• Matteo (7/5): - La posizione è ottima per visitare Spoleto. Molto apprezzato anche il parcheggio interno nel cortile della struttura, anche se è consigliato ad automobilisti con buone capacità di manovra. L’accoglienza è stata piuttosto movimentata, anche a causa dell’arrivo contemporaneo di altri ospiti stranieri. Solo il giorno successivo il figlio dei proprietari ci ha fornito alcune informazioni utili e consigli per visitare la città. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la doccia, poi risolto. Inoltre, durante la seconda notte, la presenza di ospiti nella camera accanto ci ha fatto notare che l’insonorizzazione non è ottimale, aspetto che ha inciso negativamente sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno. Anche la colazione non ci ha soddisfatto, sia per la modalità di servizio adottata sia per la qualità complessiva dell’offerta.

Magari un lettino da campeggio può essere utile da avere in struttura per chi viaggia con un bimbo ancora piccolo per il letto singolo.

• Jennine (10/5): One night stay and enjoyed this lovely place in which we could tell the owners take great care. - Owners were super friendly and attentive. Facility is very similar to a Bed and Breakfast Inn. It is very clean and spacious. Parking is available onsite. Room floors could use an area rug. We stayed in December and the floors are cold but very clean. We only had one night to enjoy this lovely place.

Camere comode e ben insonorizzate. Colazione ottima,pulizia e ciliegina sulla torta la vasca jacuzzi. Detto questo consiglio vivamente la struttura e ci ritornerò sicuramente

Expensive taste and display for our use and enjoy which we did. We upgraded our room to the large one for an additional cost but it was well worth it. Room has all the accommodations and large enough to move around and with a nice windows view. None

• Roberta (10/5): Ci siamo sentiti come accordi casa - Sono arrivata in questa meravigliosa villa, calda ed accogliente e la prima cosa che ci è stata chiesta era se volessimo un caffè. Alessia con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza ci ha subito conquistati. Attenta, premurosa, ci ha anche preparato la bellissima jacuzzi per un momento di relax. Ricordo che la prima notte quando ho messo la testa sul cuscino, profumava e non mi era mai capitata una cosa simile. La camera era accogliente, calda, pulita. Sono davvero senza parole. Posso solo dire che siamo stati accolti in modo amorevole e premuroso e questo fa la differenza. Se volete sentirvi coccolati, questo è il posto giusto!! Ad Alessia auguro il meglio, è una ragazza davvero ingamba.

Molto comoda la posizione, vicinissima al tapis roulant che consente di raggiungere agevolmente ogni punto di interesse. Pulizia ottima e letto comodissimo. Colazione buona, variegata e abbondante
• Alberto (10/5): Ottima scelta! - Eleganza, charme, una posizione eccellente per visitare la parte antica di una città stupefacente…… Ambienti curati nel più sottile dei dettagli, gli Ospiti oltremodo gentili ed accoglienti…., e poi non accade tutti i giorni di poter gustare una selezione di oli di oliva straordinari in un giardino che ricorda il green di un golf course…… Un’esperienza che non dimenticheremo….. • Chiara (10/5): - La Domus Fontis è una struttura ricettiva estremamente accogliente, anzitutto per via dei titolari, la Signora Rita e il Signor Giorgio la cui presenza amichevole, generosa, ma discreta, fa sentire a casa gli ospiti che vi soggiornano. A ciò si aggiunge l'estremo comfort dei letti e, più in generale, delle camere e degli ambienti comuni (living). Il giardino, molto curato, diviene una zona colazione con vista sulla Torre c.d. dell'olio, bellissimo e antichissimo monumento di Spoleto. La struttura è immersa nel verde ed è quasi adiacente ai sistemi di mobilità alternativa (scale mobili e tapis roulant) che conducono alla zona alta di Spoleto, in direzione del Duomo. Dunque posizione eccellente, soprattutto ove si consideri che il parcheggio è riservato. Elemento essenziale: la pulizia è di casa. Un'esperienza da consigliare senza alcuna riserva. Un sentito grazie ai Signori Rita e Giorgio per aver reso il soggiorno un gradevolissimo ricordo.

The owners father looked after us throughout our stay via google translate. It is 5 minutes from the escalator that can take you to the top of Spoleto. There was nothing to complain about.

It looks impeccable, every detail thought through, comfortable, homely, practical, modern and fresh. Very good breakfast and very nice host Nothing. Perhaps just note the parking is about 100m away (free) and there are stairs to get to the rooms

They gave us a beautiful workspace in the living room to use late at night for necessary Zoom meetings to the US. Very thoughtful! It was a short walk to the escalators into town and also to our favorite restaurant. Everything was perfect!

European breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout the stay. Highly recommend to those coming to Spoleto. Every thing was fine. No complains...
• William (9/5): Charming with lovely view through a picture window. - The location was excellent with its connection to the tunnel escalators. Makes for easy access to the whole city. Thankfully, they really helped us to get reservations at restaurants during a full-city holiday weekend. The access/keying system could be simpler - perhaps a change to keypad with codes might be in the future?

• Doreen (10/5): Worth so much more than a 1 night stay! - This place is amazing -not only is it beautiful but it is absolutely the cleanest I have ever stayed in..and that is saying something! The family who owns it is so wonderful-they will do anything to help-their father, Georgio,picked us up from the train station and then dropped us off at Avis the next day-if I had known it was this nice I definitely would have stayed longer. Thank You Georgio and Piero! Not a thing-everything was perfect!
• Tamar (10/5): A very nice and location, the owners are very kind and helpful. - Pietro and his father Giorgio were very helpful, supporting all our requests. The room is new, nice and comfortable. All new facilities are well selected. There is a big jacuzzi in the garden. They have a free hotel parking ticket for a nearby location, where there is a free escalator up to the town piazzas and locations. One has to appreciate that there are stairs in this location. They helped us with the luggage.
• Olga (10/5): Felt like heaven - The very friendly welcome. Coffee and water being served In the garden with a magnificent view on the castle. Then the room, immediately embraces us, so nice, comfortable . The owners asked whether we needed somethings, but no this place has everything.. after a good night rest , due to comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast brought us back to earth. We feel we left paradise, after closing the door.
