• Elizabeth (2/5): Room was good but the access to the property felt dangerous and sketchy. - The room was clean and spacious. Access to the guest house is not good and very intimidating for a solo female traveller.
• ANGELA (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo y bien ubicado. - Buena ubicación. Bien comunicado con transporte público próximo. Cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Te aconsejan cafeterías donde te ofrecen dto para desayuno. Baño amplio. En general todo limpio y cómodo. Habitación un poco pequeña. El espacio de cafetera y hervidor de agua era un estante. Aunque el colchón estaba bien, la almohada un poco incómoda.

La via non è silenziosissima ma siamo pur sempre a Firenze, non in campagna, è più che normale. Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in area videosorvegliata

Las camas individuales son pensadas para niños y/o personas jóvenes y de contextura no muy pesada. Sentimos la ausencia de una cocina, pero eso ya lo sabíamos de antemano.

• Albertini (9/5): ottima posizione e pulizia - La posizione della struttura è ottima, a due passi dalla stazione e vicinissima al centro, con nei dintorni bar, ristoranti e negozi. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, ben organizzati e puliti. Letto e cuscini sono comodi. Essendo in una traversa è silenziosa. Non è presente nessuno in struttura, ma telefonicamente le indicazioni sono precise e resta a disposizione per qualunque info. Per accedere alla struttura ci sono diversi passaggi con codici da digitare che vengono forniti telefonicamente. C'è anche una convenzione con un ristorante a 70 m, dove abbiamo cenato benissimo e a ottimo prezzo considerando i prezzi medi di Firenze. é possibile lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo, ma nel corridoio di passaggio tra le camere. personalmente lo trovo un po' scomodo e poco sicuro. Consiglierei di adibire un piccolo spazio apposito più protetto. è al primo piano senza ascensore.

• Shane (10/5): Yes - This one!! - The location is perfect. The street is a parade of some of Florence's most affordable restaurants and bars. The food amazing. The rooms are well furnished, excellent beds and bathrooms. Comfort plus and a coffee machine in Italy is always going to a win. Location for transport links amazing. Shopping, amazing. Sightseeing sensational. Florence, a very walkable city made easy from this location. Would come back, didn't want to leave! Windows in our rooms opened o to the street outside and i to the courtyard of a restaurant downstairs, both were beautiful. Leaving.

• Valentina (6/5): Ottima posizione, ma struttura migliorabile - La posizione della camera è stata davvero ottima: a due passi dal Mercato Centrale e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo di Firenze. Su questo aspetto nulla da dire. Non ho avuto modo di interagire di persona con lo staff, ma la comunicazione via WhatsApp è stata sempre rapida ed efficiente, senza alcun problema. In camera erano presenti alcuni comfort apprezzabili, come una piccola asse da stiro con ferro, le ciabattine e un set di benvenuto. Per quanto riguarda il resto, purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. La pulizia era solo superficiale e la stanza appariva un po’ fatiscente e poco curata. Nonostante la presenza di idromassaggio e sauna, l’ambiente dava l’idea di essere arrangiato: un “lusso” inserito in una struttura che nel complesso non lo è. Non ho utilizzato né la sauna né l’idromassaggio perché, dopo aver riempito la vasca, l’acqua risultava piena di pelucchi. Ho svuotato e riempito nuovamente la vasca, ma azionando l’idromassaggio l’acqua è tornata sporca. Una volta tolta l’acqua, è rimasta visibile una striscia di sporco lungo tutto il livello dell’acqua sulla vasca, cosa che mi ha completamente fatto passare la voglia di utilizzare entrambi i servizi. Inoltre, in stanza si avvertiva un leggero odore di fogna, il soffione della doccia era arrugginito e l’acqua usciva male perché probabilmente otturato. Anche l’accesso alla guest house non era dei migliori: il portone d’ingresso risultava sporco e con cattivo odore. Nel complesso, la struttura è discreta solo per la posizione, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura, manutenzione e attenzione alla pulizia. La mia vuole essere un’opinione costruttiva, scritta con l’intento di offrire spunti di miglioramento, perché la struttura ha del potenziale che potrebbe essere valorizzato molto meglio con maggiore cura, manutenzione e attenzione alla pulizia.

Dotata di moltissimi accessori sia in bagno che nella stanza; la persona che ci ha spiegato la struttura, anche se non era presente fisicamente, era super disponibile e rispondeva subito ad ogni messaggio. Piccolo bar sotto casa per una buona colazione a poco prezzo, mercato coperto a 100mt, stazione vicina. Facilità di accesso e check-in in autonomia, camera comoda, silenziosissima e ben pulita. Geen personeel aanwezig voor inchecken/problemen bij de accommodatie. Defecte douche werd pas na 3 dagen gerepareerd. Bij aankomst moet er nog toeristen belasting van €6,00 per persoon per nacht betaald worden.

• 帆 (10/5): perfect - This is a hotel with a great cost-performance ratio. We arrived early and they offered us free luggage storage. There are three locks on the door, so the security is very high. The hotel environment is very nice. You can check in by yourself, which is simple and fast. It's well worth recommending.

But once past inside door to stairwell it was all good. Bunk bed latches for top bunk were not properly secured. Once locked the bed was stable and safe.

Not car-friendly - Booked two separate rooms since we travelled as two friends. 1 normal superior room and the other one was a suite including Jacuzzi and Sauna! Only €130 for a suite like that in the middle of Florence is not expensive in my opinion. Loved the location. Stepping outside and you’re right away on the most adorable restaurant street of the city. Self check in was easy. Didn’t get to see the host but that was alright for me. He was reachable through whatsapp. Don’t forget to have cash for the city tax €6 pp. Its quite a hassle to get there by car. Florence was a spontaneous last minute decision during our roadtrip so i didnt do the research before hand. Didn’t know about the ztl-zone. Was very expensive to park the car. I’d recommend Autorimessa Luna. Big car park. The had space for our Van when we arrived 10 minutes for closing time (8 pm). They can help you with getting there without entering ztl-zone. (€35 a night for a small car/€40 big car/€45 SUV/€50 Van). The one this guesthouse recommended was very small and full. Price was similar.
• Vincenzo (10/5): Lovely place and a hidden gem in Florence - The shower was genuinely the best shower I’ve seen in Italy thus far. Not to mention the AC was incredibly cold and so cold I had to turn it off. Entering the property is a little difficult but I understand why the security is important.

Room is over a restaurant/bar, so depending on how late it is open, it can be very loud. Also, a lot of stairs, so if you are not good with stairs, this is NOT your place.

Checkin, location, correspondence and above all it’s like a little bit of luxury in the middle of Florence. Well within walking distance of literally everything you’d want to see in the city. The flat was impeccable, quiet and charming. Would easily recommend for a family or couple. Nothing. It literally was one of our best stops on our Italian tour.

Easy to access and plenty of instructions in case of issues. Clean and well maintained rooms. Bed was two singles pushed together. Either myself or my partner had to sleep in the crack to be close. The “scattered star” ceiling leaves some work to the imagination. Also the bathroom light is not in the bathroom. Makes for a fun time if using the facilities during the night.
