• Aleh (10/5): - Заботливая хозяйка Марина, большое вам спасибо! Предусмотрено все от полотенца и салфеток на кухне до зубных щеток, ватных палочек и пасты в ванной комнате. Все очень чисто, хорошая кровать с прекрасным матрасом. Удобное местоположение. Тихая улица, магазин в шаговой доступности, недалеко есть рестораны и маленькие кафе. Все очень удобно. Наверное одно из лучших предложений соотношение удобства, комфорта и цены. В Тбилиси мы уже четвертый раз.
• Дарья (9/5): Мне все понравилось и вам советую это жилье - Очень уютный, просторный номер. Было все необходимое, холодильник, тапочки, набор принадлежностей от зубной щетки до Геля для душа. Еще в душе выливалась вода и вокруг было мокро, также ржавый смеситель в раковине, до которого неприятно прикасаться. Также окна были очень низкие и выходили на улицу, но были шторы

• Alina (10/5): - Чисто, уютно, близко к центру, много магазинов рядом и кафе. Очень приятная хозяйка Мы жили на первом этаж, и люди которые жиле на втором этаже, очень шумели 4 ночи подряд они не давали спать до 2-3 часов утра, это никак не относится к качеству жилья, но все же это очень мешало отдыху.

Best stay ever and highly recommended. - The host was extremely kind and caring. we were dealing with alot of stress when travelling due to personal issues and honestly being in brick yard was exactly like staying at home and taking all the problems away. The language barrier was zero problem as the host herself was considerate and we could also get help from her children. I don't think I can emphasize on the cozy yet clean-as-a-5-star hotel feeling that we received at brick yard and personally, if we visit Tbilisi again, we are definitely booking Brick Yard again.

И чудесный дворик с красивыми цветами. Гостеприимная хозяйка Марина. Хочется вернутся к вам ещё. Такого не было

Очень внимательная, всегда при случае интересовалась чем нам помочь, и на все вопросы и просьбы отвечала с добротой и любезностью. • Ella (10/5): Nice spacious and modern place, can recommend! - We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and had a large bathroom. A washing machine and detergent were provided, as well as a fridge, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay. ATMs and small supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town and main sights, or just a few minutes by Bolt. The owner didn’t speak English, but her daughter (?) helped with translation and they were both very kind and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back and recommend this place to others. You can‘t find the entrance at the mentioned adress, the entrance door is around the corner at Davit Suliashvili St 8, there is no sign at the door, just go inside and look for the owners, they live upstairs :)
