• Tatjana (6/5): - Lokacija je dobra, na 5-6 minuta hoda od šetališta. Za 100 evra po noći, ovo bi moralo da bude mnogo bolje. Jorgani nisu umotani u navlake, nego stoje zasebno u ormanu, puni fleka. Peškiri su toliko smrdeli na vlagu (kao da nisu dobro osušeni pa su tako polumokri spakovani) da ih je bilo nemoguće koristiti, tražili smo nove peškire da nam donesu, koji su stigli istog dana ali nisu bilu ništa bolji od prethodnih. Sve ostalo je bilo okej ali vrlo skromnog sadržaja a precenjeno.

If you’re going to Alicante for a weekend or a few days, it’s worth it. The owner addressed all the new questions we had and was very attentive. The cleanliness could have been a bit better, but it wasn’t completely dirty.

• guillermo (10/5): - Todo estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: microondas, nevera, aire acondicionado, manta, menaje, hervidor de agua y cafetera, incluso un par de cápsulas de café. La estancia fue muy agradable. Además, Daria fue encantadora con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Le estamos muy agradecidos por su ayuda! La ducha y el aseo eran un poco pequeños; quizá estaría bien buscar alguna forma de aprovechar mejor el espacio o hacerlo más cómodo.

• Ingrid (10/5): Great stuff, location and clean accommodation - The accommodation was very clean, and the staff—especially Daria—were extremely helpful with everything. The location is also great, with the city center and the airport bus stop very close by. A big plus is that they kindly allowed us a late check-out until 16:00, which was very convenient because our flight was in the evening.
• Lone (5/5): Ok hvis man kan lide at bo småt men godt - Rent. God madras. Beliggenhed perfekt ift lufthavnsbussen C6 Meget småt. Seng 120 .. ikke til 2 voksne. Badeværelset også meget lille, man kunne ikke vende sig .. også badet. Spiseplads består i en stol foran køkkenbordet, så vi spiste på sengen. Meget tynde vægge. En del støj fra andre lejere. Det er en lejlighed som er ombygget til 5 værelser til udlejning. Derfor meget småt.

• Lady Jolene (10/5): Perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and a top crew running the show - Sea Heaven Hostel was my Alicante home run 🏙️ - I had an amazing stay at Sea Heaven Hostel! 😊 Perfectly located in the heart of Alicante, it ticked all the boxes - clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The 15-minute transfer from the airport was a breeze, and the bus station was literally just across the road. Big shoutout to the team for their top-notch communication, and huge thanks to the cleaners for keeping everything spotless - they were lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

• Andreea (10/5): Perfect pentru un citybreak. - Apartament micuț, dar perfect pentru un citybreak de câteva zile pentru un cuplu. Dotat cu de toate: cuptor microunde, aparat cafea, fierbător apă, uscător de păr, inclusiv și fier de călcat. Pat mare și comod, apartament liniștit și aproape de Esplanada d’Espanya, câteva minute pe jos.
• Jamylee (7/5): - Struttura molto pulita, zona non centrale ma vicina al centro, al mare e ai servizi principali. Self check-in comodo e pratico, staff molto disponibile. Mini frigo e TV, bollitore, spazio esterno coperto. Bagno esterno, pur sapendolo già al momento della prenotazione, non è molto pratico ed inoltre è molto piccolo. Anche la stanza, l'unica col bagno esterno, è un po' piccola. Consigliamo di aggiungere specchio a figura intera nella camera e microonde.

• Sara (10/5): - The property is in a great location with access to all amenities and near the marina, our favorite part about our stay was the staff member Daria who helped us a lot. We booked this room because we were scammed in another accommodation so we booked this one very last minute, Daria contacted us upon booking for the normal check in process and in 5 minutes we were already in the room. She also helped me with me questions on how to file a report on the scammers from the previous property and she helped us and supported us and explained everything. Thanks to Daria our rough start was turned around. The room is also very clean. No sound isolation so neighbors can be heard.

• Varvara (7/5): Nice room for a short stay - Amazing location, really easy to find and check in. The administrator was very helpful, answered all the questions right away. Clean apartment, good WiFi. The bathroom was very small, I kept hitting myself to different angles. The shower holder was so high up that the water wasn’t falling on me. It wasn’t possible to move it, so I had to hold the shower head in my hands all the time. Really thin walls, so you can hear how someone is sneezing next door.

• Alice92 (8/5): Great location, comfortable space, all basic amenities within the room - would return. - The room is basic, but the bed is comfortable, great value for money. The location is very good, easy links to buses, trams and trains. Within walking distance of all tourist areas. Building is easy to find and detailed info from the host as to how to get in. If you are just looking for a place to sleep while visiting the city this is a great find. Free wifi is a great addition. Heating/Air-con is very easy to use. Overall the room met my needs and I would visit again, it's a great little place for a solo traveler or couple. Cleanliness could be improved - lots of dust and hair under the bed and a few loose hairs under the fitted sheet, the blue blanket on the bottom of the bed is covered in stains and so is the additional quit which is kept in the kitchen cupboard (which was very much needed as its a bit chilly in the evenings in December) While the towels were clean they did smell musty. (Room 1)- The bathroom is very small but workable, temperature on the shower fluctuates - assuming from other users in the accommodation using at the same time.

• Hannah (8/5): Cool place for solo travel - Hosts - easy communication from day 1. Administrator Daria was helpful and made check in process easy They also let me check in before their usual check in hours, as I was already in Alicante so massive thanks for that! Location- great, quiet street but still close to city and to the beach (15-20min walk to each), also to the train just 10 min which why I chose the place I felt like building of the appartment was safe and also the street was quiet, no strange people Accomodation - Similar as on photos I thought there would be TV, but was not. I dont use it so dont mind it. It was clean, had small kitchen which was very handy to have, fridge and microwave and a kettle. Also a private bathroom inside which was very important for me and also one of the reasons I chose this place I could come back but only if Im alone due to size of the space and I would have less luggage (had 20kg suitcase) :) Noise - although you can not hear the noise from the street, you can hear your neighbours. On the second day, at 8,9am some Italians started to fight and scream for 1h. Luckily I was awake as I was going out and I heard them leaving so I did not complain. But was uncomfortable. Rooms are made inside of a big appartment so noise isolation is not very good Accomodation - pillows were a bit strange to sleep on. There was a smell of mold in the room, I would notice it when coming back from outside. Also no shelves to put your clothes on anywhere or make up etc. Also no mirror except bathroom Kitchen- Aircon stopped working on 3rd day (my last day, so I just used duvet to cover so I was still warm). There should be a curtain in front of kitchen so the light doesnt come in and wake up people. No where to hang the dish towel after washing and no table to eat but there is 1 chair Bathroom -toilet seat was a bit wobbly and there was no shelf to put tootbrush etc Just a bit of details when someone is using the space and you can see how it works in practice. Only then you get to see things that are missing but would be so handy to have! If I would come back it would be only for short stay, alone and with less baggage 😅

• Maria (7/5): Soggiorno quasi perfetto - La struttura è molto vicina al centro ed è possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia e le fermate dell’autobus per raggiungere le città vicine. Lo staff molto cordiale e a piena disposizione. Stanza piccola. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni 4 giorni e per chi trascorre più giorni e va al mare diventa un problema con la sabbia. Inoltre le stanze non sono insonorizzate

Friendly staff, quick communication, and special thanks for the helpful tips. On the first days we went to the city beach, which was a bit dirty, but the host recommended San Juan beach, which turned out to be absolutely amazing. Thank you for the hospitality — I’d be happy to come back again. P.S. Just a note — I didn’t know at first, but there’s an umbrella, an iron, and some additional devices near room 6. I only discovered this at the end due to my own oversight, but it might be helpful for someone else. There was nothing like that — everything was perfect.

La posizione comoda però rende tutto sorvolabile
