• Ingrid Perla (1/5): - Das ich abgezockt wurde ich hab den Preis bezahlt was auf booking stand und der Chef hat noch 20€ verlangt fürs dort schlafen das Zimmer sieht ganz und garnicht so aus wie auf dem Bildern RICHTIGE ABZOCKE
• Lisa (5/5): Im Großen und Ganzen mit kleinen Mitteln renoviert und viel zu teuer verkauft. Preis/Leistung gleich null - Man hörte alles von den anderen Apartments, da die Tür in das Dachgeschoss nicht ganz abschließt (großer Spalt unten). Unser Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Bildern. Es war ein ganzes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Dachschräge wo man im Bad als Mann beim Spiegel oder am Klo nicht gerade stehen kann. Die Couch (zweite Schlafmöglichkeit) steht genau vor dem normalen Bett. Ein Parkplatz ganz links ist auch eine Frechheit und kostet 10€ pro Tag. (Auto steht auf den Gehsteig beim Parken)

Overall a comfortable stay..Apartment also had a balcony which will be very good to have breakfast during summer.. Price is a little on the higher side..Also since there is Parking space for 3 cars, maybe it can be free to park instead of an additional 10 Euros.

• Xavier (9/5): Très bon séjour - Petit logement trouvé à la dernière minute . Petit mais confortable et suffisant pour une seule nuit . Literie excellente. Content que le propriétaire nous ait laissé occuper le logement le lendemain matin car nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture et nous avons dû attendre le réparateur plus de 3 heures .... Petit problème avec une lampe extérieur mal réglée qui ne cesse de s'allumer automatiquement toute la nuit et même le jour ....

(6/5): Un'opera d'arte astratta - Soggiornato 2 notti nell'attico, sufficientemente silenzioso (anche se lo stabile a bordo strada) l'host accogliente al check in, ma non pervenuto per check out... A prima vista ben disposto però poi... Lenzuola girate al contrario (spero per distrazione e non per secondo utilizzo). Asciugacapelli difettoso. Acqua che esce dalla doccia, senza ventilazione e cieco. TV non funzionante. WiFi molto lento. Pulizia elettrodomestici cucina e mobili insufficiente (adirittura carta sporca all'interno del forno). Concludo con un marciapiede da dover scavalcare se si vuole usufruire del parcheggio.

• Ludmila (9/5): Trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 👍 - Die Wohnung entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr bequem – wir haben einen Zugangscode bekommen, was die Ankunft sehr einfach gemacht hat. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor Ort (bei uns 10 € pro Tag). Alles an Bettwäsche war vorhanden und vollständig. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der vorhandene Föhn schaltet sich nach 2–3 Minuten von selbst aus, vermutlich ist er etwas defekt.
• Onke (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert. - Das Bett war ganz okay. Es ist wirklich laut (direkt an der gefühlt meist befahrensten Straße weit und breit). Es ist hellhörig, man hört die anderen Gäste aus ihren Zimmern. Es ist nicht wirklich sauber. Die Toilette ist schief montiert. Schimmel im Bad. Die Bad Tür schließt sehr schwer. Wirklich sauber war die Unterkunft nicht. Viele Flecken auf dem Sofa. Das beste: "Parkplätze müssen nicht reserviert werden" - am Tag der Ankunft dann die Nachricht, dass kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Aufgrund der Kurzpark Zonen ist parken in den Straßen aber auch quasi unmöglich als Tourist. 2 von 3 Parkplätzen am Haus waren aber eigentlich die ganze Zeit frei. Wäre aber auch frech gewesen, dafür Geld zu bezahlen, man hätte sich am Bordstein die Reifen kaputt gefahren. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft ihr Geld absolut nicht wert.

• Jean (8/5): Suited my needs - The studio was small but cozy. Property was very quiet, good access to local transport including Gnigl train station. For myself I could walk into the city within 35 mins and buses to St Gilgen area left from the bus stand 10 mins walk away so handy for visiting that area and further afield from Gnigl station. Overall the accommodation suited my needs and was spotlessly clean. Good security on the property with outdoor lights and CCTV. The key code information not being sent prior to arrival. I had emailed the host to ask if they would be meeting me to hand over the keys and they initially emailed back "Yes". I waited at the property but received another email to give me the code for the key box. As I waited for an hour unnecessarily and only then decided to look at my emails, the key box code could have quite easily been emailed to me before I was due to arrive. Would suggest this course of action for future. Only one pan in the cupboard. Could have done with 2.

• Brianna (6/5): - Clean and the living area was spacious, bed was comfy. Bathroom is super small, shower leaks everywhere. Location is a little far from things to do, but I knew that when I booked.
• Wan Yi (8/5): Overall still quite a great stay. - Perfect location, very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Location near supermarket and bus stop. Easy to travel for day trip in Salzburg. WiFi is quite weak especially in the bedroom area. I m staying at the ground floor, is close to the main door, it was quite annoying sometimes when other guests closing the main door, is like slamming the door. Abit noisy but quiet at late night because next to the main road.

• Christine (1/5): Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und werde diese auch nie wieder buchen - Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Man kommt recht schnell und gut in die Innenstadt Bei der Ankunft ging der Code nicht für den Eingang. Nach mehreren Nachrichten auf die der Gastgeber nicht reagiert hat , kam dann die Putzdame die hat mir geholfen , in dem sie den Gastgeber angerufen hat, da dieser auf der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar war und auch auf meine Nachrichten nicht geantwortet hat. Ich hatte das kleine Apartment ganz links außen am Bach was zunächst ganz okay ausgesehen hat allerdings hat es sehr intensiv nach Moder gerochen. Es war in der Unterkunft sehr feucht die Bettdecke war sehr feucht es war alles sehr feucht durch den Bach nebenbei. Die Unterkunft ist extrem heruntergekommen der Herd ist gar nicht mehr ersichtlich weil er schon so verbrannt ist es war einigermaßen sauber im Bettlaken Haare und teilweise haben die Handtücher gestunken Ich hatte noch eine Decke im Auto denn auf die Matratze wäre ich ohne irgendwas nicht draufgelegt da es wirklich gerochen hat wie wenn jemand zuvor noch drin geschlafen hätte. Es ist sehr hellhörig da man jedes Auto vorbeifahren hört weil es direkt an der Straße gelegen ist. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht mal für eine Nacht empfehlen zu zweit wäre es katastrophal gewesen alleine war es erträglich. Ich kenne die anderen Wohnungen nicht im Haupthaus ich kann nur von dieser kleinen hier sprechen und diese auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen auf meine Rechnungen musste ich über eine Woche warten und auf die Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert.

• Jens (5/5): Geht so. Mehr auch nicht. - WLAN gab es erst auf Nachfrage und auch sonst war die Unterkunft nur mittelmäßig. Es stand noch dreckiges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine, die Wohnung war zwar auf dem ersten Blick sauber, aber wenn man genauer hingeschaut hat, war es doch grenzwertig. Für den Preis müsste es deutlich besser sein.

• Guest (2/5): Ubytování nedoporučuji, už nikdy sem - Ubytování zde nás velmi zklamalo. Našlo se pár pozitiv - funkční radiátor (v době pobytu pršelo a bylo lezavo), ocenily jsme možnost si zatopit. Voda tekla teplá, lednice fungovala. Majitel byl k dispozici v době mého příjezdu. Ubytování nesplnilo naše očekávání. Uz samotné parkování je nepříjemné. Vybočit z velmi frekventované ulice do velmi omezeného prostoru s velmi vysokým obrubníkem je docela výzva. Realita ubytování vypadala jinak než na fotografiích, rozhodně nečekejte luxus ani čistotu. Místo útulného apartmánu nás čekala vlhká místnost, která byla cítit po cigaretovém zápachu a zatuchlině. Povlečení nebylo čisté, bylo zmuchlané, s vlasy .. jakoby v něm někdo předtím spal .. Kabel od varné konvice byl poškozený a oprava byla dost tristní / bály jsme se ho použít .. - určitě nesplňoval technicky bezpečnost .. Dveře od koupelny nebyly pevně utěsněné ve zdi / panty vypadávaly / takže nám dalo dost práce je použít tak, aby zůstaly kde mají být .. Za dveřmi bylo hned parkoviště a jedna z nejrušnějších ulic v Salzburgu .. - pocit bezpečí jsem v noci úplně nemela.. Špatný dojem ještě podtrhlo jednání majitele - dát ještě dalších 10€ za parkování (když cena už tak vubec neodpovídala kvalitě ..) považuji za velmi nevhodné. Celkově jsem měla dojem, ze o kvalitu ubytování a spokojenost hostů majitel vůbec nedbá, necítila jsem se vítaná a byla jsem ráda, ze další den odjíždíme ..

Me encantó el balcón con vista al río que pasa por detrás del apartamento. Las camas súper cómodas y me sentí como en casa. Lo recomiendo.

• Mariapia (7/5): - Posizione comoda per andare in centro a Salisburgo con l'autobus. Piccolino ma sufficientemente comodo per pochi giorni. L'appartamento al piano terra e si affaccia su una strada molto trafficata, c''e' molto rumore e non è possibile aprire le finestre. No privacy. Inoltre il bagno e' cieco e rimane tutto umido compresi gli asciugamani.

• Maria-Anna (3/5): Eine Unverschämtheit der Preis für dieses Loch. - Nichts Schimmel in allen Ecken der Dusche. Überall lange dunkle Haare. Mein Haar ist kurz und grau. Dreck unter der Spüle, muss schon länger dort sein. Geschirr nicht gründlich gereinigt. Tasse mit dunklem Rand innen. Für 90 Euro die Nacht zu schmutzig und zu klein.

Pisike, aga hubane apartment. Tundsime puudust pudeliavajast/korgitserist. Prügi sorteerimise juhend ja prügikastide jaotus /asukoht raske mõista täpselt, kasutasime ainult segaprügina.

Kurtaxe war nicht im Preis enthalten, wurde noch zusätzlich verlangt und auf die Quittung mussten wir bis zum nächsten Tag warten, was ungünstig ist, weil man mit der kostenlos in Salzburg fahren darf.

• Vanderstigel (7/5): Bon séjour, dans un logement propre, avec un hôte réactif. Attention au prix du parking. - Hôte réactif et disponible, même tard dans la soirée. Logement propre et conforme. Équipements fonctionnels. L'hôte nous a demandé 10€ pour utiliser le parking, sauf erreur de ma part cela n'est pas mentionné dans Booking. L'hôte a accepté de ne pas nous faire payer le parking finalement.
• Bianca (10/5): Saubere, moderne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was nötig war, um einem schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir konnten sogar Prime und Netflix schauen. Die Terrasse war sehr gemütlich.

• Daniel (8/5): Un studio bien aménagé et confortable à proximité du centre. - Bonne situation géographique, à environ trois kilomètres du centre avec un arrêt de bus à cent mètres du studio, il y a plusieurs supermarchés à proximité, le secteur est calme et bien fréquenté, le son de l'eau venant de l'arrière du bâtiment est apaisant. Le studio est sensiblement dans le noir le matin dû au versant de la montagne, la lumière commence à véritablement rentrer à partir de treize heures, quelques étagères en plus ne serait pas de trop.

• Claude (3/5): - De bedden 1) voordien toestuurde klopte niet 2) pas na aankomst sms ontvangen met correcte code 3) host niet gezien enkel bij vertrek om huur openbare parking te innen 4) tv werkte niet wat host bij vertrek toegegeven heeft 5) geen koffie machiene, toen ik host opbelde was zijn antwoord «vlakbij is een bar waar ze heel goede koffie serveren » !!!! 4) appartement is gelegen naast immens drukke weg met zwaar vrachtverkeer waarlangs ook onze gevraagde prive(?) parking gelegen was en waarvoor wij extra moesten betalen Kortom : de vreselijkste verhuring die wij ooit hebben meegemaakt met een host die zich niets aantrok van de mankementen en een appartement waar men zelfs geen koffie kon zetten !
