Absolutely more value for money Towels and the room itself felt clean and we had 5 towels in total which is super good Its a bit noisy if there is people there. Curtains are not closing entirely there is a gap between them and people can see you from the outside

• Ines (2/5): - The hotel is very well located, close to both the train station and the main street, which makes it easily accessible by public transport and taxi. This was actually one of the main reasons we chose it. We also appreciated the self check-in/check-out option with a code, as we had a very early flight and needed to leave the hotel at 2 AM. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even allowed us an early check-in and assisted us with the entry code. The hotel itself is modern and nicely designed, with a great lobby area where guests can enjoy coffee or wine, and even play board games, which we found very nice given the bad weather during our stay. However, our overall experience was significantly affected by one major issue. At around 10 PM, what seemed to be an organized party started in the lobby, with very loud music. Since the bathroom is located at the end of the hallway past the rooms, there was constant noise from other guests going back and forth throughout the night. We expected basic quiet hours, especially after 11 PM, but the party continued until around 1 AM. Even when we left the hotel at 1:30 AM, there was no one in the lobby anymore, yet the music was still playing loudly. In addition, the entire area smelled of cigarettes and alcohol, and the lobby itself was left quite messy, with glasses and bottles still on the tables, which made the overall impression even worse. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep at all. What made the situation more frustrating is that we were not informed in advance that such an event would take place. If the hotel organizes gatherings like this, we strongly believe guests should be notified beforehand, as it directly affects comfort and rest. Most of the people in the hotel seemed to be part of the event, which made the situation even more challenging for us.

Очень приветливая, пыталась помочь по всем вопросам, которые были, она молодец! Мы брали отель на один день, нам нужно было отдохнуть перед перелетом. Поиск был сложный, такое ощущение, что в Кутаиси все варианты какие-то очень компромиссные. Сразу хочу сказать, что это мое субъективное мнение, но, возможно, оно будет кому-то полезно. Фотографии передают атмосферу, место достаточно стильное, но при этом когда попадаешь, создается ощущение какого-то жуткого фильма (но это только ощущение). Теперь, что важно: Очень холодно и шумно Нет тапочек (мы заказали через волт, это спасло ситуацию) Темно Район не очень симпатичный (у меня создалось не очень приятное впечатление о городе)

• Nataliya (6/5): На картинке красиво, на деле - холодно зимой - Стильно, просторный холл, в котором можно поработать Нет рецепции 24/7, в номерах было очень холодно ночью, кровати поставлены так, что подушки лежат к ледяной стене из кафеля. На картинке это выглядит красиво, но на деле - это холодно и некомфортно. Завтраков нет, никакой еды вообще тоже, что неудобно, если приезжать поздно вечером, как это было у нас.

• Max (9/5): Great place to stay in Kutaisi - Very aesthetically pleasing hotel close to the center of Kutaisi. Our flight arrived at 2 in the morning, so they supplied us with a code to enter the hotel and our room and offered us a late checkout (1:30 PM) so we could sleep a bit longer. Location wasn't the best, but certainly more than good enough.

Fabulous design (do not listen to people who say that the interior is dark, they have to learn about new tendencies in design). The manager was always there whenever we needed help or advices concerning Georgia and its incredible wines. The music played in the common area was very good too. I'm telling you, everything was perfect! I recommend 1000% I don't know what are you doing reading this question/answer! BOOK NOW.

• Michelle (7/5): Ok para passar uma noite - Arquitetura moderna e localização bem próxima ao centro. O atendimento foi bem fácil e amigável. O local onde o prédio fica tem uma vizinhança meio estranha, e por ser na parte de baixa da um pouco a sensação de claustrofobia e insegurança. O ar não gelou muito bem, passamos calor. O travesseiro não era confortável. O chuveiro era um pouco fraco.

• Lorrill (10/5): Hip, cool hotel with amazing and stylish rooms. - Rotel Kutaisi is a funky, hip concept hotel. It has an amazing common area where there a tables, chairs, even a swing promoting a chill place to hang out. The hotel is very modern technologically and it is set up so that you have an access code to enter the facility and an access code to enter your room. The rooms are very modern, very large with a very hip vibe such as a hanging hammock chair. I loved they creative layout of the rooms and the extra touches in the rooms such as some of the lighting choices. Some of my best sleeps in Georgia were in this hotel. Like everywhere in Georgia, the staff are always ready to help you in any way! I loved everything about this hotel. I loved this hotel so much that I stayed two more days than originally planned.
