• Michaela (10/5): - The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The B&B itself was cosy and pristine, creating a very comfortable stay. There was a large selection of breakfast options, and the service throughout was amazing. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to the shops and cafés, as well as the harbour. It’s also conveniently close to the bus stop, with direct routes to Llandudno and Porthmadog. I would most definitely recommend this B&B and will definitely be returning. Not one dislike.

The hotel is located in a very quiet street within the walled city area, and is very well appointed. The breakfast was excellent The folding ensuite door needs a hand pull on the inside.

• henkie (9/5): plezierig verblijf gehad en veel te doen in de omgeving. - Erg mooi pand, mooi ingericht, alles schoon en goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooie locatie. Het parkeren was ook goed geregeld. Er werd daar geen avond eten geserveerd maar in de stad zelf waren genoeg plekken waar je lekker kon eten.

• Veronique (10/5): Caernarfon tip top ! - Neil, propriétaire du lieu, a été très prévenant et nous a bien aidé pour trouver des places pour le petit train de Snowdonia. Le B&B est parfaitement tenu et les chambres sont joliment décorées. Des bouteilles d’eau, du lait (dans le petit frigo) et des biscuits sont à disposition dans la chambre, très charmante attention. Et le breakfast est copieux et délicieux. B&B parfait !!!

It had a very central location with good parking nearby. The room was cute and very clean. Neil was a fantastic host, giving us suggestions and going out of his way to help out with a medical issue. Bathroom was a little small but fine for a couple.

• ECR PA (10/5): Perfect place to experience Caernarfon and its surroundings. - Everything was excellent at Caer Menai. It has a great location, close to the castle, water, and is inside in the old/walled town. The common rooms, and our bedroom, were beautifully done and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast menu offered a lot of variety and it all was nicely prepared. There were some thoughtful touches, like bottles of water, snacks, and a parking permit (although we ended up being able to park for free at a nearby car park). Finally, Neil was extremely welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend it.

• Debby (10/5): Perfect bed and breakfast. - This was a beautifully kept b and b with perfect furnishings and decorated in keeping with it's age.Everywhere was spotless and really comfortable.Our room, though small, had everything provided, including lots of snacks etc plus a small fridge. We chose to just have a light breakfast and there was plenty of choice for this. Neil, the owner was really friendly and helpful. It was really helpful to have a free parking pass for a nearby car park as well. I would certainly recommend this accommodation. As our room was small the en suite was very close to the bed and so we felt a little lack of privacy, but this is a very minor problem.

The property, which was five minutes walk from Caernafon Castle, was outstanding with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic. The only thing we didn't like was leaving. We will be back.

We booked because it was close to the castle but didn’t realised it was also inside the medieval castle walls. Charming period exterior and interiors. Our host Neill was genuinely friendly and helped us with parking and luggage and things to see. There were lots of thoughtful inclusions like complementary chocolates and umbrellas to borrow. Breakfast featured full Welsh with delicious local produce and plenty of options. A little fridge was a great inclusion. Modern bathroom facilities and working Wifi. A great stay in a great base for exploring north Wales.
• David (9/5): The accommodation provided me with one of my best memories of my short stay in North Wales. - The house was spotlessly clean and well decorated. Parking was a bit tricky but I was lent a parking permit for the length of stay. The situation within the walls of the town was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and efficiently served. The room was a bit small and there was nowhere to sit really comfortably in it.

Excellente situation, accueil parfait, gentillesse et amabilité, chambre très bien rénovée, superbe salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner au top, calme absolu. Juste une précision : le lit annoncé king size n'en est pas un, il est beaucoup plus petit mais très confortable :)

Das Frühstück ist super und wird individuell für die Gäste zubereitet. Selten habe ich bequemer in einem B&B oder Hotel geschlafen. Die Lage des B&B ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Castel entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige Pubs und Cafés und kleine Lädchen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I found nothing at all to fault with the hotel; thoughtful touches such as shower caps, earplugs, toothpicks, hygiene bags, lovely soaps and shower gels, and bathroom bins are provided. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix are available. Breakfast features high-quality food products. A free parking voucher is included. The location is inside the castle walls, centrally located yet near the docks and all amenities, bars, and restaurants. Anthony and Neil are wonderful hosts. I would recommend Caer Menai to all my family and friends. Nothing at all ....
• Yesim (10/5): Wunderschönes, liebliches BnB direkt im Zentrum von Caernafon - Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches BnB direkt neben der Burg. Man denkt, es wäre laut und überfüllt. Aber ganz im Gegenteil. Man mag es kaum glauben, aber es war wirklich ruhig gelegen und wunderschön. Die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen und Neil und Anthony lesen einem alle Wünsche von den Augen ab. Sehr leckeres und reichliches Frühstück. Da gibt es nichts
• Alasdair (7/5): Perfectly positioned property run by warm friendly people. - Very welcoming hosts who couldn’t have been more helpful. Comfortable beds. Property is in the centre of old town and within minutes of several good restaurants. Rooms and sitting room had a musty smell. Slightly stuffy rooms.For the price, nice bread (as on the 3rd morning) would be expected.

• M.B. (10/5): Top verblijf in Caernarfon - De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar was geweldig. Het ontbijt in de morgen was erg lekker en vers bereidt. Het comfort op de kamer is heel hoog. Excellent bed. 2 losse fauteuils, en een bureau met stoel. En een hele goede wifi-verbinidng. Hier viel echt niets tegen. Alles top in orde.

• Emily (10/5): A fabulous stay. - Honestly cannot think of a single fault with this place. The location was perfect, the staff super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
• Denise (10/5): Great place to stay! - Location was great, room 8, fab comfortable room with lovely sea view! Hosts were friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great breakfast.
