• Cicero (10/5): I do recommend this accommodation in Rome. - I felt like at home. The building was very well organized with elevator. The apartment had a beautiful decoration, clean and very spacious with comfortable bedrooms and the kitchen had everything what we needed. Excellent location and the host was super attentive and kind. Nothing to complain about.

The host was responsive, the check in process was smooth. Bus station in front of the apartment, located in the lovely Prati neighborhood. Apartment was spacious, 2 bedrooms, 6 beds, shared bathroom and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Apartment has a lift. None

The apartment is great, everything is as in the pictures, it's a great location, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican Museums. There are no major downsides, as I said, everything is great. I rated it 9/10 because the hair dryer didn't work. But the owner will probably change it for the next group of guests. So no big deal.

• Sylwia (1/5): Nie polecam - Lokalizacja apartamentu. Dobrze skomunikowane miejsce. Zdjęcia "podrasowane" do tego stopnia, że miejsce mi się spodobało i dlatego wykupiłam tu pobyt. Po przyjeździe... rozczarowanie! Apartament w rzeczywistości nadaje się tylko do remontu, nie do wynajmowania turystom. Brudna kabina prysznicowa, brudny okap w kuchni. Głośno od ulicy i od klatki schodowej.

• Klavdija (10/5): - Bližina znamenitosti. Dobra opremljenost apartmaja. Zelo odziven lastnik apartmaja. Čistoča apartmaja je bila zelo dobra Nismo bili prepričani ali so bila vrata apartmaja varno zaprta. Ključ se je malo zatikal.

Metro 10 perc sétára kb, busz meg szinte előtte áll meg. A környék barátságos és tele van jobbnál jobb éttermekkel. A tulaj kedves és segítőkész, a szállás tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt. Nincsen a lakásban nappali, csak 2 háló, konyha és fürdőszoba.

• Hanoof (8/5): - The location is close to the Vatican, within walking distance, and the area has many services. However, if you want to visit other main attractions in Rome, you’ll likely need a taxi or Uber, as it takes about 45 minutes on foot to reach most places. The apartment itself is very, very spacious, but there are several downsides. The elevator is extremely poor—old, strange, and unreliable. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and on checkout day I had to carry one of my suitcases down because the elevator got stuck. The air conditioning is not a proper wall unit; it’s under the window and not of great quality. The electricity even shut off when I used the hair dryer. The apartment is old but somewhat updated. There is no washing machine, but everything was very clean. The location is convenient for the Vatican and nearby services, but overall, I found the price quite high for what you get.

• Mo (10/5): - Two big rooms and small kitchen for what you need, the host make sure we arrived and managed to enter the apartment even though we arrived late around 11pm, great communication and always answer my questions. Nice area and quite, safe for families going with kids, walking distance to the Vatican city, everything you need is around from cafes/restos/supermarket and bus stop just down the building that takes you to Rome city center. Actually we walked with kids 2 days in a row from the house to the city even to the colosseum, its too much but we stopped in many places, and came back by bus. One thing to note that there is no washer machine at the house but there is one just 50m, actually at the building corner.

• Gosse (7/5): Nice place but a bit on the expensive side for what it offers - Very clean, spacious apartment at a nice location. Host is very helpful and on the ball! Beds are short for tall people and the wooden edge of the bed is not soft! Water pressure for shower is very low. For the price of the apartment you would expect a dishwasher and/or washing machine. No good seating area for families as there is only a small kitchen beside the bedrooms and bathroom. And only one toilet for 4 people is also irritating at times.
• Sheng (7/5): ok to stay for few days - easy to reach, spacious for 3-4 people - The windows are very badly isolated- noisy at night. - The beds are not comfortable, not to mention the pillows are flat already - the picture of the room shows correctly but just in reality all the hardware can be taking more care. Change the plates- which has hundreds of scratches, etc.

It was in a fantastic location—a lovely area with plenty of restaurants nearby, easy access to the metro, and just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, making it incredibly convenient. Check-in was seamless, and the host was both welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Rome. There was nothing we could fault during our stay.

Supermarket and a bus stop just meters away, amazing restaurants! I just love it. Nothing! Everything was perfect! I cannot stress enough that it was amazing. We were 5 people and we felt so confortable in the place.

• Sulma (10/5): We loved our stay, the apartment was spacious and had enough room for all 5 adults staying there. It was comfortable, sa - We loved that it was clean, close to the metro and Vatican museums. Lots of great eatery around it and great natural light. The a/c worked wonderfully and the Wi-Fi worked amazingly great. The Wi-Fi was very important to us because my daughter still had to attend her virtual classes throughout the week while on vacation and it was perfect and not slow at anytime. Probably worked better than ours back home. If I had to pick something from this great stay, I would say it was the elevator. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the elevator stopped working at some point but not completely. We had to take it up to the 5th floor and walk down to the 4th floor which really isn’t bad, probably the only thing I could note. It truly was a great place to stay.

• Andrei (10/5): Excellent vacation close to the Vatican - Location was amazing around 5-10 min depending on how fast you walk from Piazza San Pietro, 5 min from the Vatican Museum and 8 min walk to the nearby Ottaviano Subway which takes you anywhere. There is also a PEWEX City supermarket which is very good at 100m. There are good italian restaurant which are not that touristy and you can have a really good meal. As a dinner we mostly went to “Il Colobri” which is at a 4 min walk and the food was amazing. Nothing bad to say about the property

Answering all our questions. - Excellent location-near St. Peter’s Basilica and is surrounded by mini stores and restaurants. When we reach the apartment it was initially complicated because of the manual elevator that we are afraid to get in but time went by -we get used to it. The apartment was immaculate and clean -smells clean which I like. Heating in the shower was excellent. Just the scary old fashioned manual elevator but is bearable. No electric kettle.

• Eric (10/5): Great apartment at a very fair price - Great stay in a quite & safe part of Rome- 10 minute stroll to the Vatican and also a short walk to the metro which connects to termini and beyond. You have all you need within 5 minutes excellent restaurants, cafes and shops . Giuliano was ultra professional & waited patiently for our arrival plus answered all questions in advance. At this price point i really don't see how you get anything better than this apartment - It was clean and functional- I note some complain about the kitchen being small. Nonsense 4 can sit there and eat if need be- our needs were catered for, we needed a place to sleep, with good ammenities. Bathroom was spotless, the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, clean and spacious. Also via booking you pay a set price (outside city tax which is a small fee)- Its perfect-. At the price point for 4 people you cant expect any more as the rooms were large and the apartment perfectly situated. To add to that an excellent host

Bathroom with a boiler for heated water to make shower -> no continuous hot watery. Almost clogged shower water exit after 2 showers. The flat is on on the 4th flour, but the building has nice authentically elevator. The location is good, many public transport goes on this street, metro station in 5 minutes walk.

Spacious, comfortable, strategically located. - Initially, the Giuliano Guest House was chosen as a home for our family’s “Roman holidays” for its strategic location just within a few blocks from Ottaviano Metro station and Vatican museums. After spending a week there we can surely say this was the best choice we could make for the money. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! The flat itself is very comfortable, spacious and warm, also it’s equipped with the electric boiler which appeared to be a huge plus. As we learned afterwards, when staying in other places, having a reliable heating system and stable hot water supply should be seen as a huge benefit, if not a rare privilege, when you travel across Italy during the winter season. When staying at the Giuliano Guest House your morning routine may begin from walking to St. Peter's Cathedral (opens at 7) to fill your mind with the eternal silence while the basilica is free of crowds, then continue with climbing the dome of St. Peter's Cathedral to greet the sunrise over the Eternal City of Rome. To combine the spiritual and aesthetic pleasures with worldly enjoyments you'd need to stop by Trionfale farmers market (opens at 8) on your way back home to grab some delicious local specialties and fresh bakery to please your beloved family. We found some kitchenware missing when checking in, but Giuliano showed himself to be the caring host and brought us the brand new cooking pots the next morning.

• Marija (9/5): Good value for money - The flat is super spacious with 2 decently sized bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. It has all the basic amenities (kitchen utensils, salt, coffee, towels) and it’s in a fairly convenient location. It could be a bit cleaner , especially the kitchen and bathroom but overall it’s fine. Just FYI the building is in a big street and it can get quite noisy during the morning / day.
