• Pavel (5/5): Задоволително - Разположението. Близо до всичко важно. Климатика и цялата концепция за пестене на енергия. Климатика практически е неизползваем. Студената струя духа точно на леглото където са главите на гостите. Разбирам концепцията за печелене на пари ама чак такава далавера.
• Nikolay (5/5): Разочароващо - Климатикът беше най-доброто в този апартамент. Човекът, който ни посрещна беше дружелюбен и отзивчив. На душкабината липсваше едната врата за затваряне(точно тази, срещу която се намира душа)(на снимката може да забележите липсващата врата). Уредите бяха стари с изключение на ютията и климатика. Прозорците бяха плъзгания, които не пазят от какъвто и да е шум. Вечер отдолу има бар и се чува все едно е оставено навсякъде отворени прозорци. В шкафовете в кухнята липсват купички и при отварянето на всеки шкаф имаше неприятна миризма (най-вече там, където седи кошчето). Асансьора е много тесен и определено не е за хора дори с лека клаустрофобия. Вратата между спалнята и кухнята почти не се затваря. Изисква се надигане на вратата ако искате да се затвори и все пак стърже по пода. В кухнята също така има 2 преносими котлона, които започват да ръждясват, тостер, който е леко изпочупен и на практика беше леко гнусен. Не съм сигурен дали видях електрическа кана или кафе машина, но едно от двете определено липсваше. Стените не са изолирани по никакъв начин и след като се прибираме от плаж от тях буквално лъха топлина. Единственото спасение е с климатика. Според мен апартамента не си заслужава цената, която са му сложили.

• Георги (10/5): Great experience - The apartment was very clean, and equipped with everything you would need on a vacation. The host was amazing, he responds fast whenever you need anything. To be honest I was pleased with everything, maybe the only thing you should be wary of is that you don't have a parking spot, but there are a lot of free spots nearby and a couple of paid parkings

Everything is thought ( kitchen - all you needs, TV, WiFi, AC, tawels) of and the quality of everything is so high. I would say it’s the perfect place to chill. Center, restaurants, taverns with live music, beach, bus station, ferry to the island of Thassos is 0.5-0.300m away It's always a good idea to contact and chat the owner first. Many concerns at any stage of your booking can be solved by speaking directly to the owner/property manager. Such a warm welcome from the owners. I would definitely recommend CENTRAL HOUSE with amazing view and we hope to visit again next year.🔝💯
• Dor (10/5): Amazing place with an amazing owner - Amazing apartment with a trully amazing view and amazing location. Kitchen was big and comfortable. Constantinos was so kind to us. Available for everything we needed and gave many recomendation. Really preceat it !!! As i told constantinos it ia really hot in that season so it would we better if there was a fan or a/c at the living room (bedroom has a good a/c)

• Kosanin (3/5): I always look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Kavala, but the accommodation this time was - location The entrance to the apartment through the building itself is very bad, the building is old and unmaintained, Small square footage of the apartment, in the description of the apartment it says that it has 50 square meters, but the actual square footage is about 30 square meters, poor hygiene of the entire apartment, the air conditioner does not manage to cool the apartment is too warm. I do not recommend it
