- Todd (9/5): Wonderful location, great host, but the property needs some investment. - Fantastic location. Minutes from the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. Accommodations were very dated. They could spend a few thousand dollars even at IKEA and make this seem updated and beautiful.

The room was dated and needed a makeover, but we weren't there for the room. We were there because of the view.

I would have enjoyed having a hot tub or Jacuzzi and to be able to throw out the garbage a little closer. It would’ve been nice to have a bathroom near the pool area.

Very quiet, peaceful & calming. Serine. Nice place. Showing some wear but not a huge deal for us. A few more towels & wash cloths would be nicer. It took a bit to figure out the right placement for the shower water temperature.

- John (5/5): A millon dollar view but that was all. - The View from the balcony was a "million dollar" one but unfortunately the rest of the apartment did not live up to the description. This apartment is in need of modernisation as it does appear that nothing,apart from painting,has been done since it was built. The kitchen is inadequate and lacks decent working space to prepare anything even though we mainly only made breakfast.The lounge flooring needs upgrading to a modern style but the furniture was adequate. The "second" bed would just about be reasonable for a child as long as they did not try to turn over. The a/c unit on the balcony was rusty and the balcony doors need replacing.Overall a disapointment after the description.

If you use the elevator, on the way to the villa you have to walk through hallways that were closed in and smelled. Plus you had to open three doors along the way.

- Michelle (10/5): Absolutely wonderful with great memories! - Love the location, the view, the homelike feeling there, the cleanliness of the property and the grounds, the great communication with the owner, how close it is to so many things without having to get in your car or rent a bike… I couldn’t say all the things we liked about the property! The pools…. They are not heated and they are in the shade, so that was not a pleasant experience when my daughter and I thought we’d just relax in the pool for a while.

- Barbara (9/5): Hilton Head is a pleasant, well-planned community; good restaurants; exploring points. - Beautiful views; comfy condo; very clean; well-equipped. Small TV. On a cold, rainy day or if you’re having a social gathering, a bigger screen would be nice. Is the $100 cleaning fee a “thing” everywhere? On top of rent, it seems over the top. We’ve owned rental property; cleaning fees came out of the rent. Didn’t like being reminded of checkout time in an email the night before we left because new visitor was expected. Time was posted in the condo and on every communication. I can read.
