• Russell (9/5): Great apartment. - Host Sam was excellent and very accommodating during check-in and checkout. The apartment was clean and well equipped and everything worked. There are plenty of food options nearby and a small supermarket close by for necessities. The Mall of Asia and Manila Bay is within walking distance. For a westerner, the apartment is very small at 28 sq.meters. It works ok for 2 people, can hold 3 at a pinch but best for two. Car parking not provided on site but can be found nearby at a cost.

Location is just few meters away to many restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger King, Jollibee, Starbucks, ATM’s are in the building and nearby . Alfamart groceries are at the ground floor of every tower. Very convenient location at the heart of Metro Manila by the Bay. SM Mall of Asia and Hypermart are 2-3 blocks away. Ya, our unit has Netflix with a fast Wi-Fi. If you like to cook, everything you need is in the kitchen to prepare your food. It has refrigerator, microwave and tea kettle. Our air conditioned room was very clean, with fresh towels and linens. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Washing machine is in the unit. Hot shower is available, too. Easy check in and out. Very homey. Actually I’m here today for another week of stay and I highly recommend Sam as your host in your next stay.—

• mohammed (8/5): ، - كانت غرفه صغيره وصاله تكفي لشخصين وبعض الاواني القليله للطبخ السكن من ضمن عشرات او مئات الغرف في عماره سكنيه المشرف كان سريع الإستجابة وتعامله راقي ولكن هذه الاماكن تناسب يوم واحد فقط حتى تختار الفندق او السكن المناسب قريب من اكبر سوق في آسيا مشيا على الأقدام صغر المكان

• celia (9/5): Excellent! - Le studio est petit mais très pratique, le petit balcon est très agréable. Le lit est confortable et il y a un petit bureau pratique dans l'espace chambre. La cuisine est assez bien équipée. La télévision connectée est un plus très appréciable. J'ai beaucoup aimé la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte. Malgré la proximité des autres studios, je n'ai pas été dérangée par du bruit comme cela peut être le cas ailleurs. J'ai adoré mon séjour que j'ai d'ailleurs prolongé...j'aurai apprécié de rester plus longtemps. Merci à l'hôte pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Les légères améliorations que j'apporterais seraient un peu plus d'eau chaude a la douche. (+ 1 tapis de douche) Et une solution pour l'odeur de durian lorsqu'on entre, ce n'est pas insupportable non plus mais cela peut certainement s'améliorer.

• Catherine (10/5): Stay was good overall. - Very convenient and close to MOA. The host was very accommodating and hands on. He is very nice as well and made sure the check in, stay and check out was all good. Towers all look a like. But it’s beyond the host’s control, so it’s not a negative thing.

• Mariah (7/5): - The owner of the unit was very friendly and very supportive especially when we needed something to fix and just one call away he always came to check At first the air conditioner wasn't working properly and it had a leakage that made our blanket and bedsheet soaked. Apparently the unit owner came to change and fix it. Only some small cockroaches appear as well. But it was manageable and it was not that a lot.

He helped me with various things and was very friendly. I will book this room again once I need it. Offordable, yet exceptional. Nothing much. Maybe provide at least two sanitary tissues, both for the CR and dining area.

• Raimo (9/5): Really good spot in Pasay, will book again if coming there. - Walking distance to MOA. Apartment was clean and quiet and good AC. Host was super helpful and nice. Kitchen would require little more tools for making food. No laundy machine, but laundry shop at close to entrance.

The place is really comfy and we really like the part too that there is a spare futon which we used and he also gave us a tour and easy to communicate with too! Wifi signal is also nice. It would be cool if there are some basic kitchen needs included or extra purchase like coffee, milo, etc. For guests to not go outside for it

• Ralph (9/5): New, clean and comfy stay - Had to re-book this unit for some reasons and they let me. Thank you for that chance. What you see in the picture is what you get. Seems like a new unit. Super clean, organized and comfy. Great wifi signal. TV with netflix is a plus. New towels, new linens, new kitchen wares etc. Place is near Mall of Asia and many restaurants, shops are nearby. There are plenty of chinese restaurants and groceries within the area, 24/7 convenience stores and Starbucks. Mobile or network signal is too weak (for Globe users) Cant book a grab while inside the lobby. You have to go outside the building to book a grab car. But the wifi in the unit was fast. Regarding the security deposit, although it's refundable after checkout, you should have informed us prior after booking. I was shocked to hear that. Please indicate it in the booking site so that we'll be aware that there will be a security deposit in advance.
