Jedno je na hodniku, a drugo u sklopu spavace sobe. U tu sobu smo stavili spavati djecu tako da im kupatilo bude nadohvat ruke tijekom noci (da ne trebaju probuditi nas za odlazak na wc - i uspjelo je :-) ). Nema utičnice u kupaonici (npr. nije prakticno za susenje kose).

Bardzo dobra cena Duża wilgoć, suszarka i żelazko na europejskie wejście, a w apartamencie tylko angielskie wejscia, by skorzystać trzeba kupić adapter. Brak podstawowych przypraw jak sól, pieprz, 4 herbaty na 4 dni dla 4 osób. Konieczna blokada na karcie 250 euro o czym dowiedzieliśmy się tydzień przed przyjazdem, ale.szybko zwrócona.

• Arturas (8/5): Fine for short stay, not suitable for longer stay or with small kids - Location is good - Valleta, Sliema’s main attraction spots is in a walking distance. Property itself seems to be recently renovated, everything looks pretty new. Apartment is cold and humid, you could see mole on the walls and curtains in the sitting room, AC did not work properly to warm the room. In the bedrooms AC did work well but there were a limitation set for electricity so that you dont keep it running 24/7.

• Eszter (10/5): - Comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment, in an extremely good location, everything is within reach! Sparkling clean bathroom and linens! The pre-prepared coffee capsule was also a pleasant surprise! There was a small misunderstanding when we arrived at the airport, they were waiting for us in a different place and with a different car than what was written in the message in advance, but Dean, our driver, was very nice and helpful and in the end it was resolved quickly.😉 The written communication was very fast, any questions we had were answered in a short time! We stayed at the end of February, during this period our stay here was very quiet and relaxing! We were completely satisfied with everything!
• Laine (6/5): - Location and size of appartment really good. A bit challanging to find free parking, though, even during low season. Landlord representatives are very reaponsive. Unfortunately, of all the places we stayed in Malta, this was the most unpleasant experience, We did not feel welcome. When renting an apartment, providing spices, at least salt, pepper and oil, shower gel, laundry detergent is absolute minimum courtesy. There was none of that, but I hope that what we left will be useful to someone. Keep in mind that you will receive a contract to sign, the points of which stipulate that each "incorrect" behavior will cost extra money. Starting from how much garbage to leave, ending with timeframe when to not make noise. When reading agreement, I got impression that landlord has had a bad experience with tenants, and therefore is 'intimidating' all future tenants. You will also have to do your homework, calculating whether free electricity kWh included in the agreement will be enough for you. The most unpleasant thing was, the extremely loud neighbors in the mornings and evenings. It was impossible to sleep. It's funny that tenants are not allowed to make noise during that time. Plus, there is construction work happening in next buildings, you will hear it. Another thing, the owner urgently needs to fix the water drain in bathrooms. Not only boiler and leaking wall, but water drain in sinks makes loud noises even after good time using it. Kitchen utensils were very limited and dirty (!), bathrooms also need good general cleaning. I would recommend this apartment only because of the space and location. But on my next trip, I will definitely choose another accommodation. For comparison, in Malta we stayed in a 4* hotel and in Gozo in the absolute countryside. We felt welcome, cared for and appreciated there. Therefore, this review is a recommendation to landlord, not only to collect money and send marketing messages about what else they offer for extra money, but to prioritize creating pleasant feeling for the guest.
• Claudia Maria Wittfoth (9/5): Perfektes, sehr großes und sauberes Appartement - Perfekte Kommunikation, Self-Check-in per Schließfach problemlos. Wohnung ist sehr groß, gut ausgestattet. Kaffee und Tee standen bereit. Lediglich sollte mal der undichte Wasserboiler unter der Spüle in der Küche repariert werden und an der Dusche ebenfalls einen neue Abdichtung, da auch dort etwas Wasser ausläuft

Z naszego apartamentu niestety słaby widok i w styczniu dość chłodno w mieszkaniu. Grzaliśmy klimatyzacja co dało zapewnić ciepło w sypialniach. Świetna sprawo przy deszczowej pogodzie była suszarka bębnowa na wyposażeniu. Słaby widok. Apartament był nie gotowy na 15 kiedy miał być check in ale wynajmujący jako zadośćuczynienie pozwolił nam zostać o 1h dłużej niż check out i zostawić za darmo bagaże u nich w biurze - tak że miły gest na koniec.

• Guest_no_1977 (9/5): - Great location, easy to get to ferries, restaurants, and supermarkets. Apartment was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. Easy to get the keys, communication with the host was excellent. Just minor things. For example, would've been convenient to have shampoo and shower gel provided but it's not a must -- just a convenience. Parking is free on the street but it was not the easiest to find a spot, we opted instead to park in a garage nearby (there are several to choose from).

It was clean and everything worked very well. We liked the location which was quiet. The staff, including Sharon at check in and Edward at check out were lovely. I found the bed a bit hard for me, but that’s just preference.

• SANTOSH (7/5): Good location but basic amenities and courtesy is missing. - Nice location in Sliema close to everything. We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 little kids. They did not provide enough toilet tissues, no kitchen tissues for our stay. There was no soap/ shampoo provided in the toilet. For 2 consecutive nights the kids were woken up by loud drilling noises from upstairs and when we told them about it they asked us to deal with it.

• Pascal (4/5): Peu mieux faire, pas de rideaux, ni de volets, terrasse enclavé entre 4 murs - Adresse facilement trouvable, code de la porte d'entrée et du coffre à clé bien indiqué. Quartier calme et proche des commerces et des férry. Tout d'abord, et même si nous nous sommes trompé avec le nombre de participants au départ, l'appartement était censé être équipé de 2 chambres avec chacune un lit double et en fait non, un grand lit et un petit, du coup 2 personnes ont dormi sur le canapé qui n'était pas super confortable. Le second point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de rideau, ni de volets dans la chambre, ni dans le séjour, pas très pratique pour dormir. Enfin, l'appartement est équipé d'une machine à laver le linge et ça aurait été pas mal d'avoir un peu de lessive. Et le meilleur pour la fin, nous étions en rez de chaussée avec une terrasse enclavé entre 4 murs de 20 m de haut, pas terrible la vue. Les photos indiqués sur booking ne correspondent en rien à la réalité.

• Lepeli (9/5): - Lokalita je skvělá jako výchozí bod pro poznávání Sliemy i Valetty. Samotné ubytování je blízko centru Sliemy, kde jsou obchody i dobré restaurace. Samotné ubytování je ale v klidné uličce s krásným výhledem na část zálivu. Vše je pěšky pohodlně dostupné. Blízko jsou autobusové zastávky i zastávka trajektu. Nefungovalo nám zavírání dveří, dveře nešly bez klíče zavřít. A klíč jsme měli k dispozici pouze jeden. Dva bychom přivítali. Chyběla nám jedno povlečení na postel, ale provozovatelé nám ho hned do druhého dne připravili.

Fabulous location, literally a 5 minute walk from the ferry to Valletta. Tiny bath towels, limited crockery, no spreading knives for example, just aerated steak knives. Only 2 chairs for the balcony, so not much good for 4 of us

• Esme (9/5): Perfect location - We loved our stay here at cool waters. Great location and lovely place, close to harbour and shops. Lidl was only 7 minute walk which was really convenient for us. Very spacious and communal area was great too. Nice balcony with sea view and apartment was well equipped. Great communication with host. Great WiFi and lift up to apartment. Could have done with a fresh set of towels during our stay and some more dishwasher tablets.
• Fiona (8/5): We had a beautiful time in Sliema. On the whole very happy with the apartment. - It was a beautiful big clean apartment. There was a washing machine and dryer which made it easy to do washing on our stay. It was very close to the main waterfront strip in Sliema - near restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice and quiet. It was relatively easy to get to and the keys were easy to access. It had air-conditioning which was welcomed. We had a few problems however the hosts were easy to contact and prompt with replies. The bed was uncomfortable. We stayed for 7 days and it would have been good to have a second set of towels. Even though there was a washing machine and dryer available, we were never home long enough to wash towels etc and dry them in between the multiple showers you have in a hot European summer. Couldn't access the internet the whole time we were there.

• raquel (9/5): Apartamento amplo, novo, perto de tudo ! - Localização, perto do píer que saem os passeios para gozo e do ferry para valeta. Tem bastante opção de restaurantes. Local tranquilo. As instalações são novas, confortáveis e espaçosas. A máquina de lavar roupas é importante para uma cidade de praia e ajudou bastante ! Prédio conta com elevador. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi difícil. Demora nas respostas. Caso tivesse algum problema maior, acho que seria difícil de resolver. Algumas facilidades ajudariam: sabão para máquina de lavar roupas, pregadores. Itens baratos que ajudam quem está de passagem.
• Carolina (5/5): - Nos gustaría poder recomendar este apartamento, pero no podemos. Tuvimos un incidente al abrir una ventana, la manija metálica se rompió causando un corte en la mano. Notificamos al propietario y nos hicieron responsables del daño, descontándonos de la fianza el coste de la reparación. Nos alojamos 4 mujeres adultas que trataron el apartamento con respeto y no utilizaron la fuerza para abrir la ventana. Para romper una manija metálica tiene que estar previamente en mal estado para que pueda romperse por intentar abrir la ventana con normalidad, por lo que no nos parece justo hacernos cargo del coste de la reparación. Nos sentimos perjudicadas por un incidente del que no fuimos responsables

• Karolina (9/5): This apartment has a great potential and is a really nice place to stay while in Malta. - The apartment was pretty spacious and well furnished. It was also equipped with all necessary daily use products (dishes, pottery, hair dryer, plug-in adopters for the electrical sockets, etc.), kitchen and bathroom included. As the apartment was generally clean, the floors were pretty dirty. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no washing tabs or liquid provided, so if you want to use them during your stay, you need to buy them yourself (even if you end up using only 1/20 of the capacity bought). The bathrooms are also not mechanically ventilated, so the towels tend to have some problems with drying after being used. Maybe it is worth considering to offer a change every week, not every other week (or simply provide the washing products for the guests to wash them on their own)? Nevertheless, these were just a minor inconvenience for us during our stay, as the place is really nice and well-kept. Despite those, we really recommend staying in this apartment.
• Visitor (8/5): - It could have been better. It's not worth the price. It was very difficult to find the hotel — it’s tucked away in a hidden spot. The staff were very unhelpful. They gave us a price for a boat trip to Gozo Island, which we accepted, but once we agreed, they raised the price. They told us that every room had a private bathroom, but neither of the two rooms had a toilet. One of the bathrooms was shared.

The only thing that should be improve is the internet. It does not reach the bedrooms due to being big apartment. The bed in one of the bedrooms sometimes slips on the frame so its a bit u comfortable.

• Galand (9/5): Great place for family and short trip - The location indeed is perfect. For me was the most important as I was with little kids and for a very short trip. 2min. Walks to the ferry that goes to valetta, and to other strategic positions for blue lagoon, but also close to st-julians. The staff were very responsive and helpful but when we got to the office the people that helped us out were not very welcoming. Still, everything was done super quickly and when I needed something they answered present and very helpful.

Clean on arrival but an overwhelming smell of cleaning products within the apartment which took quite a while to clear with ventilation. Showers were powerful and good supply of hot water throughout our stay. Close to bus stops, the ferries, restaurants & supermarkets. A bathmat would have been useful. The memory foam pillows were hard and the others in the apartment were large and lumpy.

The apartment is modern and located in a new block (1 apartment per floor, we stayed on the 5th floor). It has 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an espresso machine with coffee pods. The apartment is equipped with plenty of sockets, and the hosts also provide 2-3 adapters from the British system to the European one (👍). As other guests have noted, there seem to be some problems with the calibration of the electrical circuits and sometimes you run out of power (the general circuit breaker trips!), but I can manage such situations so there was no need to call the hosts. I missed the fact that there was a info about 300 euros damage deposit when booking, and the procedure in the form I received a few days before the accommodation is at least strange because it asks for all the credit card details. I considered this to be irresponsible, so I requested another way to pay this guarantee fund against possible damages. In the end, a solution was found that respected the safety regulations of the banks, and my money was returned to me on the day I left the accommodation.(👍)
