• Elizabeth (10/5): So comfortable and welcoming - I absolutely loved this Riad. It was my first Riad experience and it set the bar for all others and none exceeded how wonderful it was. Mohammad was helpful and attentive and he made the BEST breakfasts. The room was so beautiful and peaceful. The location was perfect. We felt secure and safe as a group of female travelers. I would stay here again. I loved everything. I cannot find anything to improve.

• Alessia (10/5): Un sogno a Marrakech! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad per 3 notti e vorremmo non essere mai andati via. È stata un'esperienza semplicemente magica! Appena varcata la porta, ci siamo lasciati alle spalle il caos della Medina per entrare in un’oasi di pace, bellezza e profumi incantevoli. L'architettura è tipica e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un patio interno meraviglioso e una terrazza sul tetto perfetta per rilassarsi al tramonto. La nostra camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, profumata e dotata di ogni comfort. Il letto era comodissimo, garantendoci un riposo perfetto dopo le lunghe giornate di esplorazione. Il vero fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura è Mohamed, accogliente, premuroso e sempre col sorriso. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento, offrendoci tè alla menta appena arrivati, e ci ha dato consigli preziosi per visitare la città. La colazione era eccezionale, con prodotti locali freschi, servita in terrazza. La posizione è ideale: centrale ma tranquilla, permettendoci di raggiungere a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse (Jemaa el-Fna, souk) in pochi minuti. Non potremmo raccomandare di più questo riad! Se cercate autenticità, lusso discreto e un’ospitalità imbattibile a Marrakech, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Kamela (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Das Riad ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und einladend. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal super freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch wirklich sehr vielfältig. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum Leider konnte die Luft im Zimmer nicht wirklich zirkulieren, so dass es manchmal muffig roch. Zum Glück gab es aber Fenster zum Lüften und eine Klimaanlage die auch noch mal geholfen hat.

• Margaret (5/5): Great location - walkable to almost everywhere. Enjoyable but limited breakfast. Helpful staff. - Breakfast was super - freshly made each morning. Not a lot of selection - just eggs and bread every day but still enough to sustain you until lunch. Maybe a tip would be to use butter instead of argan oil for cooking eggs. Argan oil can be very overpowering, especially when you're not used to it. The weather was very unseasonal for our few days in Marrakech - we had 2 hours of sunshine in 6 days! :-( As a result, this rather new riad was quite cold and noisy (due to the rain falling on the plastic covering the roof in the middle. This was not the fault of the hotel as they had a few gas heaters in the building and this made a great differerence. The air conditioners were also heaters and this was great and really necessary. But the building lacked warmth in general.

• Mafalda (10/5): Family Lost in Marraquexe ☺️ - A Riad tem uma boa localização. A limpeza estava super top. É raro encontrar lugares em Marraquexe com tão boa limpeza. Parabéns por isso! O pequeno almoço é bom mas pouco diversificado mas tenho de referir o facto de ter feito um pedido especial para o pequeno almoço e este ter sido atendido sem qualquer questão. Apreciei muito este gesto. O rapaz responsável pela Riad (não me recordo do seu nome), super amoroso e atencioso. No meu ponto de vista a Riad tem muito potencial para se destacar de outras mas peça pela decoração fria e nada tradicional o que a torna impessoal é pouco acolhedora. Mas é só um apontamento e claro o meu ponto de vista estético. Com base nesta minha percepção nao senti que entrava noutra “dimensão” como senti noutras Riads que estive hospedada.

• Chaima (1/5): Séjour très décevant et inconfortable - Le comportement de l'hôte a totalement gâché notre expérience. À plusieurs reprises tard dans la soirée, il a frappé à notre porte en nous accusant de faire trop de bruit, alors que nous discutions normalement. Il est même allé jusqu'à nous appeler sur notre téléphone prétendant que nous dérangions les autres clients. Cette situation semble surtout liée à une insonorisation extrêmement médiocre, problème dont nous ne sommes en aucun cas responsables. La chambre elle-même est loin d'être satisfaisante : aucune intimité, avec les lits et les toilettes dans le même espace, Un point très inconfortable, surtout pour un séjour à plusieurs. Serviettes pas changés régulièrement, lit qui grince. wifi certes présent mais inexploitable. Hôte qui n’est pas ouvert à la discussion, évoque la religion alors que ça n’a rien avoir en parlant de manque de respect.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen, das Frühstück ist tadellos. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Personal, das ausgesprochen freundlich und egagiert einen perfekten Job macht. Insbesondere Mohamed hat unsen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Nos imprimio los billetes de vuelta ya que sin ellos no podríamos haber embarcado y nos deleitó con un desayuno exquisito aparte de que tuvo que hacerlo a las 6:30 de la mañana adaptándolo a nuestras necesidades ya que el vuelo salía temprano. Incluso nos facilito un transporte para las 8 personas muy barato. Pudiendo acercarnos antes del cheking a dejar nuestras maletas sin contarnos por ello un plus. Muy céntrico y cercano a la zona más turística de la ciudad. Yo le pondría una piscina aunque fuera pequeña tiene una gran terraza pero se echa de menos darse un remojo contando con las altas temperaturas que tiene la ciudad. Aún así las instalaciones nada que objetar al contrario todo super nuevo y con una decoración exquisita.

• Laura (9/5): Lovely stay!! We definitely recommend to stay here! - This riad is greatly located, a few meters away from Bahia Palace so very easy to find. The property looks completely new and smells delicious!! It is super clean. Mohamed is such a great manager, he smiles all the time and is super helpful! Breakfast was delicious and abundant, they go beyond as everyday as they try to serve different options. We definitely recommend to stay here! The room does not have a door to divide the bathroom which is very weird and kind of uncomfortable. We as a couple managed it however, if you are travelling with a friend would be inconvenient.

ÉL hace la diferencia en ese lugar. Claro las otras chicas de limpieza también son muy amables. El baño sin puerta y tener que compartirlo con 2 personas más, es un poco incomodo para todos. Entiendo que era una cuestion de dejar la vibra linda pero siento que es necesario colocar puertas.
• CEZAR (9/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay within the Medina. Would visit again and recommend. - I really liked the Riad’s decoration and location within the Medina. The hospitality provided by Mohamed was great. Breakfast was good (just wish there was more fruit! This was however provided upon request.) Overall very positive and pleasant experience. I wish there was a small fridge with water/beverages in the room as well as a coffee and ice machine in the lobby.

• Vitalie (10/5): Execelent location. Newly renovated building. - Excelent location. New building. Rooms larger than average room in a riad. Very comfortable mattress. Eveything was clean and neat! We abolutely loved it. The rooms are not soind proof, so pray for quiet neighbours.
• Angel (9/5): Beautiful oasis - This was a beautifully renovated oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city . The staff was very friendly and kind. Thank you to Mohamad who helped me order food when my app did not work and to Shrouk for going out to buy me a container for my olives because they were packed in a plastic bag. Rooms were gorgeous and the place smelled AMAZING! there is also a cozy and chic rooftop to have breakfast or get some quiet time ! highly recommend this place especially for families ! There were ten of us and we had the whole place to ourselves. Would certainly come back here. Not a thing particular to the Riad but options for breakfast in Morocco are generally carb focused and unvaried. They did have some very good homemade cake though!

• Angela (9/5): Warm welcome and comfortable stay - The welcome area is calm and smells nice, beds are comfortable and the decor is new and tastefully done. The hamman in the riad was a nice experience with tea on the roof afterwards Breakfast is generous and varied Mohammad helped arrange a variety of excursions and a driver Shower is temperamental, electrics were also - but I think plumbing and electrical issues are understandable in such an old area it will be nice to see the full renovation once it’s finished as there are areas of the riad still in construction
• Malin (10/5): Riad Copah is an oasis in the bustling city - Beautiful house, lovely, friendly and helpful owners. We had such a great time. We were a group of 7 and had the whole place to outselves. A delicious homemade breakfast was served to us on the roof terrass. We got good tips on sightseeing and booked both hamam and taxi through the riad. I cannot praise this place enough. I hope to come back someday.
