• Nadine (10/5): Toller erholsamer Urlaub in Sardinien - Super schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll renoviert mit großem und sauberen Zimmer, einem hübschen Bad mit großer Dusche und genug Ablage. Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wirklich toll. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir früh los mussten zur Bootstour, durften wir schon etwas früher zum Frühstück kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Leider konnten wir nicht fußläufig in die Stadt, an den Hafen oder zum Strand, da es keinen Fußweg oder Gehweg gab, obwohl die Entfernung nicht so weit war. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.

• Lea (10/5): - Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr große saubere Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Maria Cristina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich, für ein italienisches Frühstück definitiv überdurchschnittlich gut! Die Anlage ist noch sehr neu, demnach auch alles super gepflegt. Klare Empfehlung! Das einzige was ein bisschen schade ist, ist dass das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt und man ohne Auto nirgendwo hin kommt, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt zu laufen, keine Gehwege oder ähnliches.

• Elise (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’hôtel ! L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, et le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables, avec une décoration soignée qui rend l’atmosphère agréable. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite : proche des plages magnifiques et des commerces locaux, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la beauté de Santa Teresa Gallura. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les moments de détente autour de la piscine. Bref, un endroit idéal pour se reposer et découvrir la Sardaigne dans les meilleures conditions. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

• Sonia (8/5): Excellent petit déjeuner et piscine magnifique. - Indéniablement la piscine et le petit déjeuner sont les éléments qui font le prix et le charme de cet établissement. C’est les atouts maîtres. La décoration est très belle tout comme la maison en pierre. Mais… L’absence de lampe de chevet (une seule) alors que la lumière principale est très vive et nécessite de se lever du lit pour l’éteindre. Une salle de bain fonctionnelle, jolie mais petite notamment la douche, et on peut se brosser les dents tout en étant sur les toilettes. Une seule petite bouteille d’eau offerte. Dans d’autres établissements les hôtes avaient pris la peine de mettre la climatisation avant notre arrivée. Là ce n’était pas le cas et la chambre était particulièrement chaude (ce qui est normal en cette saison) mais la Clim a été très efficace par la suite. Dernier bémol : la porte d’entré de la chambre laissait passer la lumière et le bruit des autres huests. À noter : ces remarques valent pour le standing affiché de cette maison. Je ne les aurai pas indiqué si cette maison affichait moins de prétentions.

• Francesca (8/5): bella esperienza - struttura molto bella posizione perfetta: vicino al centro e alla strada principale che ti porta a tutte le spiagge, ma al contempo silenzioso e rilassante abbiamo trovato vari dettagli (wifi assente, maniglia che cadeva, interruttore luce rotto) che visto il prezzo della struttura dovrebbero essere evitati… con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe stata una chicca
• Fabien (8/5): Hôtel sympa mais déçu de ne pas pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur - La chambre et la literie, le petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et certains fait maison, le parking gratuit, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La proximité de la route avec un bruit lointain mais incessant de voiture nuit et jour. Aucun bruit dans la chambre fort heureusement mais autour de la piscine c’est un peu gênant. Pas de terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur, ce qui est vraiment dommage vu le prix de la chambre d’hôtel on s’attendait à mieux.

• Frédé (9/5): Une étape stylée et authentique à qqes kilomètres de la mer. - Très belle restauration d'une authentique "masseria" très proche de Santa Teresa et des belles plages de Capo Testa. La bâtisse est jolie avec de gros murs de pierre et la décoration est simple mais stylée. La piscine avec un fond gris anthracite est agréable avec de l'eau légèrement salée. Le petit déjeuner est sympathique.

It was very relaxing and we even had a late night swim to enjoy the stars.We really liked to see that beach umbrellas and mats were available if needed. The garden furniture was very comfortable I requested some milk to take with my tea and this was provided straight away, thank you. The staff kept the place very clean and the water in the pool was lovely and clean (without the need for lots of chemicals). Nothing.

• MILENA (8/5): - Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e ospitalità di Cristina, ci ha fatto anche la cortesia di farci il check-in il prima possibile nonostante il nostro arrivo in anticipo. La colazione molto buona e genuina, tutto fatto in casa; tuttavia ci sarebbe piaciuto avere delle proposte alternative per i diversi giorni di pernottamento come ad esempio uova/ pancake. La piscina molto bella ! La camera pulita, ordinata e arredata con stile anche se in certi casi poco funzionale. Dei consigli che darei un armadio più grande e di fornire, non un unico mini shampoo, ma anche conditioner e full set toilet.

Riesengroße Zimmer. ab 9:30 gibt es nur noch Reste vom Frühstück und es wird nichts nachgebracht. Eier nur auf Anfrage. Unser Zimmer hatte einen sehr vermoderten Geruch, ohne offenen Fenster nicht zum aushalten.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the bed, not sure if it was the base or the mattress, but it was very noisy with the slightest movement. The owner has been informed so hopefully this will be resolved . The entrance to the property is on a bend on a busy road. This needs to have better lighting at night.

We hadden ook wat verzoeken aan het personeel (o.a. dat de mini koelkast eerst niet koud werd, of ze wijnglazen hadden en badhanddoeken) en daar werd steeds heel snel op gereageerd. Het ontbijt was ook top met een vers bereide cappuccino iedere ochtend! Het bed was vrij hard. Verder weinig op te merken!

• Mark (9/5): Lovely villa with pool - Wow what a lovely place. We were arriving a bit early so contacted the property and they met us there to give us the keys before the initial check in time. Lovely room with kettle which is not always guaranteed in Italy. Pool is beautiful although we did spend a lot of time at the local beaches and unfortunately didn’t get that much opportunity to use it. The place is a short drive out of town, nice and quiet. Breakfast was good too with plenty of options. Staff were great.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück vielfältig und absolut ausreichend und auch die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden möchte. Im Bad funktioniert die Steckdose nicht und die Türklinke ist kaputt. Ansonsten war alles TOP.

Smorgens konden we buiten onder de bomen ontbijten. Fantastisch. Het ontbijt is heel compleet met veel variatie. We werden gastvrij en hartelijk ontvangen. Snelle reactie bij vragen via de app. Mooie grote kamer en heel compleet en verzorgd.

• ANA (9/5): CASA DE CAMPO A POCOS MINUTOS DEL CENTRO DE SANTA TERESA - Precioso edificio. Nosotros dormimos en la habitación adosada al edificio, lo que no fue un problema, mas bien al contrario, pues era más privada e imagino que silenciosa . Estaba nueva, muy bonita y cómoda, muy limpia, buena cama y ducha El desayuno , bastante bueno con dulce y salado. La piscina es estupenda aunque no la pudimos usar por el frio. Las mujeres que lo llevan son muy simpáticas y están disponibles si las necesitas. Esta a 5 minutos del centro. Tuvieron un detalle de despedida que aprecie mucho Un poco de ruido de la carretera en el jardín. El sitio es nuevo y seguro que va a mejorar más en los detalles y en el jardín con un poco de tiempo

• Kerstin (9/5): Super schönes Bed&Breakfast mit Wohlfühlfaktor - Super Frühstück, auch in Teilen wechselnd, unkomplizierte Kommunikation (sowohl persönlich als auch per WhatsApp), schöner und gepflegter Pool mit ausreichend Liegen; Sonnenschirme und Matten zum Ausleihen vorhanden (Pflicht beim lokalen Strand), Capo Testo / Strände / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Weg vom Parkplatz zum Anwesen ist komplett aus Schotter, Koffer müssen getragen

• Julia (10/5): - Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Außenanlagen und Haus sowie das Zimmer selbst waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sogar auf unsere vegane Ernährung wurde geachtet. Maria Christina war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Pluspunkt: Es gibt Strandausstattung (Sonnenschirme etc.) zum Ausleihen! Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall bewusst sein, dass das Haus an einer Straße liegt. Im Zimmer selbst hört man davon aber nichts und am Pool hört man auch eher das Rascheln vom Bambus im Wind - also nicht davon abschrecken lassen!
