• Pavlos (8/5): Maison typique sur un terrain de pistachiers avec vue sur mer. Vacances relaxantes en famille. - Vue sur mer, terrasse à l’étage, grand espace autour de la maison, cuisine bien équipée, localisation de l’établissement, figues et pistaches à disposition les portes et fenêtres (old style house) battent et font du bruit, et sur une île, le vent souffle… entrée de l’allée étroite pour la voiture et barrière pas correctement fixée, pas de sacs poubelles de rechange disponible
• Grazia (1/5): A stressful and disappointing stay — unfair experience, unresolved issues, and unprofessional hosts. - Unfortunately, there was very little we liked about this stay. One of the main issues was the way the problems we encountered were handled by the owners and their team. First of all, the house is quite isolated, with nothing around (no markets or services). If you don’t have a car, getting around is very difficult, and since there's nothing nearby, you have no choice but to go elsewhere — with expensive taxi fares. More importantly, the phone number listed on Booking.com for the owner was not reachable. We tried calling multiple times when problems arose and never received a reply. It’s unclear how this is even allowed, considering that contact details are meant to be functional for emergencies. To make things more complicated, the owners live on another continent, and the time zone difference made it nearly impossible to get timely support — even though there was a local host on-site. Still, we were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot the issue ourselves. When we refused and asked that someone come and check the problem instead, we received early-morning calls, with no respect for our rest — and were even indirectly blamed for having “late timings”, as if it were inappropriate to sleep in while on a holiday. I believe that when I am paying for accommodation, I should be free to wake up when I want without being treated as if I’m at fault. The biggest issue was the broken air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. It was not working from the moment we arrived, and considering we had booked months in advance, it’s extremely disappointing that the house was not checked and prepared in time. The on-site host later confirmed the issue, yet no real solution was offered. We even found a previous review on Booking mentioning the same broken AC — clearly, this was a long-standing problem that was never fixed. Given the price of the property, we expected far better service and professionalism. Instead, the stay was stressful, poorly handled, and not at all worth the... We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing due to a serious issue with the AC and how it was handled. The air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was not working from the moment we arrived. We promptly informed the host’s representative, but despite several messages and follow-ups, the issue was never resolved during our 3-night stay. The room was directly exposed to the sun all day, and with outside temperatures reaching 38°C, it became unbearably hot and unbreathable. Three of us had to squeeze into one bed in a cooler room — which clearly reduced the sleeping capacity of the house from 7 to 6. Throughout our stay, we were never offered any refund, discount, or even a practical solution, such as moving a spare bed into a room with functioning AC. Instead, we were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, including turning off the power and testing the unit — something guests should not be expected to do while on holiday. A fan was promised as a temporary solution but never delivered, and communication with the host became increasingly unprofessional. At one point, we were even told to “go swimming” to deal with the heat — a suggestion we found extremely inappropriate, especially when we were simply asking for a functional sleeping arrangement since we paid for 7 bed spots!! We had also encountered an issue with our card during the initial booking, which we communicated transparently and immediately. After rebooking, we were asked to pay the difference from the initial price — €193 in cash — outside the Booking.com system. The host even wrote that she couldn't confirm our stay unless we paid the difference, despite the reservation already being confirmed by Booking. We complied just to avoid being left without a place to stay, but the entire experience — from booking to check-out — ended up stressful and disappointing. We felt the situation was poorly and unfairly handled. No comment.
• Leo (7/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή και βολικό σπίτι, χρειάζεται μερικες βελτιώσεις. - Ομορφη θέα, καλή τοποθεσία, βολικό για διαμονή πολλών ατόμων. Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι δεν έχει στρώμα κατάλληλο για ενήλικες. Θα μπορούσε να είναι καθαροτερο. Τα μπάνια έχουν προβλήματα.
• Ilil (2/5): Very poor - The house is beautiful good location we arrived in the end of November and there was no heating. It was really cold. And the house was even colder from outside. The owner told that we can use air conditions in the bedrooms. But only 2 of them work, the living room, kitchen, bath everything was very cold.
