• AndrewPh (6/5): Fine for one night. - Remote check-in Spatious Vague check-in instructions - Explicit directions or pictures always welcome. House shared with other family living there day-to-day. Loose dog in the yard. No parking space at the property - only street parking available on a narrow street. Poor quality finishes and furniture.
• Lola (10/5): Super, merci - Logement propre, très bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut ! Hôtes réactif et très aimable. Literie confortable. Appartement situé à 5min en voiture d’Europapark et supermarché également. Je recommande à 100% les yeux fermés, merci ! Rien tout était parfait
• Sefika (4/5): - Die Nähe zum Europapark war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr abgenutzt und lieblos eingerichtet mit teilweise kaputten Möbeln und Leisten. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein sehr wackeliges Etagenbett, was für Erwachsene nicht geeignet ist und in der Beschreibung auch nicht aufgeführt ist. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem mit sehr weichen Matratzen. Wir werden diese Wohnung sicher nicht nochmal buchen. Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

• Jasmine (9/5): Appart idéal pour une famille, pour quelques jours dans la région. - La propreté, l’emplacement, la récupération des clés, la grandeur des pièces, la literie, le mobilier, … Il manquait juste une grande serviette de bain et un linge de cuisine. Juste informer que dans la plus petite chambre c’est un lit superposé et non un lit double.

• Laurine (9/5): Bon logement, quelques petite chose à améliorer. - Logement spacieux et propre. Proche du parc Europa Park et Rulantica. La description annonçait deux grands lit. Le seconde chambre est composé d’un lit superposé. Nous étions 5 dans le logement et seulement 3 grandes assiettes de disponible. Pas de volet aux fenêtres, après contact on m’indique la présence rideaux occultant, les rideaux ne sont pas occultant et laisse passer le jour.

• Judith (4/5): - Die Lage war gut, zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Supermarkt fußläufig in 10 min. Alles war sauber. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig. Die Heizung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Das Duschwasser wurde nicht richtig heiß. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Die 4 Betten waren 1 Ehebett und im separaten Zimmer ein Kinder-Stockbett (was wir - 4 Erwachsene - nicht wussten). Statt Kleiderschränke gab es Garderobenstangen. Die Außenanlage war sehr trostlos.
• dstilling (10/5): - Appartamento molto grande e ben attrezzato. Non lontano dall'autostrada e comodamente raggiungibile con una breve deviazione. Posto tranquillo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto elevato.
• Pavel V (7/5): Dobré na 1 noc na přespání a za velmi dobrou cenu a u dálnice. - Pěkný prostorný aparmát v 1 patře domu, klíče ve schránce, parkování před domem na ulici bezplatné. Měli jsme to jen jako zastávku na 1 noc na cestě a naše očekávání to splnilo a bylo za rozumnou cenu. Jen kousek od zjezdu z dálnice. Některé položky vybavení byly poněkud zataralé (unavené/poškozené). Chtělo by to poněkud spravit. Za tu cenu a na 1 noc však zcela přiměřené a bez problému. Na delší čas by ale chyby vadili více.

Facilité pour le stationnement La propreté du logement ça sent très bon lorsque l’on rentre Le logement est très lumineux Tout était parfait pour notre séjour Je n’ai pas de point négatif

Très bon rapport qualité prix Le linge de lit n'est pas très agréable, et un petit livret d' accueil avec le fonctionnement du chauffage et des appareils serait parfait..

• Markus (4/5): - Leider nachts sehr laut. Um Mitternacht hat der Besitzer / oder Mieter im Untergeschoss lange mit irgendjemand an der Haustüre gesprochen. Später so gegen 1 Uhr nachts hat jemand dauernd an der Haustür (oder Fenster) am Untergeschoss geklopft und versucht die Leute aufzuwecken. Morgens früh war es dann doch sehr laut- nicht sicher was da unten los war. Wir sind dann total übermüdet gegangen…somit nicht zu empfehlen

• xandercarelli (9/5): - L'appartamento è enorme, con 2 stanze, un bagno e un unica zona giorno. L'arredo è un po' datato ma comunque ottimo per una abitazione destinata a passarci qualche giorno. La dotazione della cucina è sufficiente, tant'è che abbiamo sempre cenato in casa. Principalmente abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per recarci a Europa Park, che dista meno di 10 minuti in auto, quindi è ottimo. Nella via sono presenti molti parcheggi dove lasciare l'auto. Qualche difficoltà a riconoscere l'abitazione, difatti non era presente alcun cartello di indicazione. Ma con la chat di Booking siamo riusciti a contattare la proprietà.

• Lourdes (10/5): Perfecto para Europa Park - Excelente opción para ir a Europa Park. El apartamento es amplio, con dos habitaciones de buen tamaño y un salón con sofá cama también amplio y cómodo. La cocina y mesa tiene todo lo necesario. Estuvimos un para de noches y todo estuvo perfecto.

• Steinbach (5/5): Gute Lage aber nicht optimal ausgestattet - Sauberkeit, unkomplizierter Check in, gute Lage Möbel zum Teil kaputt: Kleiderschrank, Kochfeld, Brause in der Badewanne funktioniert nicht . Heizung im Bad war kalt. Bauschutt im Vorgarten.
• José (9/5): Sehr gut. - Wir waren sehr froh dass der Schlüssel hinterlegt war. Unkompliziert! Sauber! Bei der Ankunft waren die Fenster offen was die Wohnung relativ kühl machte.
• Marina (4/5): Der Aufenthalt war durch den stark abgewohnten Zustand und zahlreiche Mängel deutlich getrübt. - Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, das Badezimmer war gut und der Preis war ok – das ist in Ordnung. Allerdings war der Zustand insgesamt enttäuschend. Im Kinderzimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen und war zusätzlich abgedunkelt, sodass kaum Tageslicht hereinkam. Im großen Schlafzimmer waren sämtliche Schubladen des Kleiderschranks schief oder kaputt, was eine Nutzung kaum möglich machte. In der Küche war die Verkleidung des Geschirrspülers beschädigt, ein Nagel stand nach innen heraus und die Tür hing lose. Außerdem waren in der gesamten Wohnung die Fußleisten nicht richtig befestigt oder beschädigt. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig – es war nicht einmal eine benutzbare Pfanne vorhanden. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen stark abgewohnten und schlecht instand gehaltenen Eindruck. Man sollte hier keine Erwartungen haben – der Zustand liegt eher unter den allgemeinen Grunderwartungen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Antwort, dass Reparaturen regelmäßig vorgenommen würden, die Schäden aber immer wieder von Mietern verursacht würden. Angesichts des Zustands lässt sich das jedoch kaum vorstellen – viele Mängel bestehen offensichtlich schon länger.

• Danny (7/5): Top locatie voor terugreis vanuit Italië - Zeer ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers, badkamer, keuken en woonkamer. Betreft een bovenverdieping van een woning waar de verhuurders beneden wonen. Voor ons was het voor een overnachting op de terugweg vanuit Italië perfect als gezin met twee kids (1 en 4 jaar). Een van de slaapkamers heeft een stapelbed. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Appartement was schoon, uiterlijk wel wat gedateerd maar helemaal prima. Sleutel lag klaar in een sleutelkastje. Had graag een campingbedje gehad. Op eerder gestuurd bericht via booking.com had ik geen reactie gekregen hierover. Auto moet aan de straat geparkeerd worden.

• Yhomas (7/5): Pratique pour Europapark - Linge de lits propres et accessibilité avec europapark excellent. Logement un peu "ancien" mais conforme à l'annonce. Pomme de douche dans la baignoire manquante. Meuble de la chambre double quelques planches manquante. Extérieur vetuste au 1er abord mais en travaux je pense.
• Lucille-Alison (9/5): Je recommande - Le point fort de ce logement est évidemment la proximité avec Europapark. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit, ainsi que la literie qui est de qualité. Notre arrivée a été facilité par la boîte à clés à disposition, nous nous sommes garés aisément devant la maison. C'est un bel espace pour une famille. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pied d'une boulangerie, au top pour déjeuner le matin , toute la vaisselle est propre et en nombre suffisant. Seul bémol : pas de dosette de café à disposition malgré une cafetière...
• Bart (9/5): Ideal if you just want a comfortable place to spend the night close to Europa Park. - Well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment 5 min. from Europa Park. Very friendly, communicative and helpful hosts. Honest price-quality ratio. Recommended for those who don't want to break the bank in the park's hotels and enjoy the comfort of your own space. One room for adults, one for kids/teenagers (bunk bed), sofa large enough to sleep on. It's not fancy, but clean and comfortable. A few things were broken (e.g. window in kid's room could not open), a bit weird (e.g. electric cooktop was installed upside down so the button that is meant to control the top right burner actually controlled the one on the bottom left) or not 100% clean (e.g. there were a few slices of bread left in the toaster). We would also have enjoyed getting a new washing up sponge instead of using one that had already been used by other guests. But none of these things were dealbreakers. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was very clean, close to everything such as shops, amusement parks, etc. Parking available on street but no issues if coming late at night. We traveled in the summer so the apt was very warm.

• Daviti (10/5): A Lovely Homestead! - We booked this hotel very last minute and were pleasantly surprised! From the train station, it was a quick 5-minute bus ride and a short 5-minute walk, making it very easy to access in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The second floor of the house is isolated and leads directly from the main entrance to the property, providing privacy. The property itself was very clean and comfortable, with everything well-organized. The owner provided all the information through the booking platform, and we had a smooth check-in and check-out experience. There's a small backyard where the kids enjoyed playing a bit. Also, we can't miss mentioning the humble dog named "Liza," who welcomed us as if she had been waiting for us for a while. We felt like the most welcome guests, and my kids absolutely loved playing with her. All in all, a wonderful stay!

• Iris (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very comfortable, for 4 people. All in all it's good . Has good beds , kitchen facility, quit neiborhoud , close to eropapark. We where at July and it was a hot day. There is no air condition and the small vents are not enoghth to dill with the heat. That way we didn't sleep well. It was too hot. There are no shads in the children room .
