Guest Reviews
- Janina (9/5): - Location, style, easy to check in and check out.
- Bruno (6/5): The actual bnb was okay, but the building and the people in it can really put a damper on your stay. - The location of the apartment building was convenient, the amenities were also quite useful. The host provided tea, coffee, water. The room was equipped with everything you need. We used the kitchen to make dinners and breakfasts and the fridge was large enough to store what we needed. We also asked for an iron and the host was quick to answer (although I think the iron was given to the wrong room, because we never saw it - oops). Unfortunately, the complaint is less about the host or the room itself, and more about the surrounding area and the building. The building is in a very distressed state, with abandoned construction materials scattered around and no workers present throughout the week. The elevator and staircase are extremely dirty.
Additionally, there was significant noise every morning, extremely loud music coming from an apartment below. It was clearly someone playing it live, yelling along, and frequently changing songs.
Furthermore, several individuals were regularly loitering near the building’s entrance. A middle-aged Middle Eastern couple, among others, were repeatedly seen entering and exiting the building while shouting at each other and at passersby, creating ongoing disturbances. This was not an isolated incident but occurred multiple times a day over several days.
These factors made the area feel unsafe to be walking alone at night.
Some mild bnb mishaps: The dishes were not clean upon arrival, the shower wall is not wide enough to prevent water from the shower head to spill on the floor, the toilet could be cleaner.

Appartement propre, confortable.
Réponses très rapides du propriétaire. Manque d'ustensiles comme une Passoire, planche à decouper...
- Eszter (9/5): Superb -
- Philippa (8/5): Very good -
- Roy (8/5): Room was comfortable and bathroom excellent but kitchenette and equipment needs some improvement - location was excellent , room and bed was very comfortable and the Bathroom was like new. The foyer /entrance of the building was a bit scruffy as was the lift to the 1st floor !
- Sarmīte (9/5): Sights, history, old city, meeting points for trips to Bruges - all near. - Nice location, warm and cosy, great coffee and welcome surprise. Just to inform : It is max for 2 people.
- Isabel (10/5): Exceptional - Had a lovely stay, great location and flat was very clean. The cooking facilities are minimal but very useful! The building entrance isnt the nicest. Although once in the flat everything was great.
- Grazia (9/5): Great stay at Cosy Quartier Louise - The studio apartment was comfortable, sparkling clean and very conveniently located in central Brussels. While I never met him, Nicolas, the owner / property manager, went above and beyond to satisfy my queries and was very consistent in communicating. I had a great stay there and would certainly recommend this accommodation. I found the square pillows not exactly comfortable. But I’m sure Nicolas would substitute them should others find them uncomfortable.
- Cristina (10/5): Everything was amazing, I would definetly recommend this if you want a nice and cosy place to stay in Brussels. - The location is great, few minutes walk to the metro station. The room is very clean and cosy and provides everything you might need. The communication with the host was also exceptional, Nicolas being so kind and hospitable. A little bit noisy, but this can be easily solved with a pair of earplugs.
