات الإفطار يقتصر على ساعتين فقط ، لو يزيدو ساعة أفضل ، لايوجد مكيفات لكن لم يؤثر هذا بالنسبة لي شخصيا

• Ahmed (9/5): Excellent Location and Exceptional Service - The hotel’s location is ideal — very close to Ayder Plateau, ATM machines, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The staff are friendly and supportive, especially Abdullah, who went above and beyond to make our visit to Ayder memorable. From suggesting local tours to recommending good restaurants, Abdullah took care of everything. Special thanks also to Abdulrahman, Radwan, and Bengisu for their warm hospitality. The breakfast was good, especially considering the hotel’s rating. One of the rooms was on the smaller side, with a compact bathroom, but it was clean and well-maintained.
