- Heloísa (7/5): A minha estadia foi boa, mas a casa tem condições para a tornar ainda melhor se a anfitriã investir. - O apartamento está bem localizado, embora não seja um sítio bonito. É adequado para 4 pessoas e tem uma vista fantástica sobre Valparaíso. A limpeza da cozinha não estava bem feita. Armários com gordura nas portas, alguma loiça muito mal lavada e pouca loiça. Não chega para 4 pessoas comerem à vontade. Os tapetes da cozinha e o chão estavam sujos. Além disso, a casa está demasiado cheia de tralha, sobretudo na sala. Para casa de aluguer, tem de ter poucos elementos decorativos senão não há espaço para os hóspedes colocarem as suas coisas. Nos quartos, as cortinas deviam ser blackout. Assim que o sol nasce já ninguém dorme.
