• Roman (10/5): A wonderful apartment that truly feels like home - We had a wonderful stay! A wonderful apartment that truly feels like home, looks exactly like the pictures, and offers excellent equipment, great comfort and a fantastic host. The apartment was extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. From a washing machine, to a toaster, an iron and its stall, a coffee machine, cleaning supplies, and even toothbrushes plus toothpaste - it really has all the necessities. The handover was smooth, friendly and uncomplicated. The host was truly excellent: very welcoming, helpful and reliable. What really stood out was how thoughtfully the apartment had been prepared and furnished. It does not feel like a basic holiday rental with just a sofa and a TV; it feels genuinely homey, comfortable and welcoming. The interior is very well arranged, the equipment is excellent, and we immediately felt at home. Since there's no AC, the ceiling fans were also a real highlight and made the apartment even more comfortable. Not only are beaches close by, you also won't be disappointed by the selection of bars, restaurants and shopping locations. With a mall in walking distance (only around 10-15 minutes away), including a supermarket, you really won't miss a thing. A few points to keep in mind, although they should not be understood as negative points: due to the location, it can sometimes be a little louder. There are hotels and - a little further away - bars and restaurants around the area, and depending on the time of day, you may also hear some noise from the nearby bus station. The apartment also overlooks the whole surrounding area, which is exactly what makes the view so special. In my opinion, anyone booking this location should be aware of that. Overall, these are simply things to know in advance, not reasons to rate the apartment any lower. For us, the stay was excellent and fully deserves 10/10. None
• Georgia (10/5): Beautiful, Clean, Great Location and Superb host! - This apartment was superb! The owner Michael is so friendly and kind and you can tell he has put a lot into this apartment and it shows with the place the ameneties and the love that he provides! The location is perfect, less than 3 mins walk to the beach, behind is a major bus stop, the Siam mall/ water park is less than a 10 min walk! We also had free parking in secure gated area with a fob that was provided. Water pressure was great and filter water to drink. The bed was so comfy and extra blankets provided. The best part was the views! All windows open fully and the balcony opens to beautiful views of sunsets and you can see the whole of the front! It’s clean quiet place and I truly recommend! (My parents stayed in local 5* hotel and were super jealous hehe) Nothing, stay here!
• Viviana (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay in Tenerife - The property is located in a very good area in Las Americas, good walking distance from supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, beach and bus stops. The host, Michael, provides you everything you need for your stay and he's always willing to help you out with anything you need. We loved the flat, how quiet the place is - good for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the nightlife at the same time. Definitely, we will come back on our next trip to this lovely island.

• David (10/5): The perfect little vacation apartment with unreal ocean views and close to the beach. - Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Can be a bit noisy from the surrounding tourist area.
• Anna (10/5): - This apartment is so great that I've made another reservation before posting this review, to make sure no one will take my dates ;) It's very clean, thoughtfully equipped (even parchment paper and olive oil in the kitchen) and has a great location - close enough to the promenade and beach for a short walk, but far enough to have peace and quiet at night. Downstairs there is a Frutería with fresh local fruits and a small restaurant, more like a diner, with really delicious food. The host is very helpful and even decorated the apartment with lights and a Christmas tree since we were there around Christmas. Thank you Michael and see you next year!
• Simona (10/5): Great stay with an incredible ocean view - It was our second stay in the apartment and everything was perfect again - starting with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and ending with the increadible view from the balcony. There is a free parking space in the complex and the locations is ideal - away from all the hustle, but still close to eveything.
• Elżbieta (10/5): - Mieszkanie idealne dla 2 osób. W salonie jest sofa z bardzo wygodnym materacem, na którym można spać jak na szerokim łóżku. Z salonu i sypialni wyjście na balkon z panoramicznym widokiem na ocean. W kuchni wszystko, czego można potrzebować na wakacjach (nie wiem, jak z garnkami do gotowania). Spod prysznica przez otwarte okienko mozna oglądać El Teide. 5 minut spacerem do piaszczystej plaży, gdzie leźak kosztuje 6 euro na caly dzien. Na wyposazeniu apartamenty sa reczniki plazowe. Wjazd winda na 6 pietro prosto pod drzwi mieszkania, parking pod domem na ogrodzonym terenie W nocy moze byc dość głośno, bo jest blisko do imprezowego centrum.

The balcony on the sixth floor has a great view over the town and down to the beach. The nightlife of Playa de las Américas is 10 minutes away but hearable during the night. After 11 or 12 it's normally quiet, except for a few drunk people, especially on the weekends.

Este amplasat foarte aproape de o statie de autobuz (capat de linie cred) cu foarte multe conexiuni, piscina cladirii este mai mereu libera si este foarte curata, iar apa calda (mai calda decat in ocean😅), este extrem de curat si totul mirosea fresh cand am ajuns; in cazul in care vreti sa gatiti bucataria are orice aveti nevoie (pana si blender), view-ul de pe balcon este wow, iar Michael este extrem de atent, ne-a oferit multe tips-uri in ceea ce privește atractiile si vom reveni cu siguranță! Multumim din nou pentru tot🥰

The views are lovely and you can see the sea from the living room, bedroom and the balcony. Everything has been thought about to make it a perfect stay. Beach towels were provided, a packed fridge full of cold beverages. The apartments furniture is very comfortable and with the views it made it hard to go out when you had everything you needed right here. Location is great for walking along the promenades not far from the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would I recommend this property - Absolutely Would I stay here again - Absolutely Leaving.
• Joan (10/5): A delightful two weeks in Tenerife! - The apartment is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and kitchen appliances. Michael met us with the keys on arrival and contacted us several times to check that we had no problems. The change of bedding and towels, together with cleaning, after the first week, was a welcome surprise. On arrival, we had water, wine, soft drinks and beers in the fridge, lots of fresh fruit, and soap, shower gel and detergent available. The whole apartment was immaculate; the apartment block was also very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the short walk to the sea front; although the restaurants and bars were only minutes away, it was very quiet and peaceful, with the view from the balcony delightful. The only comment we would make is that, because the bed is large (two single beds), it was quite difficult to walk around it during the night.

• Obada90 (10/5): Kind and generous host, amazing apartment, amazing view on the sea, would definitely do it again! - I loved my stay at the Ocean View Penthouse. Upon my arrival, Michael welcomed us and handed us the keys. Michael has been in touch with us since before the begin of our stay. He made sure he knew our flight number and our ETA so that he can hand us the keys right away. He showed us around the apartment when we arrived and made sure we are settled. This was very kind of him. He was always reachable as well when we needed him. The location of the apartment was optimal, right next to the Costa Adeje bus station, a 5 minute walk. It was very easy to reach. The apartment itself was amazing. The couch and bed were very comfy. There were enough towels, for the bathroom and for the beach! There was toothpaste and brushes free for us to use. There was even some fruit on the table. The kitchen is well equipped, you can even cook in it if you want. There were free drinks in the fridge for us. Michael is indeed a generous host! The living room and bedroom had TVs in them. Most importantly, the apartment was super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing, day and night. We really enjoyed our time on the balcony early in the morning and late at night. I felt at home at Michael's apartment and wish I could go back there again. Everything was perfect. No complaints whatsoever.
