• Jordan (6/5): It was a very convenient place to stay. - It was decently close to the train station. The bed was very squeaky, there were a few cockroaches in our room,

• Felipe (9/5): Totally recommend for a couple that wants to stay in the area of Kabukicho, Shinjuku. - Great cost benefit. The Kabikicho area can surprise some people. We were fine with it, but please read about the area beforehand.
• Loann (3/5): Unsafe and weird, few/no informations about the things that don't work properly - The low price The door kept being opened when we were outside the first 4 days, so every time we came back, we would find the door opened. We asked the staff about it and just asked us if we locked properly. Nothing more. And after the message, nothing happened for the last 3 days. We couldn't take a bath without flooding the bathroom when emptying it. Same with washing the clothes, nothing was aligned so when the machine was emptying, the whole balcony was flooded, the neighbor's too. The light system is a true pain in the a**.

• Borja (4/5): No lo recomiendo... el barrio no es para turistas tranquilos. - El apartamento estaba bien conectado para viajar por Tokyo o hacer excursiones, aunque habia que andar al menos 10-12 minutos hasta la estación. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el checkin automático (o autónomo) fue genial ya que llegamos muy tarde. El anfitrión fue agradable. El barrio es poco aconsejable. Ambiente muy turbio por las noches (lleno de borrachos, chicas de compañía, etc). La entrada del edificio parece la de un restaurante, con un portal y un rellano muy sucio. La habitación era realmente pequeña y el agua de la ducha no salía a una temperatura constante (o fría o muy caliente). Y una cosa terrible con facil solución: la lampara de la cocina, está MUY baja. Midiendo 1,80m no se cuantos golpes me di... es imperdonable tenerla puesta ahí. Por último, lo de tener tubos a la vista por todo el apartamento, afea mucho. Por desgracia, no lo recomendaria.

• Declan (8/5): Good value for money - Great location, staff are helpful and understanding. For the price it was pretty good. The terrace was great. Little issue with the washing machine which was dealt with the staff.

• Magicnick (5/5): Good location but apartment is old and not well maintained. - Good location for Shinjuku. Staff were responsive. The apartment is quite dirty and definitely not the standard you expect from Japan. The bathroom is very dingy and old. I didn't save much by opting for an apartment so would stick to staying in hotels next time. This was my 4th visit to Tokyo so I was disappointed with what was the end of my Christmas trip.
• Supassorn (7/5): If you want to stay in a big room and using the kitchen in the center of kabukicho, reasonable price ,this is the good - Best location in kanukicho. Not much noise , Nice kitchen , more space than hotel room , big fridge Small old bathroom, dirty terrace , no pot or rice cooker , environment
• Aarushi (7/5): It was overall a good stay. - It was spacious and comfortable. It had most of the amenities available and decor was good. Kitchen was also well equipped. The balcony was dirty and there were stains on the ceiling of the kitchen.
• Ellie (7/5): Pleasant stay in expensive area - I liked the location in proximity of the nightlife and easy walk to Golden Gai and busy streets. Have to be absolutely honest here as there were no other reviews for us to go on. On arrival, very difficult to find due to no signage and we walked block twice. I was a little shocked at the appearance of the front of the building and location. Looked and felt like the seedy region of Shinjuku. Looked like a nightclub/bar and restaurant underneath apartments so was really concerned about noise. It mentioned Harmony Inn so I was expecting other apartments strictly for tourists…. No we were in with other residents and felt a little dirty and smelly in corridor and was little nervous. Photos made the apartment very promising but it is a little old and tired in bathroom and kitchen. But…. After we settled in and over looked initial feelings of what have we had done it turned out to be reasonably pleasant. The bed was the most comfortable in Japan and there was no to little noise from street or residents. Great wifi and television with Netflix and YouTube. The owner was very responsive and punctual and I see that the owner is trying to make a business and giving tourists/customers affordable accomodation in a very expensive area. To be honest I think it a little over priced for what it was and in hindsight probably should have stayed at a hotel where you know exactly what you are getting.
