• Steve (9/5): - This is a fantastic location, great hosts. Pub and hotel 2 minute walk away , beach is 5 minutes. A really nice little place. Cannot think of anything.

• Ben (10/5): Thank you Alison and Peter for a lovely stay in The Stable. - Perfect walking distances to Overstrand and the beach, great cooking facilities in the kitchen (especially found the dishwasher convenient!), comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. In the hot weather also really enjoyed the garden to sit out in. N/A
• Jill (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Friendly hosts. Everything you could possibly need, the extra touches like tea bags, coffee and milk i case you forgot your own until you could shop. Full instructions for all appliances, free wifi, instant hot water, modern, really clean, and all you could need to keep it clean, tidy, and nice to be in. Would definitely stay again. Great location. In a quiet location, away from tourists in the residential community, yet not far from places of interest. Hosts thought of everything It was all good.
• John (9/5): a very enjoyable stay - the Stables was a well equipped cottage and was exceptionally clean. It was 2 minutes from the local pub and 5 minutes from the beach in Overstrand. Also only 15 minutes drive to Cromer. There were clear instructions on how everything worked. N/A

• Christine (9/5): A bijou home from home - Small, but we had everything we needed. A quiet neighbourhood, handy for shop, pub and clifftop walks
• Robert (9/5): A very pleasant weekend. - Nicely situated off the village main street and convenient for shop, pub and hotel. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Rooms were light and airy. Shower room was smart and shower was effective. Coffee tea and milk left for us on arrival was a nice touch. It would be unfair and untrue to say that we disliked anything about the property. We felt that for a longer stay than three nights the lack of storage might be an issue. However, we felt that some very small adjustments would lift the Stable to near perfect. We did not use the dishwasher for our few items, so a drainer on the sink would have eased our fears about breaking anything. It would have been nice to have had some larger mugs and drinking glasses. A hook on the back of the bedroom door for dressing gowns would be helpful, The final touch in the shower room would be a loo roll holder. None of these comments are intended to be negative. We rated 9/10, the last 0.5 is always the most difficult to achieve..

• Colin (9/5): Very nice relaxing weekend will definitely go back - Good location, close to beach, good pub across the road and good bus route. Cosy and quiet, bed very comfy. Struggling really but a visitors book would have been nice and a few essential telephone numbers ie emergency doctors etc. Maybe a hook on the bathroom door for bath robes?, But nothing else really
