Внутренний дворик, очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, отдельное спасибо Мише, замечательный и добрейший человек, все рассказал, все показал, помог с хамамом и такси. Завтраки потрясающие. В номерах есть все, кондиционер, холодильник, тапки, чайник. Все понравилось. Крохотные номера, но это особенность Старого города

• YOKO (8/5): 快適な滞在ができたホテルでした - 朝食が美味しかったです。3泊しましたが朝食が毎回違いました。オムレツやスイーツなど追加でスタッフが持ってきてくれて食べきれない量でおもてなしを感じました。最初にチェックインのときに部屋に案内されましたが、違う部屋に案内されたので、自分が予約したランクの部屋がどれだったか覚えておいたほうがいいと思います。違うことを言うとすぐに正しい部屋へ案内してくれました。スタッフの方々はとても優しく、建物屋上からの景色も素晴らしかったです。タクシーもホテル目の前まで乗り入れたので、楽でした。旧市街へ徒歩で数分で最高の立地でした。 なしです。地元の子供達が昼間にホテル前で遊んでいて、やんちゃを通り越して後ろから飛び蹴りされたので、絡まれたらサッと逃げましょう笑
• Kasumi (10/5): - 歩いて主要な観光スポットまで行けるので、早朝や夜に散歩したりできました 朝食もボリュームがあって、フルーツからパン、ケーキまで種類いっぱいで良かった。 とくにもちもちの揚げパンみたいのと、ミルク粥みたいなのが美味しかった。 オーナーも色々と気にかけてくれて、ありがたかった 早朝チェックイン可能とのことだったが、ほかのスタッフが知らなかったようで、少し待つことになったのと、半日分の料金を追加で払ったらチェックイン可能とのことだった 事前にチェックイン時間を確認した時点で追加料金必要なことを教えてもらえると良かった。
• Petra (10/5): - Misha ist der allerbeste Gastgeber. Meine Freundin und ich fühlten uns bei ihm absolut gut aufgehoben. Er löste eines unserer Probleme im Handumdrehen, ohne viel Aufhebens davon zu machen. Das Frühstück war nicht nur ausgezeichnet, sondern auch liebevoll arrangiert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur einen Steinwurf vom Kalon-Komplex entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich gute Restaurants, der Bazar, ein Hamam (😊) und Lobi Hovuz. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen Wäscheservice. Wir haben unsere Gespräche mit Misha über Gott und die Welt sehr genossen und wünschen ihm weiterhin viel Erfolg und Freude an seinen Gästen. ?
• Mirjana (10/5): Unforgettable stay - We enjoyed our stay in the hotel in almost all possible ways, kindness of the owners/staff being the highlight - during our stay it was birthday of one of us and unexpected congratulations and nice present were a surprise when we came for breakfast! How caring and kind! This is more the suggestion from 60+ guests - to safely enter the bath tub it would be useful to install grab bar on the wall. We did not receive registration form slip upon check-in, what we have been asked to present at passport control when departing the country.

Персонал внимательный, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Особенно приятно, что нам без лишних вопросов продлили проживание до 22:00 (с оплатой за полсуток), что было очень удобно. Отдельно хочется отметить администратора Мурада — очень внимательный, тактичный и отзывчивый человек, который действительно делает пребывание гостей комфортным. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные — есть из чего выбрать, всё свежее и с душой приготовлено. Локация просто отличная: всего в 2 минутах ходьбы от мечети Калян, в самом сердце Бухары. Особая атмосфера у внутреннего двора — под открытым небом можно наслаждаться свежим воздухом, неспешно пить чай и вести душевные разговоры. Вечером здесь особенно уютно — ощущается настоящая тишина Востока. У отеля своя, очень приятная аура — после прогулок по старому городу возвращаешься и по-настоящему отдыхаешь. Комфорт, спокойствие и искреннее гостеприимство делают это место по-настоящему особенным. Рекомендуем от всей души. Не имеет

Персонал очень отзывчивый, на все просьбы сразу помогали. Очень классное размещение, 200 метров и Центр! Очень тихо, нет шума от ночной туристической жизни. Прекрасный завтрак, не маленький номер, хорошие кровати! Нам очень понравилось, всем рекомендуем!

Der Hotelmanager ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und spricht gut englisch. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass man den Flair der Stadt ganz hautnah erlebt. Nichts.

• Екатерина (5/5): - Гостиница находится в переулках старого города, до центра 5 минут. Белье белоснежное, чистое, сантехника тоже. Гостиница предлагает трансфер, но цена на него, озвученная уже при прибытии в отель, была 100 тыс сум при цене такси в 30 тыс. Противно, если честно. Понятно, что трансфер от отеля дороже, но все же не в 3 раза. Работающий на ресепшен молодой человек крайне не любезен. Картой оплату не принял, пришлось менять наличку. Завтрак порционный, не шведский стол. Еды хватало, но все строго по норме,даже чай - только 1 пакетик. Кофе растворимый. Тот же молодой человек стоял и внимательно смотрел, чтобы никто не превысил норму. В комнате чайник есть, но чая и кофе нет. Воды тоже нет. Матрас пружинный - тоже так себе:) и очень сильно топят по ночам, батареи не регулируются. И под окном шла стройка (вернее, расширение той же гостиницы), с раннего утра там долбили асфальт. Но самое главное, конечно - это персонал. Неприятный.

Muy amables en ayudarnos para organizar el transfer desde y hacia la estación de trenes que está bastante lejos. El desayuno muy bueno y con excelentes productos locales. Todo bien.

Des ménagements en cours vons encore améliorer l'établissement. La température de l'eau : difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Il faut résoudre ce problème à la faveur des travaux.

• Suzanne (9/5): Charming hospitality - The guesthouse doesn't look much from the outside in the narrow old streets, but the location is amazing (the main square and minaret are at the end of the street) and the rooms are quiet around a courtyard area. The service is friendly and homely, breakfast is served to you, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Building works in neighbouring properties but there was no noise, just made the immediate area look scruffy

Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable, with fresh fruit, eggs, homemade jams, bread, pancake, tea, and coffee. The location is excellent, inside the old town and close to the historic sites and many shops and restaurants. The staff, including Misha, are helpful and friendly. We would happily recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Bukhara.

• Martin (9/5): Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel mit sehr komfortablen Zimmern, zentrumsnah und sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber - Schöne große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr nah am Zentrum, tolles Frühstück. Das Hotel wird gerade erweitert und der schöne Baum im Innenhof musste weichen.

• Nikolai (7/5): Хороший номер в сердце старого города - Отношение персонала, спасибо Мише аке, был готов помочь и делился советом. Номер был хорошим, кондей и остальная техника работала исправно. Недавно в нем сделали ремонт или он просто нормально сохранился. Сантехника было рабочая. Покормили от пуза, но в идеале хотелось бы что-то более мясное, можно за доп плату. Расположение супер, рядом комплекс Пои-Колон в сердце старого города. В общем оценка Хорошо с мелкими косяками. То, что вёлся вялотекущий ремонт и вид двора оказался другим, нежели на фото. Также под моим номером что-то периодически работало и немного мешало спать. Ощутимая проблема это высокая слышимость из-за легких одиночных деревянных дверей в номер с большими щелями, и конструкции внутреннего двора, когда все звуки приходят к вам в номер. Если вы приедете с партнером/ей, то все будет слышно 🤣

• M (10/5): 立地完璧！可愛いゲストハウス、温かいおもてなし。 - とてもよかったです！ 急遽ブハラ行きを決めたので朝3:00にブハラ駅に到着したものの、まだホテルを決めていませんでした。 少し明るくなる5:00まで駅で待ち、ホテルを決めてタクシーで向かいました。 オフシーズンですし、まだ静けさが残る時間でしたが、中庭へ入るとオーナーさんが起きてくれました。 荷物だけ置いてとりあえずチェックインまでお散歩へ行こうと思っていたのですが、「疲れてるでしょ」とお部屋へ通してくれました。大きなベットで少し休めて本当に助かりました。 部屋は広く、テレビ、YouTube、冷蔵庫、ケトル、エアコン、バスタブが揃っており快適でした。 レセプションにウォーターサーバーもありました。 シャワーのお湯がなかなかでなかったですが、何度も往復して対応してくださりました。 オフシーズンなのでお部屋拡張工事をしていましたが、素敵なブハラらしい騙し絵がドアになるように貼られていたり気配りがありました。入口はレンガなど工事のものが並んでいましたが、綺麗に掃除されており、音も気にならなかったです、工事の方も優しかったです。 朝食は素敵な中庭で頂きました。 卵、果物、ヨーグルト、ジュース、パン、どれも新鮮でした。最初に「コーヒーにミルクはいらない」と答えたのですが、やっぱり途中でミルクが欲しくなり頼んだら、なんとお店まで買いに行ってくれてたみたいです！キッチンにあるのだと思い頼んだので申し訳なかったです、全く嫌な顔せずすぐ買いに行ってれありがとうございました。 朝食はボリュームもあり美味しかったです！ 観光地中心部なので朝人が少ないときに写真も撮れるし、夜も徒歩2分で行けるので立地も最高でした。 翌日15:00の列車だったので、チェックアウト後も荷物を預けようと思っていたら、こちらから頼む前にオーナーさんが「明日の電車何時？14:00まで部屋使っていいよ」と言ってくれました。温かくプロフェッショナルなホスピタリティに感謝します！ 子どもにも優しくしてくれてありがとうございます。 素敵なお土産まで頂きありがとうございました！ 割れずに日本へ持って帰ってこれました。大切に使います☺　
• Danja (6/5): Hotel in Ordnung für Preis, aber es ginge mehr - Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt für Sightseeing in der Stadt und mit dem Taxi gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war gross und komfortabel. Die Baustelle, die bereits in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt wurde, hat jedoch nicht massiv gestört. Es gab keinen Lärm oder so. Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist jedoch fair. Der Innenhof ist durch die Baustelle sehr kahl und es herrschte ständig ein Geruch von Kanalisation. Das Personal war nicht wirklich anwesend und schien auch sehr desinteressiert im Allgemeinen. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die wir bisher in Usbekistan hatten, eher schlecht.

• Belinda (1/5): Dishonest do not stay - Good location, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Dishonest practice of owners. Firstly the hotel is undergoing renovations and doesn't look like pictures show. Secondly it is listed as a Boutique Hotel on booking.com but when you arrive this word is nowhere to be seen. Is this the budget option??? Thirdly, a couple weeks after staying there from 17 to 19 May for $92usd [ I have receipt and also registration documents as proof], I received an email today notifying that booking had been modified to 17-18 May only and listing price paid as $26Usd. What on earth is going on? This is reprehensible behaviour and should not be condoned. I am following up with booking.com. This is utterly atrocious behaviour. Shame on you. Do not stay here.

• Wali (10/5): A memorable experience in the heart of Bukhara! - LOCATION: Old Bukhara Boutique is located at the center of all attractions. I was there during a heatwave of 35-40 degrees at it was incredible useful to have a a room that was super accessible to take a break from the heat. ROOM AND BUILDING: I booked the 3-person room as I was staying with my parents. The room has the best view of the main monuments, right from your bed. The room comes equiped with AC, a fridge, towels, and a clean bathroom. It was a comfortable stay! As another reviewer mentioned, the hotel is under construction, but I think he was being very unfair in his review, so please ignore that. Only one part of the hotel is being built, which is totally okay! What do you expect from a growing, family-owned hotel? I was very happy for them that they were expanding. The rooftop gives an awesome view of the city at day and at night. The breakfast was given to us outdoors in the courtyard, which was an awesome, authentic experience. STAFF/SERVICE: This is a family-run hotel, and i love to be able to support family-owned businesses. Mirshod was the kindest person, and answered all of our questions and spoke so nicely to us. He is a really kind human being. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. We were in Bukhara only for 2 days and 1 night, and on our first day, he recommended that we take a tour organized through the hotel. Sitora was our guide, and she was awesome! She was able to bring us to all the main sites, and adjusted the pace based on our interests, and based on my elderly parents ability to walk. Mirshod, Sitora, and the staff at the Old Bukhara Boutique were very very very kind, helpful, and hardworking people. They made the experience memorable. VALUE FOR MONEY: Don't think twice, just book it. I wish I could stay longer!
• Sarah (8/5): Great location - Great location, very easy to walk around the delights of Bukhara. Muran & Michan brothers were very nice & helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was very nice & the beds were comfortable. Bathroom on the small side & beds although comfortable were squeaky! There is an extension to the hotel going on so it didn’t look it’s best but I’m sure will be great once completed.
