• Gaetano (8/5): Très belle expérience nous reviendrons. - Tranquille, ascenseur, 1er étage, facile d'accès, lits confortables, vue sur mer magnifique. Tv satellite. Wc/douche séparés. Appareils électroménagers dispo. Appartement confortable et agréable, bonne énergie. Contact propriétaire super. Disponible. Porte de douche cassée ne ferme pas correctement, petite fuite joint évier cuisine (propriétaire prévenu), pas de numéro sur le porte appartement intérieur proprement dit (mais on a deviné). Sinon tout ok.

• Tine (3/5): - Het uitzicht op zee was heel mooi! De badkamer was heel klein! Douchen ging bijna niet omdat de douchedeur niet dicht kon. De douchekraan hangt ook heel onpraktisch! Er is geen WiFi, maar er liggen wel allemaal kaartjes met qr-codes voor beoordelingen te geven! Niet alle lampen werken.
• GUY (6/5): Très bel appartement... à louer exclusivement en début de saison... Dommage - Très bel appartement moderne et calme, très bien situé. La vue directe sur la mer, la propreté, l'odeur agréable à l'arrivée, les informations avant notre arrivée, ainsi que des idées d'activités , la facilité pour accéder à la boîte à clefs. Plusieurs problèmes dans l'équipement (les 2 néons de la cuisine et 5 ampoules dans le reste de l'appartement ne fonctionnaient pas, dont celle de la seule lampe qui équipait une des 2 chambres et une lampe de chevet dans l'autre chambre ; la douche "rafistolée" avec du tape qui empêchait l'utilisation du grand pommeau). L'ascenseur était en panne à notre arrivée (ce sont des choses qui arrivent, bien sûr). Nous avons eu la conciergerie au téléphone pour savoir comment accéder aux clefs, et il ne nous en ont pas averti (alors qu'ils étaient au courant car lors de mon appel pour le signaler, ils m'ont dit que le syndic de l'immeuble était en train de gérer le problème... qui effectivement était réglé le lendemain). Un cendrier rempli de mégots sur la terrasse arrière (pour un logement non fumeur...). Ces éléments ont été immédiatement communiqués à la conciergerie, mais il n'y a eu aucune intervention de leur part. (changer des ampoules ne nous semblait pas insurmontable, et nous aurait vraiment été utile dans les chambres). Le frigo était bancal. Le lit d'une des 2 chambres limitait la possibilité de fermer la porte. Ces 2 éléments ont été signalés en fin de séjour. Réponse : l'appartement est "en fin de cycle" et sera remis à neuf en septembre !!! Vu la date, nous avons bien sûr payé le prix haute saison (j'avoue que c'était un sacré budget pour 4 jours... que nous étions d'accord de payer vu la description). A cause de ces désagréments et surtout de la non intervention pour régler ce qui était possible, nous avons suggéré un petit geste commercial (pour info, je n'ai jamais fait ce genre de demande auparavant) mais nous n'avons plus eu aucun contact après cette suggestion.

• meurisse (7/5): Jolie salon avec vue sur mer. - Salon très agréable et confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer . Lit confortable. Cuisine pas assez équipé et pas très propre. Salle de bain pas pratique et douche en mauvaise état.

• Anna (9/5): - First of all great flexibility of the booking and the concierge services, they have literally saved my vacation. I could make a booking of this accommodation just a few hours before the actual arrival time. Frontal seaside view out of the living room was superb. The living room was updated. Quality curtains in the living room to block the afternoon sun if needed on a hot day. It was less convenient without access to free WiFi, my kids used my mobile internet connection instead. The bathroom was on a smaller side and a little outdated, but having a washing machine made up for the inconvenience. The kitchen was also a little old (I do cook a lot and it is a big deal for me personally), but sufficiently supplied with all the necessary appliances and the kitchen utensils.
• Wim (7/5): There could be a few minor improvements and try to scam you for more more money. - The location is very nice, the view is pretty spectacular. There is a bakery right next door and a delhaize supermarket a short distance away. Easy access to the beach and parking nearby that was less than 5 euro for the whole weekend I believe. We used the Seety app to pay, because the machine at the parking lot was not very cooperative and Seety does everything for you. It pauses your payment when no payment is needed and you can stop your parking session easily when you leave. It was also convenient that there are 2 electric charging parking spots right there, but you do have to pay for the parking so don't forget that. The description said that there was toilet paper, but there was only 1 roll with 5 sheets left and no extra rolls and we had to drive to De Panne at midnight to find an open nightshop that sold toiletpaper. Beware and bring at least an extra backup roll so you can make it through the first night if you check in late. After that you can easily find the supermarket the next day. We did not expect that so we had to improvise a little midnight adventure to sort that out. I believe the kitchen has an ice-cream maker, but no toaster. That is kind of something they could sort out. Ok, you have the bakery right next door to buy croissants or other pastries, but sometimes you just want a bit of toast and I think a toaster will get a lot more use than an ice-cream maker in most cases. They make you pay 60 euro for cleaning and than have the audacity to report "damage to the property" to booking.com because there were a couple of things left in the trash can and ask for another 15 euro. Maybe you should have provided more than 5 sheets left on a roll of toilet paper before you complain we damaged the appartement by leaving a couple of items in the trashcan, that was not even empty on arrival.
