• Lorraine (9/5): Great 2 bed apartment with nice touches - The apartment was lovely and great value for money. The little touches with shampoo, washing up liquid, towels and tea & coffee etc were really great. Both bedrooms a good/similar size each and nice to have an en-suite each. Would definitely stay again. Key pick up was easy. Price is good for what you get and cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms and nicer because you are all together but have the separate bedrooms. Ideal for a family or two couples. Only minor things but the bedroom carpets needed hoovering better, there is a button damaged on the sofa and it scratches your legs - could do with just taking off. My 2 daughters found the bed un-comfy but I found it was fine for me. Windows open wide, which we needed in this heat but from a health and safety point of view with children not so safe - just need restrictors on. None of this puts me off coming again though as we really enjoyed our stay.

• Elena Emanuela (8/5): - Posizione , appartamento molto bello Abbiamo avuto problemi con la chiave al nostro arrivo, c'è l' hanno fatta trovare , ma la camera non corrispondeva al numero della chiave , abbiamo chiamato più volte per poterci aiutare e nessuno rispondeva. Altro problema l'acqua...per ben due volte al nostro rientro non scendeva una goccia d acqua, problema per lavarsi e soprattutto per lo sciacquone del water.

Mas infelizmente já se passaram 7 dias e meu depósito de segurança não retornou a minha conta 🥲 tirando isso, local é bom. Quem quer receber delivery, o moto boy não sobe pois não tem como liberar pelo apartamento. A não ser que desça para pegar o delivery. Mas nada complicado, local bom e checkin fácil

• Haider (9/5): - Wow the views are incredible! We were lucky to stay on the 27th floor and we were not disappointed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which came with 2 bathrooms and the walk-in showers were huge! Security was at a very high standard and and the lifts were very fast. Kids really enjoyed it and we will defo be returning in the near future. To be honest the only thing I think would have been nice would have been some snacks as alot of other apartments do them.

Had problems with keyfob to access the lifts, keyfob was very temperamental and had to get in touch with reception every single time, I needed to be in and out of the apartment. Had to wait long periods of time to get through for someone to help.

• Freek (4/5): Mooie locatie, prijs-kwaliteit matig, service ronduit slecht. - Locatie was perfect, mooi in centrum gelegen. Mooi uitzicht ook over Manchester. Bed was echt veel te klein voor twee mannen (vader/zoon, allebei boven 1.90. Aan bank in kamer kon je zien dat deze vaker als bed wordt gebruikt, maar geen dekens daarvoor. Organisatie reageerde puur onverschillig en kon niets betekenen. Ook op doorvragen verder geen bericht, simpelweg raar.

• Irene (5/5): Good property, awful customer service - Apartment was lovely. Clean and had everything we needed Keys were not available when we arrived. When we eventually were able to contact staff (after many attempts), we were told that the housekeeper had taken the keys home and would not return with them. After much time and hassle the guy on reception let us into the property. On returning home we emailed the property and were told that a part refund would be made as a goodwill gesture. After a month - nothing. When contacted again the refund was promised - almost 3 months and several emails still nothing. We have booked with booking.com many times and this is the 1st bad experience. Customer service is non existent

• Emma (6/5): Good for purpose. - Location good There was no water when we woke up. When I rang the control centre they said it goes off if not used for 2 hours. Why wasn’t there a sign telling us that. Also thermostat broken on one of the showers so couldn’t use it - boiling water.

• Antonio (3/5): Barely enough. Everything looks cheap. - Location is good, walkable from any city center spot Although the construction is new everything goes wrong. Automated lifts based on key configuration that were wrongly set up (had to always take the stairs after lift because the key was wrongly set) The sofa was damaged, the windows didn’t hold open with wind, the oven handle was broken, the shirt iron had rust on it, the air conditioner was not clean.

The bins weren't emptied, and there was unflushed pee in one of the rooms I booked, indicating there hadn't been thorough cleaning beforehand. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Nos dieron un piso 22 con unas magníficas vistas de la ciudad. Las camas son cómodas. El sofá está muy hundido. Te envían un correo con toda la información excepto el código para recoger la llave. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono ya que no contestan ni por mail ni por WhatsApp
