- Topala (10/5): Minunat!!! - Locatia foarte aproape de Cheile Varghisului, Mercheasa(stejarul secular), Complexul Racoș cu vulcanul stins, lacul de smarald si coloanele bazaltice. Conacul este o combinatie de nou si vechi minunata, surprinzatoare si extraordinar de comfortabila. De mult nu m-am mai simtit asa de bine la o cazare. Iar gazdele...primitoare si calduroase, ne-au facut sa ne simtit ca acasa din primele ore. Am vorbit pentru a lua masa la cazare si doamna bucatareasa care colaboreaza cu conacul ne-a surprins in cel mai placut mod posibil cu preparate traditionale foarte gustoase si pe gustul nostru. Multumim mult! Vom reveni!...😘 Totul a fost peste asteptari.
- franco (10/5): Spitze!!! 😄👌 - Der Aufenthalt im Rácz Kúria in Racoșu de Sus war eine absolut grossartige Überraschung und es ist ein wahres Bijou in einem solch kleinen, ursprünglichen Dorf. Aus einem alten Haus und einem Stall wurde hier architektonisch etwas ganz Grossartiges erschaffen. Die gesamte Anlage wurde hochwertig restauriert, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und begeistert mit wunderschönen Sichtbalken, die dem Ganzen einen tollen Charakter verleihen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, grossartig eingerichtet und die Matratze war schlichtweg top, sodass für besten Schlafkomfort gesorgt war. Im Sommer steht zudem ein Pool zur Verfügung, was die Anlage perfekt abrundet. Das Essen war ein absoluter Schmaus und verdient die höchste Anerkennung. Ein ganz extra grosses Lob geht an die Köchin für die fantastische, traditionelle Ciorbă, die auf image_32.png zu sehen ist. Diese typisch siebenbürgische saure Suppe mit frischem Gemüse und feinen Kräutern war herrlich abgeschmeckt und ein echter kulinarischer Genuss. Für uns als Motorradreisende war zudem das sichere Parking im Innenbereich ein riesiger Pluspunkt, da das Motorrad dort absolut geschützt steht. Wer in dieser Gegend unterwegs ist, sollte sich dieses Highlight auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen.

- Marinescu (10/5): - Conacul este foarte frumos, foarte bine ingrijit, confortabil, cu toate facilitatile posibile. Ne-au placut mult elementele de decoratiune interioara: mobilierul din lemn pictat cu modele florale traditionale, realizat in sat, si perdelele brodate. Ambianta e completata de tablouri moderne, foarte originale, dispuse in camere si pe holuri. Tot complexul ofera privirii lucrari in piatra si lemn de cea mai buna calitate si la fiecare pas mai observi un detaliu reusit. E multa liniste, ne-am simtit foarte bine nu doar datorita confortului, ci si gazdelor, foarte prietenoase si primitoare. De aici, se poate merge la conacul Kalnoky, mai ales pentru concerte, la cetatea Rupea, la Viscri si Saschiz - pentru amatorii de istorie, arhitectura si arta, ori spre minunatele Chei ale Varghisului pentru trasee de drumetie si via ferrata. Mai multe biserici fortificate din patrimoniul UNESCO sunt in zona. E un loc ideal pentru o vacanta odihnitoare, care umple privirea de frumusete si te incarca cu energie.

- Judit (10/5): Gyönyörű Kúria, sokféle fürdőzési lehetőséggel. - Nagyon igényesen és hangulatosan kialakított Kúria. Egyes részei olyanok, mint egy várkastély! Lehet főzni, grillezni, úszkálni a medencében, napozni, szaunázni, de van jakuzzi és több dézsa is kínál fürdőzési lehetőséget. A házigazda mindenben segítségünkre volt. Jól éreztük magunkat, biztosan jövünk máskor is!

- Calin (10/5): A little piece of paradise – we didn’t want to leave! - Our stay was simply magical! From the very first moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The whole place has a special charm, everything is spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with positive energy. The courtyard looks like something out of a fairy tale, with every corner arranged with so much love and attention. Our room was stunning, elegant, and sparkling clean. You can tell that the owners put their heart into every detail. The swimming pool was perfect for a sunny afternoon, and the hot tubs… absolutely amazing! Sitting there under the open sky felt like pure bliss. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming — truly some of the nicest people we’ve ever met on our travels. They made us feel like part of their family. The food was out of this world — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. Every meal felt like a celebration of local taste and hospitality. What we loved most was the atmosphere — warm, friendly, and full of good vibes. It’s rare to find a place that combines such comfort, beauty, and genuine kindness. We left with our hearts full and already dreaming about coming back. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where everything feels just right, Conacul Racz is the perfect choice. We can’t recommend it enough — it truly felt like a small piece of paradise!

Camerele foarte mari, in stil traditional-boieresc, curtea interioara si facilitatile ei: jacuzzi, piscina, terasa, camera pentru sauna, te fac sa te simti respectat. Bucataria, in regim self catering, cu spatiu de luat masa generos, atrage turistii care vor sa-si pregateasca singuri bucatele. Dar, la cerere, gazdele pot asigura catering propriu. In localitate nu exista nici un restaurant, nici macar punct gastronomic local.

Also, the guy that takes care of the place is really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend spending a couple of days here to relax and explore the surroundings!

Everybody was very friendly and helpful, and the services were excellent. We stayed here with a group of friends and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
