• Tania (10/5): - One of the best appartments I've ever lived for few days. Specious, unique interior design, location and safety. There is a bit more noise in the evening than expected..from outside, even though the building is in a small street, not avenue/boulevard

• Beatrice (10/5): - Super gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung ist top, alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind schnell erreichbar und helfen gerne.
• Jasmin (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung - Schön eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (Bus und Metro). Alles sauber, großes Badezimmer, gemütliches Bett.. Besitzerin war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend: wir hatten ein Babybett angefragt, das kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, zusätzlich wurden noch Babybadewanne, Feuchttücher und Handtücher für das Baby bereit gelegt. Der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer funktionierte leider nicht, sodass es nur einen lichtdurchlässigen Rollo zum Schließen gab. Nachts ist es dunkel genug, bei frühem ins Bett gehen oder spätem Aufstehen wird es jedoch sehr hell im Raum. Die Fenster sind sehr dünn, sodass sich Lärm von draußen anhört als hätte man die Fenster geöffnet. Die Gegend ist zum Glück nicht laut.
• Kroasy (8/5): Bel appartement pour une famille - L'appartement est magnifique, bien agencé et propre,mais assez loin du centre d'Athènes. Propriétaire réactif et arrangeante Wifi coupé un long moment et le lave linge cassé, l'entrée du hall est pas très accueillant. prendre une douche avec l'eau qui déborde jusque dans le couloir et attendre l'eau chaude 30mn

• Alessio (9/5): Bello. A parte il divano letto. - Appartamento veramente bello, molto bello! Pulito, arredato con gusto, luminoso e completo di ogni necessità. Terrazzo, cucina, tv, condizionatore e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro più vicina Albelokipi. Il divano letto. Eravamo in 4, quindi, oltre alla camera matrimoniale bellissima, due di noi hanno dovuto accomodarsi sul divano letto che letto non è. In pratica uno ha dovuto dormire sul divano ed uno su di una rete con doghe in legno aperta al momento e con sopra un materasso di pessima qualità. In pratica era come dormire per terra.

• Ramon (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is modern and very comfotable with completw kitchen facilities if one needs to cook. 3 metro stops from Syntagma square and four to Monastiraki. Restaurants, grocery stores are nearby. Alex was willing to help with requests.

From the moment I arrived, Alex went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Alex patiently waited for me at almost midnight, helping me with my luggage and welcoming me with a thoughtful array of drinks, juices, and snacks. This kind gesture was especially appreciated since all restaurants and groceries were closed, and I was worried about going to bed thirsty and hungry. The apartment itself was impressive, with a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom was a lifesaver, especially during the scorching summer heat. What truly sets this apartment apart is Alex's exceptional attention to detail. He even provided cotton pads for makeup removal and sanitary pads, demonstrating a level of thoughtfulness I've never experienced in any other accommodation, despite my extensive travels. My five-night stay was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed, and welcoming space.
