• Elena (9/5): - La lavastoviglie non puliva bene, la lavatrice sembrava sporca, la porta della doccia mancava, non andava l'aspirazione d'aria nel bagno

• irune (1/5): Un despropósito - La ubicación está bien No funciona ni la nevera, ni el lavavajillas, ni la tv... la mampara de la ducha apoyada sobre el otro cristal inutilizando la ducha para que no se rompiera, armario de la habitación totalmente roto y en la cocina también bastantes desperfectos. Se avisó al propietario desde el primer día y ni pasarse... 6 días sin nevera y con niños un auténtico desastre.

• Laurent (8/5): Une très bonne expérience dans ce grand appartement cosy et bien situé. - Appartement très spacieux et assez design qui pourrait facilement accueillir au moins 8 personnes. Épicerie à côté. Très du Tower Bridge. Propre et très bien situé. Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine (passoire). Nous avons galéré à comprendre comment aérer la maison (pas de climatisation). Des stores électriques seraient les bienvenus.

• Julie (7/5): - Appartement très spacieux qui correspond très bien aux photos. Proche de London Bridge. Merci à Sara de nous avoir accueilli. Il manque peut être quelques accessoires de cuisine (passoire cafetière) mais ça n'empêche en rien de passer un bon séjour
• Anonymous (7/5): It wasn’t the easiest location if wanting to use the tube, but it was a nice stay. - It had plenty of room for all 7 of us and we felt safe. There was a bit of mold in one of the restrooms, and some of the mattresses were worn.
• Ionut (5/5): Passable - Safe location Bus station very close The accommodation had very little natural light and the air felt very stuffy. One of the rooms even had mold, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
• Natasha (10/5): Fab apartment, great location, highly recommended - Good location, 15 mins walk and you’re at Tower Bridge. Very spacious apartment which is well equipped. Shower was powerful and hot. There was chilled water in the fridge for us when we arrived which was very welcome after travelling. Apartment was very clean too. I had contacted the host via all available methods to organise arrival time but didn’t get contact back until the afternoon of our day of arrival, so that could have been better. However it didn’t cause us a any problems, I’m just including this as I noticed it mentioned on other reviews so don’t worry if you don’t get contact back until your arrival day, you’ll get the info for keys etc ready for access post 3pm.

The room was large, comfortable, and fully furnished.” “It took 10 minutes to open the door at check-in because the lock was faulty, which I had anticipated after reading previous guest reviews. Even the bathroom door latch was problematic—I accidentally locked myself in and had to ask someone outside to use tools to open it. When the door was finally opened, the room was messy and hadn’t been cleaned. However, they promptly changed my room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi password didn’t work either.”

• Kelly (8/5): Really nice stay, less stressful than hotel! - Good location, positioned with easy access to borough market and tower bridge. Spacious apartment and equipped with what was needed. Issues with bed slats in the main bedroom - with slightest movement they would fall through and the mattress would fall through, but mentioned to vendor and very welcoming of the feedback
• Wallace-ihakara (9/5): Superb - The location is ideal for tourist, it's about 10mins from Tower bridge and 15mins to the city. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. We caught the train from Heathrow Airport to Liverpool Station and then caught a £10 Uber to the accommodation from there, no hassle. The apartment is spacious, private and it catered to all our needs. I tried getting in touch with the host prior to our arrival, sent several messages but no response until the day we arrived and then he rudely said we needed a WhatsApp to get in touch with him. The middle room with the en suites bed had slats missing (bed base) so half of the matress was on the ground, however the rest of the beds were comfy.
• Kokila (8/5): That entrance was bad but inside was cleaned and had all the facilities that I needed. - Spacious and cleanliness The entrance (gate) was smelly and dirty and full of rats. Disturbed by noisy neighbours.
• Vidya (5/5): Passable - The location was good and check in was easy The microwave wasn't working and neither was the fan provided. The windows were not really feasible to open as the apartment was on the ground floor so the apartment got really stuffy even on the days and nights it was not hot outside.
