• SASHA (10/5): Estancia perfecta, recomiendo 100% - La propia casa, amplia y cómoda, buen jardín para que jugase el perrito, barbacoa privada con cenador para comer, la casa muy limpia, las camas cómodas, la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, las vistas preciosas, el ambiente familiar y tranquilo, muchas opciones para diversión de los niños, la piscina con muchas hamacas para tener sitio y el agua limpia, la pista de pádel y tienen palas para dejarte, ir a Potes andando en 20 minutos, muchas opciones de deporte para hacer por los alrededores, el WIFI funciona perfectamente… Es que todo maravilloso. Y destacar el trato de Estela al recibirnos y de la dueña del complejo al despedirnos, muy amables e interesadas para que todo estuviese perfecto. Recomiendo esta estancia al 100% y si vuelvo por la zona, repito seguro. Todo me gustó.

• Louise (4/5): Great location, house not clean and over priced - Great location and lovely surrounding views Comfortable beds Good shower Kids loved the pool Plenty of parking Charging for EV Under an hour's drive to the beach Easy walk to Potes Staff friendly We arrived 15 mins after our confirmed arrival time of 4pm to find the place still being cleaned and the cleaner asked if I had a reservation, no idea that we were meant to be checking in. All very confused (using Google translate) as we spoke no Spanish and she no English. After being cleaned the place was still a bit dirty with cobwebs inside and out. Very old furniture in the living room. Dog poo in the garden which the cleaner said she was not responsible for removing, although she did pick it up in the end. Fridge dirty (cleaner blamed previous occupants). No cupboard space in kitchen for dry food items, one tea towel provided for a weeks stay. No kettle. No oven. Very small prep area for cooking. BBQ a mess so didn't use it. In the end we did enjoy our week staying close to Potes as it's a great town, but really feel the house needs a bit of attention. It also needs extra screening in addition to the rickety picket fence, as the property has no privacy and we constantly had other guests and staff cutting through our 'charming garden'. Overall I'm completely embarrassed about how much we paid to stay in the house as we would have had the same standard of experience if I had booked one of the cheaper apartments (just noticed lots of reviews are saying they are not clean either!). It is a sizeable complex so perhaps for maintenance and cleaning they need to employ more staff in busy periods.
• Colin (10/5): great location - detached property- safe and secure - close to potes - super property for motorcycle group of 8 or more quiet location / 10 min walk into town or 30 mins walk into potes needs a kettle - and slight spruce up / but love to return again some time for riding Picos again
• Colin (8/5): motorcycle holiday for 4 mature professionals. - the location had great views and was a short walk from the local bar and restaurants although we chose to walk to Potes as well which was 25 minutes walk. a very spacious property with a stove for cold evenings and a drying cupboard above it. it is on a small complex type of thing with a covered shared pool and games rooms which we did not use. the veranda had a great view. 2 bedrooms on ground floor with two bathrooms. second floor double room and double with single bed, shared bathroom. third floor twins. little garden out front with cherry trees in it. it looks s a bit tired by UK standards and a bit mish mash. little things like new toilet roll holder with no attempt to fill / paint around old marks show it is probably done by complex run services. I’m not particular but I know some would say it’s a bit dirty. a coat of paint would freshened it up. kitchen was lacking in choice of glasses and bowls etc. cupboards where empty of any food stuff. etc no salt or pepper or anything. do not want to spend out on this sort of thing for a few days use. being on motorcycles little room to bring things and would expect the basics anyway. the next property had these things. small things make the difference. Also the directions from booking.com were incorrect as sent you to the local garage. this is where you need to turn to go up the hill to accommodation. I found location by finding a covered pool on Google maps and going there and car park matched property ones.
