• Bulai (4/5): - Понравился только балкон и шикарный вид с балкона,на этом плюсы закончились. Из минусов-на двухспальную кровать дали одно полуторное одеяло,когда попросили ещё одно дополнительное или поменять на двухспальное, хозяйка ответила,что у нее больше нет. Ночевали 3 ночей -комары загрызли с ног до головы, в комнате на полках пыль(на кухне в ящиках тоже пыль и крошки) Кухня- это полный стресс,для тех кто любит чистоту,речь идёт о посуде и всех сопутствующих мелочах на кухне. В душе протекал душевой шланг у основания.

• Vittoria (5/5): Tutto sommato per la spesa posso dare un giudizio più che sufficiente, ma non ai guanciali!!!! - La vista è molto bella, la struttura non è male, l'appartamento era molto caldo e non c'è l'aria condizionata. La viabilità in certi punti di Sezana ( Abazia) è terribile, e anche per arrivare a Home Lucia c'è praticamente un viottolo. Purtroppo ho visto il guanciale prima che la padrona di casa ci mettesse la federa e sono rabbrividita : ho dormito mettendoci sopra un asciugamano. Signori host per favore usate i sotto-guanciali ( e cambiateli ogni volta, come fate per le federe)

• Giulia (4/5): Caldo e zanzare - La terrazza con la vista su il mare e il posto. In piena estate non c'era nemmeno un ventilatore. Abbiamo aperto le finestre per avere un po di fresco, ma in assenza di zanzariere, siamo stati divorati dalle zanzare. Per questo in piena notte abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'appartamento perché tanto era impossibile dormire. Sconsigliato in estate.

• Stefano (7/5): - Posizione stupenda, in 10 minuti scendi in centro, vista stupenda su tutta la baia. Casa pulita, host gentile, ci ha fatto trovare pure il caffè :) L'assenza del condizionatore ti obbliga a tenere la finestra aperta ma il rumore che proviene dalla strada sottostante molto trafficata e la presenza di zanzare ha reso la notte non proprio piacevole.
• Gianluca (6/5): - La posizione era davvero buona e la vista dalla terrazza era molto bella. Purtroppo non abbiamo dormito per via delle zanzare. Non avendo il climatizzatore abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte e non essendoci le zanzariere ci hanno mangiati vivi e non ci hanno fatto prendere sonno. Peccato perchè a parte questo la struttura merita.

• Webbel (7/5): - Der Ausblick auf die Adria ist sensationell. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Hauptstraße. Dementsprechend auch sehr laut. Gerade nachts ohne Klimaanlage und mit geöffneten Fenster.

• Maxima (9/5): A terrace you don’t want to leave - The view from the terrace is a dream coming true, in the middle of mountains and facing a breathtaking landscape! There are stairs getting down to the sea front, just several minutes away, and the house enables you to stay away from the tourist crowds and enjoy the view quietly. It provided everything we need, and the free parking spot is a big plus too. The communication with the host is not very clear, it would be helpful to have an instruction manual in the room. However, the host is nice, and even prepared breakfast for us to enjoy the terrace in the morning.

• Giulia (6/5): Weekend Obatija - Per il posto nulla da dire, tutto bellissimo. Dall'appartamento con una piccola camminata in discesa di circa 5 minuti sei al mare. Posizione ottima perché è tutto a pochi passi, ma tra salita e discesa, quindi per chi è appassionato di trekking è piacevole. Lucija è fantastica, gentilissima e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento era pulito e adatto per quello che volevamo fare Unica pecca, eravamo in due con una bimba di 4 anni e l'appartamento che ci è stato dato era un po' troppo piccolo...va bene per una coppia. Mia figlia ha dormito con noi, ma se avessi voluto la culla non so dove sarebbe stata montata se lo spazio non c'era. Per il resto la vacanza è stata molto costosa, i prezzi troppo alti, in alta stagione non c'erano molti turisti... peccato!
• Jan (8/5): - Milá paní domácí. Krásná příroda a klidné ubytování. Čisté ubytování. Základní vybavení v kuchyni. Kladný vztah ke zvířatům. Parkování je zde opravdu nepříjemné a chtělo by to vymyslet nějak aby si člověk neničil auto. Chtělo by to klimatizaci bylo zde veliké vedro a také aspoň síť na komáry.

• z (6/5): Für den Preis und Ausblick schon ok - Ausblick Es waren drei Apartment Wohnungen aneinander,so dass man von einem Balkon aufs andere schauen kann,außerdem man hört so gut wie alles.Kühlschrank hat nach etwas gestunken.
• Heiderose Scheerer (9/5): - Lucija ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung selbst und der Luxus einer großen Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Dusche hat gut funktioniert, das Bett war bequem. Praktisch waren der Fön und der Wäscheständer. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und so war es sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Ich hab die erste Hälfte der Nacht dann auf der Terrasse geschlafen, wo ich allerdings ziemlich von Moskitos zerstochen wurde. Ab Mitte der Nacht war es dann dank des möglichen Durchzugs angenehm zum Schlafen.

• Irma Kremer (10/5): - Vlasnica Lucija je bila iznimno pristupačna. Apartman je bio kao na slikama, čist i imao je predivan pogled na more. Udaljenost od centra pješice je bila relativno kratka, 10-15 min. /

• Susan (6/5): Nice but no A/C and too many stairs to the coast - The host was lovely. The apartment is above her own home and was very clean. There is a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs with a partial view of the hillside and sea down below. However, it doesn't have A/C and no fans, so it was very hot, even at night. It rained heavily when we arrived, so we had to close the shutters/windows to keep the rain out. And the host asks you to close/lock all the windows/balcony door for safety (even though people can't climb in and the house has a wall and locked gates), so you can't air-out the apartment while you are gone. Because the apartment is higher up in the hillside, the roads are steep and very narrow, so driving is tricky (and stressful) if you aren't used to this. It does have parking. The walk down to the riviera is about 10 minutes along many stairs, and it's not entirely clear which way to go. The walk back up can be difficult, especially if you are not fit. If you have health issues (heart, bad knees), please don't do the walk. Sadly, I probably would not stay in this apartment again due to a lack of A/C and the many stairs.

• Ivana (8/5): - We stayed only for a night, and it is good for a short stay. It has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the view is amazing. It doesn't have air conditioning, so it gets very hot as soon as the sun rises in the summer months, I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

• Martina (7/5): - Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Lage ist gut, es ist jedoch sehr steil bis in die Stadt, aber es ist auf jeden Fall schaffbar. Das Küchenfenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage. Kleine Küche.
• Volker (7/5): - Das Appartement war ok, mit guter Ausstattung, ordentliche Sicht vom Balkon und sauber. Relativ frühe Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung haben den Schlaf gestört. Die Zufahrt zum Gebäude ist sehr steil, eng und in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, insbesondere, wenn unachtsame Hausgäste ihr Fahrzeug ungeschickt parken.

• Adriano (1/5): Pessima esperienza - Nulla Ho fatto salire in macchina la signora perché non riuscivamo a trovare la strada, quindi ci è venuta incontro. Mi ha convinto a scendere dicendo che la strada era sicura, invece ho quasi fuso il motore e non so come ho fatto a risalire...in macchina è anche sparita una ciotola del cane...coincidenze? sconsiglio

• Veronica (1/5): Un incubo - La terrazza aveva una vista molto bella e basta. La peggiore vacanza di sempre. Io ho usato spesso Booking per soggiornare e questa è la prima volta che trovo una situazione del genere. Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni. Appena arrivati la signora ci dice che per lei il nostro cane era ‘troppo’ (american bulldog) un vecchietto che dorme tutto il giorno. Ci ha chiesto 6 euro al giorno per il cane e ci ha raccomandato di non farlo dormire sul letto ok. La salita per arrivare era davvero ripida e il parcheggio pessimo. Nella descrizione della stanza dice munito di barbecue e lavatrice ‘ falso ‘ non esistono nessuno dei due. Ho chiesto per la lavatrice e lei mi dice sì è possibile a casa mia , ma non lo vedo normale io voglio la mia privacy, quello che non avrai in tutto il soggiorno visto che lei vive sotto e puó sentire tutto. Il ventilatore abbiamo dovuto chiederlo ed era un piccolissimo ma ha funzionato solo perché la casa è piccolissima. Nella cucina hai due postate a testa un paio di bicchieri ed un coltello praticamente niente! Il set di cortesia bagno è due rotoli di carta igienica e due asciugamani grandi che non verranno mai cambiati durante il soggiorno, solo quelli piccoli per le mani. I mobili sono vecchi e appena arrivati lo sportello del congelatore era rotto e l’armadio aveva i cassetti rotti, ma non ci abbiamo fatto molto caso. Fino a quando l’ultimo giorno volevamo solo scappare da quell’incubo, lei entra dopo averci chiesto 500 volte se avevamo rotto qualcosa ( rotto cosa? roba che nemmeno al mercatino delle pulci vendono ) lei entra e si dirige direttamente senza guardare altro allo sportellino del frigo rotto dicendo che lo avevamo rotto noi. Adesso mi chiedo se questa cosa la fa con tutti per prendere i 20 euro di cauzione dalla gente. Sulla porta d’entrata c’è una lista delle regole della casa che ti fa sentire molto a disagio come se stessi usando quella casa senza pagare. Io ho pagato è sembrato quasi come se ti stesse facendo un favore a tenerti in casa.

• Hanane (3/5): Passez votre chemin - Rien Pas de ventilateur alors que cela était compris dans les « équipements » en plein mois d’août par +30 degrés c’était insupportable. Les draps du lits étaient tellement vieux et rêche qu’il était impossible de dormir dessus, nous avions dû mettre nos serviettes de plages afin de « dormir » dessus, le comble dans tout ça a été la vérification de l’état des draps au moment de rendre la location, pensez à renouvelez vos vieux draps avant de vérifier si ont les avaient abîmés. Pas d’articles de toilettes dans la salle bains alors que précisés dans l’annonce L’attitude de la propriétaire, exécrable… En bref, Nous avons l’habitude de louer en Croatie et sur des standing bien supérieur à cette location et c’est bien la 1 ère fois que nous voyons ce genre de choses, attitude, vérification des vieux draps, poubelle de cuisine, la tv etc… tout ça pour 1 nuit ! Pensez à changer vos draps avant de les vérifier Je ne recommande absolument pas, j’aurais préféré dormir dans ma voiture propre et avec une clim
• Dénes (9/5): Gyönyörű kilátás, tisztaság, nagyon kedves vendéglátó. - A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, figyelmes. A kilátás az tengerre és Fiuméra fantasztikus volt. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A fürdő tiszta, a konyha felszerelt. A városba lefelé vezető út meredek, de nagyon hangulatos. A közelben volt egy étterem is lejjebb. A kocsit mi a háznál hagytuk, mert sokkal praktikusabb volt lesétálni a városba, és este felsétálni. A fürdőszoba ablakát nehéz volt nyitni/zárni. Jó lett volna egy légfrissítő is. A teraszra nyílott a szomszéd apartman ajtaja, amitől nem volt teljesen privát. A szállást megtalálni kihívás volt a szűk hegyi utakon, talán egy táblát a kerítésre vagy a kapura érdemes lenne kitenni.
• Turba (8/5): - Nagyon kedves házigazda, fantasztikus panoráma, nagy terasszal. Tisztaság. Kicsit meleg volt a szálláson, a ventilátor nem tudta lehűteni.
• Jean Philippe (4/5): Grosse Déception pour un séjour que nous pensions agréables - Difficile d’aimer quand il n’y a pas de climatisation et qu’il fait 35 degrés !! J’ai failli partir … Pour 2 jours j’ai réglé cash 168,30 € Je suis pourtant client de Booking depuis 22 ans et n’ai été déçu sauf une seule fois (à Rijeka). A la prochaine déception je quitterai Booking.com Le manque d’équipements Descriptif mensonger : pas de machine à laver Pas de machine a café. Pas de ventilateur.!! Frigo plein d’eau ( a été dégivré probablement) Hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas.
• Sejna (9/5): Great view - We had a great stay overall! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The view from the balcony was stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the parking situation was a big downside. The parking area is in really bad condition, and our car, which is low to the ground, got scratched several times despite us being extremely careful. Unfortunately, there aren’t any other parking options nearby, which made it even more challenging. Since the property is located on a hill, walking isn't really an option either, especially during the hot summer days.. Despite the parking issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation. Parking!
