• Daniele (10/5): - Tutto perfetto. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Appartamento spazioso, e pulito. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.
• Ekaterina (1/5): - The place was clean. The hosts left nice extras like water and juice. It's basically a semi-detached house and the houses next door are also rented for tourists. The facilities next door are really close sharing walls with this place. There were significantly drunk guests in the facility nearby when I arrived. They also played bass guitar that was very loud. It was not possible to have a proper conversation with them anyhow. The host offered me to return the money I paid them for the airport transfer and said that could take me to another hotel. I chose a hotel 20 minutes away by car from there. Then they said they would not take me there as it is Rome already, not Fiumicino. Though it was just around 20 minutes driving. So I had to pay around 50 euro more for Uber to get to the new hotel, paid for the new hotel and paid for this hotel as the host did not return the money back though I did not stay there and did not touch anything in the room. All of that also happened after my flight and in time when I had to rest before my next flight making my rest a failure my own money. I also had to pay for extra Uber because I had to leave at 4am for my next flight and the host of this place was aware of that too. (In the beginning I paid her extra for the transfer back to the airport). The father of the lady who hosts the place also told me the neighboring guests had been drinking for 10 days so far. I used to learn Italian and I understand the language. Meaning the hosts could warn me in advance giving an option to choose beforehand if it fits me or not. For a solo woman traveler that is completely unsafe to stay with drunk men by the door. Also it was not possible to rest there between the flights as the noise was awful. I would say, this facility is not an option at all if you are traveling with a child as you always have the risk of unstable neighbours next door.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Pokoje, kuchnia, łazienka wszystko czyste bez zastrzeżeń. Woda, soki w lodówce, lekkie śniadanie włoskie też ok. Minusem jest na pewno lokalizacja. Daleko do przystanku autobusowego, do sklepu. Konieczność wczesnego opuszczenia pokoju również na minus.

• Chiara Maria Rita (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - Gentilissima la proprietaria, inoltre molto apprezzata l’acqua in frigo all’arrivo ed una piccola colazione. La struttura pulita e ben tenuta. In bagno si trovano bagnoschiuma, salviette struccanti e tutto ciò che può servire. Ottimo anche il servizio transfer per chi come me la mattina deve partire presto e non ha alcun mezzo. Wi-Fi e aria condizionata presente. Parcheggio nei dintorni, per chi ha un proprio mezzo è comodo.

Apartman je opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan odmor, a svaki detalj pokazuje koliko domaćini brinu o gostima. Posebno bih istaknula iznimno ljubazne i gostoljubive domaćine koji su uvijek bili spremni pomoći i učiniti naš boravak još ljepšim. Topla preporuka svima

Хозяин вежлив и улыбчив, на нашу просьбу найти нам ночью такси, так как раний вылет, предложил свои услуги и они были в два раза дешевле чем доехать на такси.
• Nadia (10/5): Great place to stay close to airport. Good value and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. - I stayed at Ross House the night before I left Rome to go back home. It’s very convenient to the airport. It’s super comfortable and has everything you need. Very spacious and exceeded my expectations. The bed is good quality. The apartment is very cute. There is a washer (though I didn’t use it) and a full kitchen. Also the owner offers airport transfer back-and-forth to the airport.

She had everything you'd need at the condo even with a private front terrace. The pictures do not do it justice.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful apartment with easy access to FCO airport. - We loved everything about the apartment. It was brand new and immaculate! I would definitely stay there again. We used it the night before our flight home to the US. It was very close to the airport and in a very convenient location close to restaurants, etc. Thank you for the crostata which was delicious, the chocolates, coffee pods and bottled water all complements of our lovely host!! We loved everything!

• Jo (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable spot near airport - This apartment was amazing!! So much better equipped than we expected. The central heating (we stayed end of Nov) worked great. The whole place was very cosy. Bed was super comfy. The homemade treats from Rossella's mum were a very sweet touch and there was a nice assortment of breakfast options on top of that. Easy to find free parking right around the apartment. Rosella was very responsive and gave some great local food recommendations. Nothing! This is a great option if you have a flight out of Fiumicino the next day!
