• Ariele (10/5): Ottimo pit stop - Hotel in posizione molto comoda, a 15 Minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata sul mare. Letti molto belli. Possibilità di cenare con un ottima pizza italiana o ristorante. Staff gentile e possibilità di parcheggio nel piano interrato. Se vai per riposarti risulta essere un po' chiassoso all'esterno. Da migliorare la colazione. Il primo giorno ci hanno fatto pagare i caffè credo per sbaglio. Il parcheggio bisogna lasciare le chiavi perché il posto e molto piccolo e incastrano le macchine.
• Grace (6/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay cos of convenience for every thing nearby. Besides the poor customer service which they can - The hotel was great, location was very convinient cos it was near city centre and easily accessible to for doing activities. The rooms were super clean and the sea view was breathtaking. The staff were kind of slow in assisting and sometimes we felt like we were pushing them to do things. Example asking for breakfast every morning or toiletries. I wish they could improve on customer service and make guests feel at home. More happy faces too to make guests feel welcome.

• Denada (4/5): Disappointed - The location was good ,the staff was helpful.(kind of) The place was at an old building a little bit messy. We entered the room and sit at the queen bed just siting the bad broke. The mattress was very hard at the big bad.the two kids bad was good.the toilet was very small. I thing that the price is too much for the condition of the apartment.

• bleijenberg (4/5): Niet aan te raden - Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen toen wij onze autosleutel kwijt waren. We kregen wat drinken aangeboden en ze hebben ons geholpen door wat telefoontjes in Albanese taal te plegen. Op de foto leek het alsof we een 4 persoons kamer konden boeken met 2 slaapkamers. dit is niet het geval, 2 losse bedden staan los in de kamer. Het ontbijt viel tegen, erg vettig en het drinken was lauw. Het hotel is onhygiënisch. Het toilet beneden is heel vies en de gangen zijn niet goed onderhouden. de hotelkamer was niet schoon. lagen overal haren en de badkamer zat onder schimmel. de airco is koelt goed maar is denk ik toe aan een schoonmaakbeurt, we werden alle 4 beroerd wakker met keelpijn en hoofdpijn. We zijn een nacht eerder naar huis gegaan.

Prywatny parking (bardzo ciasny) Ale biorąc pod uwagę duże trudności w zaparkowaniu w Sarandzie to duży plus, że jest. Brak sprzątania, uzupełniania papieru toaletowego. Konieczność płacenia gotówką (mimo zapisu na bookingu, że jest możliwość płacenia kartą).

• Samia (6/5): - Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses, l'hôtel est bien placé beaucoup de restaurants autour ou market. Il n'y avait plus de place dans le parking, ils nous ont laissé Nous garer juste devant c'était gentil. Il y a un ascenseur c'est pratique. Le bruit, l'hôtel est mal insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner ce n'est pas un buffet mais un service à l'assiette, tomates, concombres oeufs saucisses fromage et pour mes enfants croissants sauf qu'ils n'ont pas aimé car les croissants étaient fourrés avec une crème. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant la lumière passe. Les odeurs de la cuisine dans les couloirs et les escaliers.

• Sarah (3/5): - Les 2 messieurs de l'accueil était gentil Pas du tout de service ni ménage ni télé ni vu mer et bien d'autre......comme indiqué Nous étions 4 et nous avons eu seulement 2 serviettes pour tout notre séjour . On nous a bien dit que se n'était plus la saison Super !

Personel przemiły i pomocny Klimatyzacja nie działała zbyt dobrze, nie można było jej wyrwgulowac, wifi działało slabo. Lodówka się nie domykała. Nie moglam zapłacić kartą, choć jest to dostepne w opisie. Na jeden dwa dni ok, przy dłuższym pobycie szukałabym czegos innego.

• lisa grim (8/5): Petit hôtel honnête - Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique d'Odyssea, la chambre familiale avec ses deux pièces, la salle de bain privative, le balcon donnant sur la rue et un petit bout de mer... Le petit déjeuner (compris) sur la terrasse en bas, fraîche et cosy. La clim qui marche bien est un plus au cœur de l'été. La télé, les placards et consoles bien pratiques... Un bon rapport qualité prix pour Sarandë. Sarandë en haute saison, c'est une ambiance éprouvante, beaucoup de traffic automobile, de musique forte, les plages sont couvertes de transat+parasols payants... A visiter de septembre à juin de préférence ! Cela manque à mon avis d'un ou deux fauteuils bas et d'un ombrage sur le balcon, et d'un porte manteau dans l'entrée...

• Benedetto (5/5): - Prezzo e posizione Mancanza di pulizia camera (mai avvenuta in una settimana) e di cambio biancheria (mai cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola). Doccia a soffitto priva di flessibile e aperta, senza box, molto sconfortevole specie per le donne. Colazione misera.

• maurizio06 (1/5): schifoso - niente non cambiavano gli asciugamani non rifacevano i letti colazione non commento bar chiuso ristorante chiuso pizzeria c'era anche quella chiusa personale a guardare ma soprattutto anno voluto i soldi in anticipo che di solito si paga alla fine di ogni soggiorno altrimenti pagavo i giorni da schifo e me ne andavo in un altro hotel .per fortuna era un 3 stelle andavo in una bettola mi trattavano meglio .hanno trattato male anche degli altri turisti che sono venuti i questo hotel poi se ne sono andati disperati, non aggiungo altro

• Tea (5/5): Cancelled by a phone call few hours before arrival - We never made it to the hotel, but the owner was answering calls and messages everytime I would ask about cancellation policies. Our booking got cancelled by call few hours before our arrival, after I had written to confirm that the room was still available for our 3 days stay.

• Rotondi (7/5): - L’hotel è posizionato sulla via principale di Saranda che è molto trafficata. Le camere sono spaziose ed hanno ampi balconi. Da segnalare la disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
• ElenaAragri (1/5): Hotel da Incubo - C'era Cristian il ragazzo che ci lavorava molto gentile e cercava di aiutarci nei suoi limiti,La moglie del proprietario una brava persona ma nessuna voce in capitolo Nulla un degrado completo qui su booking portava 3 stelle e mezza ma per la mia esperienza non dovrebbe avere nemmeno una stella! sporco fatiscente, la colazione era immaginabile ci dovevamo pulire noi le stanze perché facevano finta di pulire.il garage era pieno di acqua e fango perché c'era questa perdita dalle pareti quindi se scendevi per prendere la macchina dopo uscivi uno schifo macchine messe a casa una dietro l'altra una mattina alle 6 ci vennero a bussare per spostare la macchina l! La colazione era immaginabile l'ho so che non avevo scelto un hotel a 5 stelle ma mai mi sarei immaginata un esperienza così!!!a dimenticavo se ci facevamo la doccia una dietro l'altra dopo l'acqua usciva dalla porta.
• Efrem (8/5): Bellissima vacanza in Albania. Sole, mare bello, costi contenuti. - Consiglio questo Hotel per la posizione. Si trova lungo la strada che collega Saranda a Ksamil. Questo e' il tratto di costa e'più' bello di Saranda. Fuori dal caos del centro che e' comunque raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Hotel a gestione familiare, probabilmente servirebbe una maggiore professionalità'. Gestire un albergo richiede una formazione e la fornitura di servizi che attualmente non ho visto.
• Francesca (5/5): Struttura carina, andrebbe curata di più, avrebbe bisogno di più personale Gentili i proprietari - Posizione comoda per spostarsi con la macchina, vicino alla strada principale per Ksamil o proseguire in direzione Tirana, una bella scarpinata per raggiungere il centro di Saranda, almeno un 15/20 minuti a piedi. La colazione dovrebbe essere arricchita da più vivande. Dovrebbe avere più posti auto.

• Andreea (6/5): Large size room, but very poor cleaning services - Room for 4 persons - was large size. Furniture was quite new. Parking places of the hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean when we checked in, but no cleaning services provided during a staying of 6 nights..even if I asked for this in the 4th day, I was told to leave the key in the reception in the morning. When coming back in the evening, noticed that nothing was done. Towels where changed only when I asked for this in the reception. The shower did not have a hose with an end, only a shower from the ceiling. Breakfast was good, but identical every morning (tomatoes, chees, eggs, sausages, melon, butter and marmelade). The owners and staff do not speak English (less than basic), so communication was quite difficult.

• Iolanda (7/5): Bellissimo ma poteva essere top. - Ha molto potenziale, ma poco sfruttato, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità sono il loro punto forte. La colazione poco assortita e sempre la stessa, senza niente di tipico che darebbe un gran tocco alla vacanza . La situazione pulizia in camera che veniva fatta benissimo, ma a giorni alterni. E manca anche un organizzazione, anche solo informativa riguardante il territorio e sulle cose che si possono fare e vedere, perché poi se si andava a chiedere ti dicevano tutto e ti aiutavano anche ad organizzarlo.
• Francesca Pia (1/5): - Niente! Il secondo giorno di soggiorno, rientriamo in camera e non troviamo i soldi. Da premettere che non esiste una cassaforte . Ci sono stati rubati 1.000€. Una volta sollecitati i proprietari, questi non solo ci minacciano dicendo che ci avrebbero portato in tribunale ; ma continuano affermando che ‘siamo stati noi a rubarci reciprocamente il denaro ‘ . Pessime persone . Arroganti , meschine e cattive !! Sconsigliamo vivamente di recarvi in questo posto , dove per poter pagare con carta , bisogna litigare con lo staff. Vergogna assoluta . Abbiamo lasciato la struttura il mattino seguente .

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e dal centro. La spiaggia più vicina si trova di fronte all'albergo. Intorno ci sono ristoranti e supermarket, lo consiglio.

• selka24 (2/5): Bad experience - The good thing about the hotel is the fact that it had an elevator The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and some bedsheets had stains. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was hair. The worst thing of our stay, was a problem the hotel had with the water. The water was mixed with wastewater and we were not notified about it. We got sick because of it and it ruined our holidays.

• Ciric (1/5): - Хотел је био неочишћен када смо дошли. Доручак сваки дан исти и изузетно неразноврсан. Особље, менаџер веома нељубазно. Писало је да је најближа плажа 200 метара и да имају своју приватну плажу, а уствари ни приватне плаже а плажа најближа је километар.
