• Kamila (9/5): - Bardzo kontaktowy gospodarz, brak problemu z wcześniejszym zostawieniem bagaży. Szybka odpowiedź na pytania. Dosłownie 5-10 minut spacerkiem na plac św.Piotra oraz do muzeów watykańskich.

• Zuriñe (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en Roma - El alojamiento es muy amplio y con muy buena ubicación, el vaticano a un paso y el resto paseando llegas enseguida. La cocina es muy completa y con una mesa enorme para comer. Aunque las camas son muy cómodas algunas almohadas no lo son tanto. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy buena y en todo momento pendiente de nosotras. En la misma calle tienes sitios para desayunar, y supermercados cerca. Volvería a reservar este apartamento.

• Barbara (8/5): Przestronne mieszkanie w świetnej legalizacji - Lokalizacja Wypadające drzwi od łazienki. Ciasnota w jednej z sypialni. Usytuowanie łóżka w drugiej sypialni w ten sposób że w komunikacji przeszkadzały schody na antresolę (można uderzyć się w głowę). Świecące ostre światło na patio sprawiało że w pokoju nocą było jasno a brak jest rolet lub zasłon zaciemniających.
• Meagan (9/5): Great location! Repeat Customer! - Keyless entry is always a plus! This was a repeat trip to Rome for a concert. We prefer this location and property for all our needs. It’s spacious and spread out. It can sleep up to 8 easily. 2 bathrooms and a giant kitchen! It’s quiet at night for a comfortable stay and rest. There are bars and restaurants downstairs from the accommodation. We will definitely be back again. The living room couch and bathrooms need a bit updating and TLC.

• Viesturs (10/5): It was a stay before cruise, I can recommend place, if you want see Vatican👍 - Design of flat is amazing. View from window is not the best, but this is nothing to unlike, for short stay.
• Jessica (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Walking distance to many attractions and bus routes. Lots of room for our family of five. Communication with staff is wonderful. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Low ceilings made it difficult for my 6'2" husband to stand and shower.
• Iago (9/5): Lovely apartment with lots of space and great access to the Vatican. - Lovely flat that managed to fit 7 of us very comfortably. Location was amazing for the Vatican and it allowed us to easily walk there for the opening of the Basilica at 7:00. Castel Saint Angelo also a very short walk away. Would highly recommend! Price was a bit expensive, but in line with Rome at the height of summer tourist season, so not much that can be done about it.

• Christopher (3/5): Gloomy, Musty And Shabby Apartment In Desparate Need Of Maintenance or Quality Upgrade - LOCATION. This apmt is handy for airport transfer buses drop-off/collection. Plus, walking around Central Rome is generally flat’ish and therefore easy to reach most museums and tourist sights. COMMUNICATION. With the exception of our early notification about the shower drainage problem, and the issues we've listed for much improvement, the property manager was generally responsive to queries. ** PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THESE REMARKS, DEAR READER ** CENTRAL HEATING: For mornings and evenings, the boiler heating system was either timed to turn off or temperatures set too low - ie. the apartment was uncomfortably cold for early March climate ABSENCE OF (OR NO ACCESS TO): Microwave; vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, floor mop, bucket, mechanical air extraction in bathrooms (hence, unpleasant odours); door for freezer compartment; "coffee machine" [boiling pot only] INADEQUATE SUPPLIES OF: WC paper (1 roll/bathroom); soap (dispensers empty); cutlery, crockery, cookware & glassware; cleaning materials; only 1 mains power outlet for electrical appliances in kitchen area POOR MAINTENANCE/CONDITION: Flimsy bathroom linen (ie. towels); several wall lights not functioning; multiple light switches damaged and/or confusing; shower drains blocked leading to flooding incident (in spite of reporting this problem in advance); water-proofing sealant absent in shower areas; considerable mould around bathrooms; rusty ceiling beams above showers (partly due to no mechanical ventilation); shower heads badly worn & utterly dysfunctional; probable legionella risk; window blinds/covers ineffective (constant daylight pollution); front door lock damaged (delaying access to apmt); cupboard interiors had not been cleaned AESTHETICS: Generally, a rather dingy, musty and shabby apartment. Ceiling heights very low on both ground and mezzanine levels (1.9/2.0 metre?). Apartment’s floorspace is actually quite small, with the otherwise high ceiling cut in half to produce mezzanine floor area - ie. a home for hobbits! This inhibits taller people and reduces influx of natural light and fresh air ventilation.

• Abdel (8/5): Very good - Location is top. Jetzt 3 Min. walk from Vatican. Functional place for up to 7 people. Small maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as broken shower head.

• Oliver (10/5): Lovely family & friends holiday in Rome - The accommodation is simply great. We were two families (7 people totally) and could not ask for anything more. The location is one of the best in Rome. Just in between Vatican City and Angelo castle. Even there are cafés and bars nearbay, the accommodation is quiet and good sleep is guaranteed. If you need any help with airport transfer, I recommend you to ask Daniele. She is just lovely and ready to help in any request. I do recommend this accommodation 100%!
• Larry (9/5): We had a fantastic time in Rome, thanks for being in an excellent accommodation! - Excellent location, only a few minutes away from the Vatican City. There are bus stops near the apartment and the Metro is not too far off. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with airconditioning units, except for the 3rd smaller bedroom. There are two huge bathrooms to accommodate the number of occupants. The dining/kitchen area is huge, however the dining table is way too big that it wasted a lot of space in the area. All programs in the TV are in Italian so the TV is useless to any non-Italian speaking guests.

• Petek (10/5): Would recommend this apartment for family or groups! We were 8 and the apartment was a great size for us! - Great location, 30 min walk to many attractions and 5 mins to Metro. Clean and great to have a washing machine too! Great restaurants and shopping in area too! Liked everything, no complaints
• Whitney (9/5): Great space, convenient location, responsive host! - We really enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely, unique layout with great space for our family. We appreciate the air conditioning, the 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms. The location was fabulous — we enjoyed being walking distance to the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo and other sites. It was walking distance to the metro and we enjoyed some delicious meals in the neighbourhood! The electronic key access was easy to use once we figured out a few things. It was nice not to need a physical key. Communication with you was great — you were always responsive and helpful. One shower had a slow drain which we were informed about when we got there. It did not affect us that much but we had to keep an eye on the water level when showering. One of the air conditioners leaked onto the curtains and floor while it was running. We decided to turn it off rather than let the leak continue.
• Hailey (9/5): Amazing place to stay in a great location! - The location was great. Super close to the Vatican and great walking distance to ATMs and shops. Very close to metro lines, buses, and very easy to get to cities walking wise. The host response time was great and they helped with any questions we had and even provided a reference for tourist information and tours. It was on the first floor so we didn’t have to walk up a bunch of stairs or take a lift to reach the apartment. And the online check I process was super easy and convenient and we even got to check in slightly early which made it amazing to drop our bags off before going around the city. There isn’t much bad to say about this place other than there is one room with no air con (the room with just the double bed) while the other rooms did have it. We really didn’t mind but if you are looking for a place fully air conditioned just expect this. Anything that we had issues with wasn’t eh fault of the host or apartment. The tvs were out because of a storm and the drain was clogged but both issues were solved super fast as soon as I brought up the issue It really was a great place.
• Malloy (7/5): Overall good stay for our group. - Location was 10/10. Self check in and staff were helpful. Enough beds for a group. I had no idea howoe the ceilings were. It made everything feel very tight and if you are tall there is only a few places you won’t be duckig.
• Ankit (6/5): great location but stingy owner - the location was good and the dining room was very nice the boiler had no hot water on the first day. when we checked we found that the boiler was set in timer. the owner told us that they will fix it before lunch and contacted me only at 2pm. we managed to change the setting to turn on the boiler else our day would have been ruined. there was no air conditioning. the owner told us that there is an Italian law to control energy usage, although in our other accommodation in Italy we did get use of air conditioning.
• Jankauhla (10/5): Great accommodation - Location was great, every monuments was to close and we went by foot. Also, there was a teenager with us and he helped us get to the apartment. Because I never unlocked the door through the web.
• Dusan (8/5): Very good - Nice location near Vatican and angel castle, big flat, enough space for 8 people, equipped kitchen, first floor, windows are not into the street, shop nearby, ristorante nearby. I recomend it.
• Meagan (9/5): Prime location! Very nice apartment! - The space was perfect for the two of us. The apartment has everything you need while home away from home. The location was prime for all our needs. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. Was a little confusing initially on how to access the property and the weather was awful to be standing outside to figure it out. The hot water heater went out so we had freezing cold showers.
• Vincent (8/5): Spacious apartment in quiet area. - In a quiet area and close to the Vatican. Spacious enough for 5 of us and especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms. There were a couple of maintainence issues which the owner quickly resolved. The kitchen was a bit dark - it would have been useful to have lights under the top units and a microwave would have been handy.

• Kimberly (10/5): Vibrant spacious accommodation - Really neat space, very spacious and incredibly comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Rome, especially the Vatican. Good proximity to tour bus stop. 2 twin beds, 3 double beds, and a comfy couch allowed us to spread out across the 3 separate bedrooms. Awesome restaurants and cafes nearby.
