• Celia (6/5): Sin pegar ojo !! - La decoración es muy bonita y la cama cómoda. Habitación grande. Es imposible dormir allí. Es un primero y el ruido de la calle parece que está dentro de la habitación. Pero lo peor es el ruido de dentro del piso, se escucha absolutamente todo dentro de la habitación. Sí a eso le sumas que se alquila a gente irresponsable que llega gritando a las 3 de la mañana y se tira vomitando hasta las 4 de la mañana en un baño pegado a tu habitación,.. Por la mañana intenté buscar a alguien del personal para quejarme, pero en los 3 días no he visto a nadie. En su lugar, lo que sí vi, fue la ropa vomitada de la chica de la noche anterior colgando de la ducha donde me tenía que duchar. Toda una experiencia!

• Raquel (7/5): Ni un hotel ni un apartamento - La ubicación. Baños sucios, pese a que las características del servicio indica que se hace la cama y limpia la habitación diariamente no es así.
• Jules (7/5): Ok for price, but can be better. - It was nicely decorated. It has an elevator. The price was ok. The bed and location was not the best. Also there were 2 toilets to share that maybe needed to be cleaned or maintained more often. One of the toilets has a hole in the sealing just where the shower stands that had a sparking red light. It may be a router, but one could think it’s a camera. I would recommend to fix that hole.
• Ayser (7/5): - The room is bean nice and clean The toilets and bathrooms are shared and used by different people, so I expected them to be cleaned daily and the towels to be changed every day. We stayed for 2 nights, but during our entire stay the towels were not changed even once, and the cleaning was not sufficient. This was quite disappointing for us.

• García (4/5): - Las fotos no hacen justicia al local, la sala común está justo al lado de las habitaciones, por lo que si se queda gente allí hablando, molesta mucho. La cortina del baño no tapaba la ventana, por lo que te veían desde fuera.
• Silvia (7/5): Einfaches Hostel in zentraler Lage - Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral, es fahren Busse und die Metrostation ist auch nicht weit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Schlüssel hat es gut geklappt. Kommunikation war gut.Andere Gäste waren angenehm. Leider hatten wir ein zur Hauptstraße gelegenes Zimmer erhalten. Wir wollten zwei getrennte Betten, daher haben wir das Zimmer mit Zustellbett gewählt. Es war sehr laut, auch nachts. Nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Ohropax ging es einigermaßen. In unserem Zimmer wurde nicht einmal aufgeräumt bzw. Mülleimer geleert. Ansonsten wurden die Gemeinschaftsräume täglich geputzt. Natürlich ist es ein älteres Haus, entsprechend auch die sanitären Einrichtungen

• Kaśka (9/5): - Really enjoyed our stay at the Bird House, we had everything we needed, the place is simple but pleasantly decorated, has all the necessary amenities and daily cleaning which makes the common areas tidy and sparkling clean at all times. It's a great budget option for a stay in Valencia and we would 100% stay again. I especially enjoyed the location too, which is sort of in the middle between all areas of interest so it is a fairly close distance to the historical centre, to the beach, to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, as well as to Russafa which has a lot of great bars and restaurants, which for us was perfect as we were exploring all of those places. We didn't really have any issues but it would've been helpful if someone was replying to booking and/or WhatsApp messages as the reception isn't manned.
• Lilas (8/5): Super logement pour visiter Valence facilement - Super localisation du logement, proche de la cité des sciences et des transports. Petite chambre agréable avec balcon et sans vis à vis. La chambre et les salles de bain étaient très propres. Murs assez fin mais nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisin direct. Les salles de bain communes sont très propres mais elles n'ont pas de fenêtre et l'aération n'est pas parfaite ce qui fait qu'il y a une odeur assez désagréable dans le hall commun et dans les douches comme une odeur de mauvaise aération/moisissure. Le quartier est sympa mais ce n'est pas le plus vivant de Valence

• Ilana (7/5): Bien - La ubicación era buena, había muchas cosas cerca, incluyendo una farmacia abierta las 24 horas. No estaba tan cerca del centro histórico, pero para nosotros estaba bien. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba bien decorada. La habitación tenía una ventana hacia la terraza sin persiana opaca, así que, además de ser ruidosa en algunos horarios (como por la mañana, cuando algunas personas desayunaban allí), también entraba mucha luz. También se escuchaba todo desde la zona común frente a la habitación. Otra cosa (que fue totalmente un descuido nuestro y no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento) es que elegimos una habitación con baño compartido. Había dos baños, pero casi siempre estaban un poco sucios y con toallas y cosas de otros huéspedes. Por eso, nos fuimos un día antes y nos alojamos en otro hotel.

• Jackie (5/5): It's an hostel not hotel so don't expect to much. - It was OK and suitable for our needs, the kitchen was good and the fact we had private bathroom facilities. The outside is poor and the door entrance was very stiff and hard to open when u have a disabled walker to manager about. We were brother and sister so the fact that there was no doors separating the bathroom from the bedroom etc wasn't brilliant. The shower also wasn't goid because the only way to use it without flooding all the rooms was to manually hold it over the drain but when it did the first time it flooded into the toilet opposite which then ruined the tiles etc. Also at least 2 of the electric sockets were coming off the wall when u unplugged anything.

• Dominique (9/5): Ideal located to get around - Perfect location to experience Valencia, although near busy road, no problems with noise, public transport nearby so easy to go to city center or beach. Would definitely come back here for next trip to Valencia. Terrace only opened at 10am and already closed at 10pm, so no breakfast outside.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum war ideal. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen waren im Apartment vorhanden. • Alfonso (1/5): Decepcionante trato y baja calidad del servicio ofrecido por el precio pagado - ubicacion buena En la planta donde estuve alojado hay dos baños colectivos, en uno la alcachofa estaba sin soporte de sujeción, y en el otro baño lel soporte fluctuaba como pollo sin cabeza. No me gustó que no hubiera un sevicio de limpieza para el vaciado de la papelera. No me gustó que en la habitación hubiera una banda, distinta a a las baldosas del resto de la habitación, junto a la puerta de dudoso sentido higiénico. Y me pareció del todo impertinente que al exponer estas deficiencias el supuesto empleado (parecía actuar de forma sibilina ya que no llegue a saber el rol que desempeñaba en el bird house) me respondiera que le estaba "difamando" y amenazaba con denunciarme y acudir a un abogado. (Sin comentarios)

• Sarahgrilla (5/5): - Lo stile e la casa molto carino, letti molto comodi Dei 2 bagni in comune uno era fuori servizio, odore un po sgredevole e la doccia aveva l'acqua fredda. La pulizia delle zone comuni è scarsa, soprattutto perché sono zone utilizzate da gente che non si conosce, manca la manutenzione dei locali, un asciugamani é poco (almeno uno per la doccia e uno per il viso sarebbero necessari). Letti un poco piccoli, ma comodi, e in una delle camere mancano piani dove appoggiare le cose.

• Miriam (7/5): Bella struttura, comoda posizione - Molto carino e in una posizione ottimale. Comodissimo l'ascensore e bellissimo il terrazzino fuori. Comodi anche i due bagni per piano. Il letto un po' scomodo e non c'era nessun appoggio per le proprie cose, armadio, sedia, scrivania, nulla, solo un piccolissimo attaccapanni. Inoltre consiglierei l'uso di salviette di carta monouso nel bagno, essendo in comune lo trovo più igienico.

• La Gralla (5/5): Si no ets gaire exigent, pel preu que pagues, està prou bé. - Sobretot la ubicació. Molt a prop del centre i del lloc on havia d'anar per feina. L'Habitació, molt funcional, però còmode. Una petita taula no estaria pas malament. El llit, també el vaig trobar còmode i tot i que era febrer i a fora el carrer feia molt fred, jo, no en vaig passar. Per tant, ben climatitzada. Es nota que és un edifici que li ha passat l'època daurada i necessita JA una reforma urgent. La pega més destacable (en té algunes, però en el meu cas ja m'ho esperava i tampoc els dono gaire importància) era l'olor dels lavabos, almenys els dos de la segona planta, què és on en vaig allotjar.

• Victoria (4/5): It was ok for my travelling solo, very basic - I travelled and stayed here for the Valencia Half Marathon so the location for me was very good, being only a 15 minute walk. Concrete floor was not very nice in the room. I didn't pre-read the facilities when I booked the room so I can't mark it down for my lack of awareness, but it is very, very low budget. The kitchen was kept clean and tidy and the cleaner came daily, if not twice daily sparseness
