- Mc Oneill (2/5): poor communication, not the right apartment I paid for, and generally poor customer service - Overall the location of the building was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. 24/7 security made me feel safe and secure. Don’t get me started. Prior to check-in, I was informed that the room I had originally booked (Unit 4709) was no longer available due to “conflicting” issues. I was then assigned a different apartment instead (Unit 3921). I requested to be moved to a similar unit to the one I had booked, but was told this wasn’t possible as no other properties were available. Communication from the property manager was also very poor—responses were delayed at times when assistance was needed, which made the situation more frustrating. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the level of support provided was not very helpful.
- RODSON (1/5): Not good - Don’t like any, picture is not a real one of the property All, WiFi is not even working though I have requested multiple times to check. Host is not very helpful
- CHUANG (1/5): - No I’ve been here for over an hour and still haven't received my room number. I tried contacting the host but got no response, and the front desk didn't pick up the phone either. It wasn't until 5 minutes after I left and checked into another hotel that I finally got my room number. Since this place was more expensive, I still chose to come back and stay, but once I checked in: first, basic toiletries like toothbrushes weren't provided; second, there were no towels; and third, the Wi-Fi password never worked. After complaining multiple times, customer service finally sent a link to a website that required registration just to get the password. The signal in this building is terrible, so trying to register and get the password was basically impossible. Paying this much for a room that doesn't even provide basic toiletries and has such a complicated process just to get Wi-Fi is honestly not recommended at all. I can say the experience was absolutely, incredibly awful!

For me, it is very convenient to have a washi - Closer to the place I visited, which is Century City, this property is very convenient for me. Very nice view from my studio. However, the owner may want to consider providing a dryer instead of manual drying, as air-drying indoors could cause unpleasant odors in the studio. Something needs to be done to address the odor coming from the kitchen sink and the toilet drainage system. At times, an unpleasant smell comes out.
- DamianM (8/5): Well located comfortable apartment - Century Spire is a very nice modern building..very quiet and not too busy.. The apartment is spacious and the facilities are good but the layout is poor. The sofa faces the bed rather than the TV. The microwave oven is at knee level. But I enjoyed the building as I have stayed here before. The room layout is poor and could be a lot better.
- John (1/5): Avoid GOTOPHI - The building itself is a modern nice design with good facilities. Location is great. Close to the mall, many good restaurants and good base to easily get around Manila. The unit has a great view and is a reasonable size studio for two people. Rice cooker is nice. Lobby staff and guards are exceptional and really made us feel welcome in our stay. The managing agent GOTOPHI almost completely ignore all attempts at engagement on any channel to address the many issues. The unit was filthy - we had to deep clean it ourselves on arrival. No cleaning during the month stay. No WiFi. No cell signal on Globe or Smart. Lights and toilet seat were broken. These are just the highlights. GOTOPHI management agents just refuse to do their job and apparently this is a common complaint. We did get the aircon cleaned which was essential as it was causing us breathing difficulties. Kudos to the maintenance guy who, once we met, tried his best in a bad situation. We did get offered to move to an alternate unit but, although slightly bigger, it had the same issues and worse view. The unit is next to the trash room so cockroaches are plentiful but manageable. Cockroaches are normal in the Century estate.

Unit doesnt not exist told no refund and they only have dusty smaller units available! Dont trust this proeperty or booking.com Fraudsters the room they offered was small dusty/dirty and one just one plug worked in the entire unit, the furnished seen better days, aircon leak and super noisy and window broken all for $3316!!..never again will i use booking.com bunch of crooks!

- Harald (1/5): Fake listing - Nichts Nachdem ich ein Apartment mit Balkon und ansprechender Ausstattung und schön dekoriert gebucht hatte, bekam ich ein paar Tage vor dem Checkin eine Mail, dass mein Apartment gewechselt hätte und ich jetzt ein Apartment im höheren Stockwerk allerdings ohne Balkon erhalten würde. Das habe ich nicht akzeptiert, denn das nun zur Verfügung gestellt, Apartment war in keiner Weise das welche sich gebucht habe. Es roch schlecht. Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Küchenutensilien waren kaum vorhanden beide Bratpfanne nicht benutzbar. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter erhielt ich den Hinweis, dass ist gar kein Apartment mit Balkon gebe. Also war das Listening in Booking ein Fake Listing nach meiner Meinung betrug. Ich habe das Apartment nicht bezogen und die Buchung storniert. Bis heute habe ich leider das Geld nicht zurück erhalten.

Like the amenities esp. the heated pool. Place is very convenient, near Century City Mall. A lot of food to eat nearby and with grocery store. With 24/7 convenience store also in front in case u missed or need anything. With nice and relaxing view, city view from the window. None so far.

- Steven (2/5): The worst in all my 50+ years of travel! - Not relevant, considering all the negatives! The unit was not prepared. The recliner did not recline. It was electric, did not function, was shoved outbof the way. Welcome was a book with prices fir penalties they would TAKE for violations. THE BILLING WAS ABOUT 10000php more than what showed on Booking.com. The wifi did nit function mite than it did function. It also cut out frequently. The maintenance staff, one or two people who came to tend to broken things, were worse than rude. They told me to do the work and pay for things needed to be done. No dish towel. . Basically people just smiled and told me rules and accomplished nothing. Probably, also, my back scrubber was stolen by the rudest maintence ‘engineer’ ever. Nobody seemed to care to do anything about that, though written records were demanded for every little thing.

- Sayed (1/5): Warning: Bait-and-Switch Tactics - I was relocated to a different apartment in Gramercy, supposedly due to double booking theu claimed. However, I discovered that the replacement apartment is available on booking platforms for ₱1,000 less. This raises serious concerns about the management's business practices. It appears that they may be engaging in bait-and-switch tactics, where guests are moved to lower-priced units without their knowledge or consent. This is unacceptable and can cause significant inconvenience to travelers. I advise potential guests to exercise caution when booking with this establishment and to carefully review their reservation details to avoid similar situations So I decided to refund and cancel. But keep in mind i wasted my whole day carrying my bags here and there.
- Barry (4/5): We were switched from Century Spire Makati to Gramercy Residence 53 Floor. - Location was OK. The room in Gramercy Residences with grease trap under the kitchen sink smell terrible. The bathroom floor needs cleaning as theres mould and leaking , kitchen top was cracked.
- Sayed (1/5): Very Disappointing Experience - New building I had a terrible stay here. The room was infested with cockroaches and the bed was extremely hard, leaving me with aches and pains. To add insult to injury, the management cancelled my booking on the last night, claiming they had given the room to someone else due to double booking. Instead, they suggested I ask for a refund and move out. The complete lack of customer service was appalling. If you value your booking confirmation and a hassle-free stay, I would recommend opting for a hotel instead. At least they honor their bookings."

- Benjamin (8/5): Great value for luxury - I like how the apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was on a high floor so the view was grand! I like being able to use the facilities and they were well kept. It would never come up on the map because it’s still quite new. There aren’t that many people staying there yet so it seems a bit empty and cold. It was clean however I did kill a few roaches here and there!

- Michal (10/5): Exceptional - For me this accomodation was an amazing experience. I have probably never slept in such a high building. The view is mindblowing. The studio itself has all you need. Comfortable bed, TV, kitchen, big bathroom. You can also use the swimming pool and gym. Online self check-in is fast and easy. There's a big mall right under the building and many bars and restaurants around the area. The staff at the reception is super nice. Would definitely recommend. -

- Johanna (9/5): Superb - The apartment itself was huge for a 1-bedroom unit. Loved the location as there's a mall nearby and there are also several food places. Poblacion bars and restos is just a few minutes walk. Will recommend and stay again. Needs pest control in the kitchen and bathroom. The listing said there's a sofa bed in the living room but it's really just an l-shaped sofa.

- Hans (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, great view, clean, spacious and comfy place. Large fridge, washing machine available in the apartment. There are shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity. I wanted to change my reservation by actually changing one day for another. Normally the host has to approve, online via mail it was impossible because the chat-bot could not answer any questions. On the spot it was so difficult to reach someone to talk to and in the end they also did not understand, so I had no other choice but to pay double and not use part of my reservation.

The washer leaked and so did the kitchen sink. The kitchen was not equipped with the propper cooking implements. The unit owner was un reachable

Excellent check-in process, didn't have to wait for anyone or talk to anyone. Perfect. Could provide water, but there is a shop downstairs opposite the building, so no issue what so ever.

This was a hidden gem and a big plus for us, Just had a bit of an issue checking in. First, it was hard to find the location entrance. Second, staff weren't sure if we were meant to be there as our names aren't on the list. It was resolved in the end though. Could use some more tableware and a drying rack

Plus I tried to access to TV which was not possible with any source and nobody explained me when I asked. You receive a message for check-out procedure more than 24h before you leave (and you already had it from the day you checked-in), which is a bit oppressing

There was one staff (woman) who kept telling me that the swimming pool was under maintenance when other security staff who was taking care of the pool told me that I can ask the front to heat up the pool water whenever needed. One day, she saw me getting off the elevator on the way to the reception, the female staff hid under the reception desk so that I wouldn’t ask for anything… bit disappointing
