Todo súper limpio, el personal encantador y siempre atento, la ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y del ambiente, y las instalaciones muy cómodas y tranquilas. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos. Muy recomendable ❤️

• Antonio (9/5): Absolutely fantastic holiday, looking forward to a return visit - save our room for us :) - The location is a short walk from the beach and beach front nightlife, yet set back enough to be quiet at night. Plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment close by, with something for everyone. There is a large market every Wednesday and Saturday which is worth a visit, and a small supermarket directly across the road which stocks everything you could possibly need. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, as was the sofa, and there were plenty of utensils, crockery etc for use in the kitchen. No kettle, but a coffee machine. The pool looked fantastic, we didn't use it on this holiday but only because we were going to the beach. Plenty of sunloungers - only a few towels out at the crack of dawn ;) The balcony was great, ours was in a lovely sunny position with a table and chairs plus a small clothers dryer to hang your towels etc. There is a washing maching in the bathroom and 2 aircon units in the apartment. Definitely a place to come back for that price. The only thing we would change is the shower. The doors were not easy to open and close and it was a little small, but worked perfectly when in use and there was plenty of hot water. I would have liked a kettle too, although I love coffee machine coffee, sometimes its a faff to make it and instant or a tea is preferable.

• jan (7/5): Voor een korte periode prima maar voor langer verblijf is het dan behelpen - De keuken was prima daar mankeerde niets aan. Ook was alles aanwezig qua apparatuur en servies pannen etc. De tv’s en wifi waren top. Ook de wasmachine deed prima zijn werk. Ook schoonmaak Spullen waren voldoende aanwezig. Als er een probleem was dan werd dat heel snel opgelost Het was toe aan wat renovatie. De douchebak was dramatisch. De deuren konden slecht dicht was klein en de douchekop hing veel te laag. Het bed was erg smal en we miste een lekker dekbed met goede kussens. De zitbank was heel erg laag en voor ouderen was er lastig uit te komen.

• Keith (2/5): Almost everywhere else looked better! - The cleaning staff were lovely. Nice pool area. Shabby room with very uncomfortable beds. Wifi was only available in reception, you had to pay a daily rate to use it in the room and then it didn't work anyway. The shower was run off an electric heater and gave approximately 3 minutes of hot water after which you had to wait until it heated up again. Everything just looked run down and shabby. It needs a thorough refurbishment to bring the accommodation up to a reasonable standard.

• Luco (5/5): Prima verblijf in gedateerd maar schoon complex op loopafstand van strand en winkelcentra. - De ligging, op 15 minuten lopen van het Yumbo, de bushalte voor de bus naar het vliegveld om de hoek, net als het strand. Het zwembad is prima. De bedden zijn goed en de huishouding uitstekend. Rustige bewoners ondanks de drukke weken in november. Een (groot?) deel van de appartementen wordt door ouderen bewoond. We konden vroeg inchecken. De ramen en deuren kieren behoorlijk. Geen probleem als er geen wind is maar anders kan het onaangenaam zijn. De keuken en badkamer zijn aan vervanging toe. Overal barsten in de tegels en een scheve douchebak. (geen fout van het complex) de vuilniswagens rijden ‘‘s nachts hun rondes en wij sliepen juist aan de achterkant waar zij langsreden om de glasbakken en containers te legen.

• Marika (8/5): - Puse una puntuación alta porque reservé bastante tarde y la ubicación era perfecta pero: La ventana estaba rota y se escuchaban los del piso de abajo de la habitación cada noche, porque se quedaban en la terraza tomando. No dormimos casi. No habían muchos enchufes. Y no me gustó que el segundo día abrió el piso la mujer la limpieza estábamos durmiendo. Más privacidad !! Dentro y además por tema de llaves no me gusta que tengan las llaves y puedan abrir cuando quieran. Habían dos cajas fuertes y no funcionaban.

• Rita (7/5): Estancia en "Las Falúas" - Buenas noches, Estancia en "Las Falúas" Personal: Muy amable, tanto en el restaurante como en la recepción del hotel, el servicio de limpieza, etc.. Ubicación: La ubicación es excelente, tienes a 400 metros un Spar a precios del sur de gran canaria, en algunas cosas, y un poquito más alejado el Hiperdino, se puede aparcar por los alrededores, teniendo en cuenta zonas azules, huecos etc Piscina : La piscina resbalaba un poco en el piso de alrededor, recomiendo escarpines, esto y es importante, si se va con personas mayores, o con niños. No es muy grande, pero tiene escalones, y una rampa que justo al final ya tiene bastante hondo En el centro hay 2 metros de profundidad, especial cuidado si va una persona que no sepa nadar. Me lo anoto para repetir y desconectar. Saludos Calidad -precio: Me parece un poquito caro, teniendo en cuenta que mi régimen estaba sin comida, aunque Agosto se considera temporada alta. Apartamento: Apartamento: El sofá cama, era un pelín duro y bajo, pero las camas sí eran cómodas.
